    I roll my own SiteMapProvider inheriting System.Web.XmlSiteMapProvider. I want to override logic of checking user to be in a role specified in siteMapNode's property roles: <siteMapNode url="Add.aspx?type=user" title="Add user" roles="admin" /> How can I do that? Which class's member does XmlSiteMapProvider call to check that if securityTrimmingEnabled="true"?

    can i call helper functions inside controller classes? let's say i have this controller with the _open_form method class User extends Controller { function _open_form($action){ print_r(form_open($action)); } } i tried echoing out the result of form_open() but it returns null. it seems that helper functions can't be called inside controllers if your wondering why i need to use it inside the controller instead in the view because we are required to use the given template parser xD

    I'm trying to implement GK's voice chat. I have the underlying network done over wifi instead of bluetooth. Between the simulator and my test device, I was able to accept the invitation. But immediately after, I get the call didNotStartWithParticipantID, with the following error: Error Domain=GKVoiceChatServiceErrorDomain Code=32002 UserInfo=0x3b286f0 "Network conditions prevented connection." Any ideas? What's causing this?

    I have malloc'd a whole mess of data in an NSOperation instance. I have a pointer: data = malloc(humungous_amounts_of_god_knows_what); uint8_t* data; How do I package this up as an NSData instance and return it to the main thread? I am assuming that after conversion to an NSData instance I can simply call: free(data); Yes? Also, back on the main thread how do I retrieve the pointer? Thanks, Doug

    I added some new functionality in C and when I try to build it, it gives me the following error: libnativehelper/include/nativehelper/JNIHelp.h:116: error: undefined reference to 'jniRegisterNativeMethods' error. I have included jnihelp.h in my C files. Is this a makefile related issue or am I missing something?     I imported an XCode project inside another XCode project. I dragged and dropped project B inside project A like in How to Call Xcode Project In Another Xcode Project.......? Next, i imported a class from project B in project A, so i could use a method but i gave me an error "ClassTemp.h' file not found". From what i´ve read this should have worked. Do i have to do some kind of configuration for it to work?

    I have a very strange problems in a PHP Soap implementation. I have a private variable in the Server class which contains the DB name for further reference. The private variable name is "fromdb". I have a public function on the soap server where I can set this variable. $client-setFromdb. When I call it form my client works perfectly and the fromdb private variable can be set. But a second soap client call this private variable loses its value...     I have a serializable POCO called DataUnification.ClientData.ClientInfo in a .NET class library project A. It's used in a parameter for a web service defined in project B: public XmlDocument CreateNewClient(ClientInfo ci, string system) I now wish to call this web method from project C and use the original DataUnification.ClientData.ClientInfo type in the parameter. However due to the generated proxy class it has now become a different type: WebServices.ClientDataUnification.DataUnificationWebService.ClientInfo. As far as .NET is concerned these are not the same types. How can I get around this?
