If you have been following our plans in this area, you know that this is the release unifying BEA ALBPM product, which became Oracle BPM10gR3, with the Oracle stack. • Package information was last updated 59 days ago even though Ubuntu is up to date

  I'm using ubuntu 11.10 and in the update manager I have a message that says package information last updated 59 days ago press the check button to check for software updates I do that, but i'm up to date. I checked other threads with this same problem, and saw i should do sudo apt-get update in a terminal to see which repository is not up to date and when I did, I got this message: Failed to fetch http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/oneiric/Release Then I checked for this repository in software sources but couldn't find this specific one. In my /etc/apt/sources.list.d I have only one line: deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu oneiric partner #Added by software-center So now I don't know what to do more. Should I upgrade to 12.04 and will it solve my problem? I wouldn't want to upgrade if there is a problem in the last version but I don't know much about Ubuntu so, can anyone help me please? Thank you!!

W: GPG error: http://in.archive.ubuntu.com precise Release: The following signatures were invalid: BADSIG 40976EAF437D05B5 Ubuntu Archive Automatic Signing Key <[email protected]> W: Duplicate sources.list entry http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/ precise/partner i386 Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/archive.canonical.com_ubuntu_dists_precise_partner_binary-i386_Packages) Also, I am not able to install applications from software center. Every time I install it shows a dialog box with the message, Requires Installation of Untrusted packages The action would require the installation of packages from not authenticated sources. OK or Repair options does nothing.

A forward looking organization, Cisco also has plans for secure cloud and mobile access enablement so it was interesting to learn how the Platform approach to Identity Management today is laying down the foundation for those future initiatives. Q. Is data resource segmentation part of the overall strategy at Cisco?A. It is but it is managed by the business teams and not at the IT level. Q. Does Cisco also have an Active Directoy LDAP? Do they sync AD from OID or do the provision to AD as another resource?[A. Yes, we do. AD is provisioned using in-house tools and not via Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). Q. If we already have a point IDM solution in place (SSO), can the platform approach still work?A. • Adobe-Flash-plugin freezes when skipping ahead

  I am using Firefox 7 and the new official Adobe Flash 64-bit plugin from the Ubuntu Partner repository. It's the adobe-flash package. It works nicely on the first look but when I try to skip ahead in any YouTube video (by clicking on the video progress bar) sound will go on but the video simply freezes at the position it was just before skipping. This is really annoying because I really don't want to watch every video full length. Now maybe there's cleanup work to do? I removed every Flash-related package from the package manager. Maybe it's Firefox? I couldn't find any hint. Maybe it's the video manager (display manager)? I am using KDE on an Ubuntu Natty install. I also enabled hardware acceleration with libdvpau1: sudo bash -c "echo 'EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode=1' >> /etc/adobe/mms.cfg" (this seems to have no effect at all ...) Ubuntu Natty 64-bit, Firefox 7, Flash 11.01 )

• "Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control Advanced OEM Techniques for the Real World" Book - My Humble Review

  After reviewing this book, I am really amazed with it. I really recommend it, specially if you work with these tools (BPEL, SOA Suite and/or OSB), if you are a SOA Architect and/or if your work is focused on production environments.This book provides valuable and useful information for monitoring and automation tasks.In the books is very clearly explained and with screenshots (which makes it even easier to read, understand and follow) how to perform several tasks that are necessary to keep a correct performance on the production environments and the subtasks that must be executed on them.The test sections on chapters 3, 10 and 13 (SOAP tests for partner links and BPEL processes, service tests on web applications, and SOAP test OSB proxy and business service endpoints) look specially interesting for me and I really liked to see that there is special emphasis on the use of WebLogic Server as well.For further information and order the book, please go to the Packt Publishing web site.
