  • Adding ID's to google map markers

    I have a script that loops and adds markers one at a time. I have got it working but I seems a bit like a hack.   • jQuery slide up/down on hover bug

    Hi! I have one large div with one smaller div inside it. The smaller div is at first displayed as hidden. When the user hovers the mouse over the large container-div the smaller div is animated in with the show/hide-functions. So far everything works fine. However. The smaller div is animated in from the bottom - so if I let the cursor hover over the container at the very bottom, it's hovering over the animation of the smaller div while it's sliding in. So now the cursor is hovering over the smaller div instead of the larger div, and thus triggering the hide-function on the smaller div. This creates an infinite loop of show/hide calls as the smaller div slides in and out of where the cursor is pointing. Any ideas how to avoid this and not break the hovering on the container as the smaller div enters?

    This might seem like a stupid easy question to some of you, but i'm new to jquery and can't get my datepicker to work like it should. This is my textbox where the datepicker is attached to: <asp:TextBox runat="server" ID="StartMonth" AutoPostBack="true" class="month-picker" /> and here is how i attach the datepicker. (I have multiple TextBoxes where the datepicker should be attached to, so i used the class attribute instead of the id.) $(".month-picker").datepicker({ dateFormat: 'MM yy', changeYear: true, yearRange: '-9:+9' }); What i want to archive is when i click into the textbox where the text is "August 2012" it should set the pre-selected date of the datepicker to this date.     I am nearly happy with my dialog widget now, only that there is a built-in behavior of the close button fading in and out with mouseover/out interaction. I have found no way to disable this feature such that the close button remains at full opacity anytime the dialog is open.   • Submit form with JS

    Im working with a shopping cart plugin and that uses a basic form on the product page to submit values like price, product name, etc.. The problem is that the plugin uses a standard submit button to send the values and I would like to replace said button with a prettier custom jquery rollover. In order to make this happen I used some JS and tossed a link around my custom submit button: <a href="#" onclick="document.forms[0].submit()" value="Add to Cart" onsubmit="return ReadForm(this, true);"> <img class="fade" src="style/img/add_btn.jpg" style="background: url(style/img/add_ro.png);" alt=""/> </a> The form submits and the user is redirected to the homepage but the data in the form doesn't seem to get submitted and the product never gets added to the 'cart' page. I suspect that the form is getting submitted but I am failing to fire some additional JS function that submits the data.
