  • IE7 text align issue

For some reason it's not showing as a column and I have no idea why. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'd owe you my first born. Thank you in advance.

  • Dynamically create hierachical tableview from file structure

    Hi, I have a directory structure of directories and files that I want to render as a tableview in an iphone app. I'd rather have this generated dynamically rather than have to maintain a XML PLIST or whatever. i.e. replicate the Explorer functionality in windows where a user can traverse the structure and then select bundled image files for viewing. Is there any way to do this? Any advice would be appreicated.

  • Problems extracting information from RSS feed description field

    Hi, I've built an iPhone application using the parsing code from the TopSongs sample iPhone application. I've hit a problem though - the feed I'm trying to parse data from doesn't have a separate field for every piece of information (i.e. if it was for a feed about dogs, all the information such as dog type, dog age and dog price is contained in the feed. However, the TopSongs app relies on information having its own tags, so instead of using it uses and . So my question is this. How do I extract this information from the description field so that it can be parsed using the TopSongs parser? Can you somehow extract the dog age, price and type information using Yahoo Pipes and use that RSS feed for the feed? Or is there code that I can add to do it in application? Update: To view the code of my application parser (based on the TopSongs Core Data Apple provided application, see below.   • Having an outline for MouseOver for a WPF ListView

    I am using Windows 7 and the current item selection (by default) is to paint the background with cornflower blue. Is it possible to get rid of this and replace it with a 1px outline/border over the listview item that the mouse is over? I basically want to draw a 1px outline/border over any listview item with 1 pixel spacing between the listview item and the outline/border. I am using a WrapPanel with an Image in it for each item.

  • Filter Calendar view SharePoint WWS 3.0

    Hi all, I have a SP site with a calendarview and would like to filter this on the basis of the current user. Don't be afraid I already figured out how do to this with a list customizing some excisting jScripts and working with Content Editor WebPart. Yet this jScript does not work in a Calendar. To paint a picture I have columns like: Judge1 Lawyer Clerk (example). Underneath these columns there are names ofcourse. However these are not shown in Calendar view, so it is hard to filter on something that is not displayed only the casenumbers. Now I've been thinking (not always wise) perhaps I can adjust the aspx page of calendar/list by adjusting a filter I applied in SharePoint. This would also solve the issue of displaying all the content before it filters with Java, since it should not be possible for users to see the entire listcontent (security). I went to Modify list view and created a filter where judge1 = Mr. J. Jenkins. Then I went to SharePoint Designer and opend the Calendar aspx page. To my expectation I found Mr. J. Jenkins with the following code: Since I can't display image because i'm new, not very handy discrimination I have to give you a url. Code can't be pasted either is completely messes it up even with codemode on. Hyperlink CODE IMAGE Keep in mind I just posted a very tiny part of the code (only the part I want to change). Now I have no idea what kind of code this is above this text (SP wss 3.0 uses for aspx pages), but I would like to change Mr. J. Jenkins into a jScript var/val. Since I already managed to get the current user that is logged in content. var user = jP.getUserProfile(); var userinfspvalue = user.Department; There is more code around that one 2 ofcourse, yet to give you a picture. The var userinfspvalue is what I would like to replace the text Mr. J. Jenkins into. This would mean the calendar would be dynamically filtered based upon the current user that is logged on.     I am using mpmovieplayer in my application.I have a button for playing movie witch has an image of play.But when mpmovieplayer plays movie i can see that button on movie player's overlying controlls like when i pause movie i see my play button instead of movie player's default button.Also i have customized navigation bar and i can see that navbar when movie plays instead of default nav bar.I tried hiding button when playing movie but it didn't worked.Does Someone knows about this issue? also i am having cropping of video issues does someone knows about how to handle video orientation i mean i want full video in any orientation recorded video.Thanks

I can successfully get the photoset on to my site, but it shows all the photos from every photoset, what I was hoping to achieve was to show the primary photo from each photoset, and then if the user clicked on the image it would show the full photoset in a lightbox/shadowbox. Is there something I can do to make this work? I am totally out iof ideas. Regards and thanks

  • Tools to make CSS sprites?

    Are there any good tools to make css sprites? IDEALLY I'd want to give it a directory of images and an existing .css file that refers to those images and have it create a big image optimized with all the little images AND change my .css file to refer to those images. At the least I'd want it to take a directory of images and generate a big sprite and the .css necessary to use each as a background. Are there any good photoshop plugins or fully blown apps to do this?

  • SharpZip escape filename

    I'm using SharpZipLib to create a zip file with an html page and images. If the html file has a / in the name, it creates a folder (which messes up the image paths). Example: If the html file should be named Web/Design.html the zip file will contain a Web folder with a Design.html file in it. I've tried escaping / by replacing / with // or \/ but nothing has worked so far.

I was hoping to be able to set a border or color on the area tags so I could check everything was being generated with the right coords, but a little research shows this is not possible. So whats the easiest way to check my image map is correct? Are there any browser tools which will "visualise" the areas?

  • Flex 3 ComboBox skin, limiting text width

    I've created a ComboBox skin by extending mx.skins.ProgrammaticSkin. It's working fine, except I can't figure out how to limit the width of the text. Is there a way to control this within the skin? See the attached image for an example of the text going too far. I would like it to stop before the separator line to the left of the down arrow.
