  Hi, I have setup a postfix mail receiving server. On this I am using DKIM milter to verify incoming mail DKIM signatures. • Specifying the bounce-back address for email

  I'm having a problem getting emails to bounce to a specific email address, different to the From address. A particular client requires that we send emails from a specific email address (call it [email protected]). Our Exchange admins have created an account on the Exchange box so that we can log in and send from that address. Our Exchange server is spoofing that address / domain. This works fine. Unfortunately the emails sent from [email protected] are not bouncing back to us. They are presumably bouncing back to the contact account at clientcompany.com (which may or may not exist). I've inserted a header [email protected] with the assumption that this field determines where bouncebacks are sent. Other documents indicate that this field should never be populated by the originating SMTP system. Other websites again talk about a field called Errors-To which is apparently non-standard. So - which field is the correct one, and what does it depend on? Any ideas why my Return-Path is not working? I'd really like to get Exchange to correctly bounce a message addressed to an invalid server! update: Continuing to dig, and my Return-Path work was only adding an extended property at the end of the header block, but Exchange appears to be still adding its own Return-Path value at the top. Delivered-To: [email protected] Received: by 1.1.1.1 with SMTP ... Return-Path: <[email protected]> Received: from ... ... ... Subject: Test Message-ID: ... Return-Path: [email protected] According to the Microsoft.com, I cannot set the Return-Path as it is determined by the MAIL FROM - which seems consistent with what I've previously read. But now I'm stuck - how do I change this MAIL FROM value programmatically within Exchange 2007?

• HTTP 500 ERROR on CAS Server while setting SSLVerifyClent as "required"

  I have 3 servers, a Apache Server, a JBOSS Server and a CAS Server for SSO. The Apache Server resolve all request with a domain such as www.request.com, and the path of CAS Server is www.request.com/cas, and JBOSS Server is www.request.com/jboss (This app got a CAS client). My problem is if I set SSLVerifyClient require for the NameVirtualHost of www.request.com in my Apache Server, I got a HTTP 500 error during the redirecting to the JBOSS Server(http://www.request.com/jboss), after logined in the CAS login page successfully.   Hi There, I've been wracking my brains trying to get Windows 7 authenticating against a MIT Kerberos 5 Realm (which is running on an Arch Linux server). I've done the following on the server (aka dc1): Installed and configured a NTP time server Installed and configured DHCP and DNS (setup for the domain tnet.loc) Installed Kerberos from source Setup the database Configured the keytab Setup the ACL file with: *@TNET.LOC * Added a policy for my user and my machine: addpol users addpol admin addpol hosts ank -policy users [email protected] ank -policy admin tom/[email protected] ank -policy hosts host/wdesk3.tnet.loc -pw MYPASSWORDHERE I then did the following to the windows 7 client (aka wdesk3): Made sure the ip address was supplied by my DHCP server and dc1.tnet.loc pings ok Set the internet time server to my linux server (aka dc1.tnet.loc) Used ksetup to configure the realm: ksetup /SetRealm TNET.LOC ksetup /AddKdc dc1.tnet.loc ksetip /SetComputerPassword MYPASSWORDHERE ksetip /MapUser * * After some googl-ing I found that DES encryption was disabled by Windows 7 by default and I turned the policy on to support DES encryption over Kerberos Then I rebooted the windows client However after doing all that I still cannot login from my Windows client. :( Looking at the logs on the server; the request looks fine and everything works great, I think the issue is that the response from the KDC is not recognized by the Windows Client and a generic login error appears: "Login Failure: User name or password is invalid". The log file for the server looks like this (I tail'ed this so I know it's happening when the Windows machine attempts the login): If I supply an invalid realm in the login window I get a completely different error message, so I don't think it's a connection problem from the client to the server? But I can't find any error logs on the Windows machine? (anyone know where these are?) If I try: runas /netonly /user:[email protected] cmd.exe everything works (although I don't get anything appear in the server logs, so I'm wondering if it's not touching the server for this??), but if I run: runas /user:[email protected] cmd.exe I get the same authentication error. Any Kerberos Gurus out there who can give me some ideas as to what to try next? pretty please?

  Hello, I moved to a new server with integrated merak mail. since I forgot merak(used before), i missed to configure security options. So before I realize the issue, my smtp server was used by spammers for 2 days, hundreds times I configured security settings as what it should be (at least i hope) then i realize, i can't send e-mail to gmail or hotmail. gmail says "550 5.7.1 see our Bulk Email Senders Guidelines" yes, I saw its guidelines. first, I creat SPF records via msn senderID wizard. it completed very well. then as gmail says, I created DKIM dns records. (in Merak mail, there is option to create DKIM, i created it and save it to DNS as TXT record) it's been 2 days after doing the fixes above. but still i can't send mail gmail or hotmail. (P.S, some of my domain in merak is forwarded to my gmail account i mean when a mail arrives to [email protected] it will forward to my gmail. and the surprise it, merak mail can forward them very vell :S but can't still send mail from outlook etc.)

