  While developing GUI using Java ME- I get the wordwrap for the text being shown on ChoiceGroup, but the text on the ChoiceElement doesn't get shifted to the new line if the length of the text exceeds the size of screen. How can we get the wordwrap for the text being shown on the ChoiceElement?

• Is it possible to keep mysql migration running without keeping connection open?

  ALTER TABLE can easily take a few days - and during this time there's a non-negligible chance of connection getting terminated due to network problems. Is it possible to start ALTER TABLE (or CREATE TABLE ... SELECT ...; or some other very long running query) and leave it running without keeping connection open all the time? (the obvious solution of screen + console mysql client won't easily work as there's no ssh running on that server, only mysqld).

• How to enable iPhone auto lock during MPMoviePlayer playback?

  When I play a video with MPMoviePlayerController in my app my iPhone does not auto lock (tested OS 3.0 & 3.1.2). However, the application.idleTimerDisabled = NO, so this setting is not affected by MPMoviePlayerController. How can I get my iPhone to sleep normally (e.g. after 3 min screen dims, then goes dark) when my app is running and playing a video?

  I'm trying to create a mobile website for android. When I set the width of the body to 480px (the width of the screen) the result is about 50% larger than what I expect. It seems that android is scaling what it draws and messing up all my layouts. Does anyone know how to disable this, or work around it?   I want to write a custom ValidationAttribute that checks if the given value is unique or not. The problem is that in the edit screen, it is not guaranteed that the user actually changed the value, resulting in a false error. Is there a way to check in my attribute whether the value actually changed? Or can I trigger the attribute only when the value has changed? I'm getting the feeling this requirement maybe just doesn't belong in an attribute?

• SharePoint Error - Datasheet View refuses to show up!

  Hi, Recently the DataSheet view of my list refuses to dispaly. I tried numerouse times and with no luck. Other lists works just fine, except for this one. there is a Java error message on the left bottom corner of the screen that disapears in 2 seconds, then it renders the list in Standard view any time you try it. Reason is, I have a dual monitor system, and I would like to have the main window (where you can have both code/split/design) on my main screen, but with the code selected, and a design view on my secondary monitor.
