    Hi, I'm working on a multilingual software where I need to show synonyms of Chinese text to the user. I couldn't find any API that could give synonyms of a given Chinese word. I tried MS-Office proofing tools but they do not support thesaurus for chinese, rather they provide grammar, translation etc. Please suggest some API or workaround to show the synonyms for chinese words.

  • MPXJ - get ResourceAssignment baseline values

    I'm trying to display the Baseline Start, Finish, Cost, and Work values for a ResourceAssignment, but cannot seem to find any methods on the ResourceAssignment object that would provide this information. Anybody know if this is possible? I know the information is stored because I can see it in MS Project, and I can see it in the XML version of the project file. Just can't see in the API where to get access to it.

  • Getting an 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine error when I tried hosting on Azure Servers

    I am hosting a web application which uses OLEDB 12 to read an Excel file, but getting the error "'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine". Wonder if I should use lower version of OLEDB or Azure does not support OLEDB services at all. Before rewriting the program, just wanted to see if anyone knows a better alternative. I am using Visual Studio 2010 for my development. Thanks in Advance.

    hi all, we were maintaining an MS Access application. Person who actually developed the application used copyrighted code. Now we want to remove that code and re-write that logic. Problem is we dont know what is the copyrighted code and what is not.   • Variable popen calls in C

    I'm trying to execute MS-DOS DEL commands inside a Win32 C program, and I already know that system and popen can be used for this. However, the problem is that both require string literals (type const char) for the commands, and I need something like the DOS equivalent of dir ~ | grep -P '/\d{7,8}\.exe$/' | rm, which obviously can't use string literals. Is there some other subprocess function in C that allows for char arrays as arguments for process names?

    I want to know about the name of all currently opened MS-Word file by its unique id. I found unique id for one file but when I gave its destination path in code. My requirement is that when any user open Word file then the unique id of this file is passed into my code and through this code the name of this file is stored into database (but it is done backgroundly and for multiple files).

    I'm trying to write a query that extracts and transforms data from a table and then insert those data into another table. Yes, this is a data warehousing query and I'm doing it in MS Access. So basically I want some query like this: INSERT INTO Table2(LongIntColumn2, CurrencyColumn2) VALUES (SELECT LongIntColumn1, Avg(CurrencyColumn) as CurrencyColumn1 FROM Table1 GROUP BY LongIntColumn1); I tried but get a syntax error message.     I have an Access 2003 database that connects to a SQL Server 2008 box via ODBC. The tables from SQL Server are connected as linked tables in Access. I have a stored procedure on the SQL Server that I am trying to execute via ADO code. The problem I have is that Access cannot seem to find the procedure. What do I have to do within Access to be able to execute this stored procedure? Some facts ... The stored procedure in question accepts one parameter which is an integer. The stored procedure returns a recordset which I am hoping to use as the datasource for a ListBox. Here is my ADO code in Access ...