I stumbled upon Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) this is often called session riding as you let the user usee his session to fulfill your wishes. Now a solution to this is adding a token to every url and this token is checked for every link. For example to vote on product x the url would be: 'http://mysite.com?token=HVBKJNKL' This looks like a solid solution to because a hacker can not guess the token. But I was thinking of the following scenario(I do not know if it is possible): You create a website with an hidden iFrame or div. After that you can load my website in it either using just the normal iFrame or ajax. When you have my website loaded hidden inside your website, and the user has a stored session, the following can be done. You can retrieve the token from the URLS, and still do all the actions needed. Is it possible to do something like this. Or is it not possible to do this cross domain.

• SSRS 2008 Report Manager Error

  I have just installed SQL Server 2008 including Reporting Services on Windows Server 2003. I'm having a problem though accessing the Report Manager. When the Reporting Service is first started I can access it fine but after maybe an hour when I try and access it I get an error saying: Unable to connect to the remote server. The reporting service is still running at this point. I can connect to it through Reporting Services Configuration Manager and clicking on the Web Service URL gives a directory listing (I assume that is correct behaviour). If I stop and start the service through Reporting Services Configuration Manager then I can access Report Manager once again (although in maybe an hour I will get the same error once again). I've installed the latest SP1 service pack. I'm using the same domain account to run all the SQL services. The report server is set to use the default ReportServer virtual directory, is set to IP address All Assigned, TCP Port 80 and no SSL certificate. The report manager is set to use the default Reports virtual directory, IP address All Assigned, TCP Port 80 and no SSL certificates. In the log file I get an error: Unable to connect to remote server HTTP status code 500 An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I've searched the net but haven't been able to find a solution.

  So, Here is the scenario I am trying to fix. A returning user is logged into facebook but not logged into the application. In this case when the user tries to load the application, since the user cookie is not attained yet, it redirects the user to the login page. I googled around and found this solution, FB.Event.subscribe('auth.sessionChange', function(response) { if (response.session) { window.location.reload(); } } basically whats happening here is, we are registering to facebook for a login/logout event and when it receives a response, we reload the page. Now its loads the right page since we have the user cookie on our site domain after the first load. this works, but the problem is the double load. It takes a lot of time. How can I attain the user cookie on server side for returning user? so that I don't have to do the initial page reload. Also, I have looked at yelp, and somehow they are able to load the user information without doing double load, does any body know they are able to do it? Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

So I have a POCO object that has implemented the interface, and when a validation rule fires the Silverlight UI correctly shows the error. So that is all working fine. We have a bunch of internal webservices. Requests to the CANNOT go through the proxy. If we try to, we get 404 errors since the proxy DNS doesn't know about our internal webservice domains. We generate a few xml files that have to be valid. I'd like to use the provided dtd documents to validate the xml. The dtd urls are outside our network and MUST go through the proxy. Is there any way to validate via dtd through a proxy without using system.net.defaultproxy? Which customer types are available and the extra properties on them are configured in meta-data which is used to generate hbm files on application start. I could figure out some way to knock this together using an intermediate DTO layer, but is there any support in NHibernate for this scenario? The only difficulty seems to be that all the different "types" of customer map to the same Customer class.

  I just installed the xcode 4 sdk and the cocos2d 1.0.0 beta template. I just created a new project with the cocos2d template.   hi there; i'm troubleshooting why i cannot get past the login dialog on an asp.net site configured for windows authentication and impersonation. help me before i switch to os x development and objective-c i have an asp.net 2.0 application and i'm trying to deploy it on windows 7 with iis 7.5. i've created a new site, and bound it to localhost and a fully qualified domain name. the fqdn is in my hosts file, and is redirected to 127.0.0.1 the site is also running with an appdomain i created, with integrated pipeline mode, and the process model identity is set to ApplicationPoolIdentity. web.config includes the following: <trust level="High" /> <authentication mode="Windows" /> <authorization> <deny users="?"/> </authorization> <identity impersonate="true"/> acl on the directory for the site is desperation set to everyone full control, the application pool virtual account (windows 7 thing) is set to full control on the physical directory for the site also. iis authentication has asp.net impersonation enabled, and windows authentication enabled. when i connect to the site as localhost, it permits me to get past the login prompt and the application loads without incident. when i connect to the site as the fqdn set in the host headers bindings for this site/ip/port, i cannot get past the login prompt. clicking cancel throws to a http 401.1 error page. why? thanks very much in advance.

  I have a custom web service deployed into WSS 3. It has two web methods. The first one returns the version of the loaded assembly without any invocation of the SharePoint objects. The second returns some basic info about the library, something like: var spLibrary = [find library logic]; return spLibrary.Name+"@"+spLibrary.Url; In the client app I have something like the following: var service = new WebService1(); service.Url = [url]; service.Credentials = System.Net.CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials; service.Method1(); service.Method2(); When the client app runs on the machine where SharePoint is deployed, everything works just fine. When the client app runs on the remote machine (but under the same user) the first method still works, but the second one throws System.Net.WebException: HTTP 401: Unauthorized. I have tried to set credentials manualy (service.Credentials = new System.Net.NetworkCredential(login, password, domain);) but this doesnt help. I've tried to invoke the built in SharePoint web services using a similar scenario, and they work just fine: Sorry for the mistake...
