Which variables can be accessed with the ${...} syntax in a Struts tag in a JSP page?

Hi, I'm getting a little bit frustrated since I can't find out which variables I can access with the ${...} syntax in a Struts tag, placed in a JSP page. As an example I've got the following code: Where does the object "status.menueStatus" have to be defined in order to can be accessed with a dollar sign and braces. Is it defined in another struts tile or in the form? Whether within our project code nor by Google I can get any help. Your support would be very appreciated. Thank you. Bernhard

I have a table in SQL Server 2005 with hundreds of rows with HTML content. Some of the content has HTML like: <span class=heading-2>Directions</span> where "Directions" changes depending on page name. I need to change all the <span class=heading-2> and </span> tags to <h2> and </h2> tags. I wrote this query to do content changes in the past, but it doesn't work for my current problem because of the ending HTML tag: Update ContentManager Set ContentManager.Content = replace(Cast(ContentManager.Content AS NVARCHAR(Max)), 'old text', 'new text') Does anyone know how I could accomplish the span to h2 replacing purely in T-SQL? Everything I found showed I would have to do CLR integration. Thanks!

I'm trying to display my code on a website but I'm having problems preserving the whitespace indentation correctly. For instance given the following snippet: <html> <body> Here is my code: <pre> def some_funtion return 'Hello, World!' end </pre> <body> </html> This is displayed in the browser as: Here is my code: def some_funtion return 'Hello, World!' end When I would like it displayed as: Here is my code: def some_funtion return 'Hello, World!' end The difference is that that current indentation level of the HTML pre tag is being added to the indentation of the code. I'm using nanoc as a static website generator and I'm using google prettify to also add syntax highlighting. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Am I missing something ?

XmlTextWriter.WriteFullEndElement tags on the same line

I am using an XMLTextWriter to create an XML document dynamically (in VB.Net). I want empty tags to appear like this - <Tag></Tag> and not this - <Tag /> So, I am using WriteFullEndElement to end the element tag. But it is writing out the tag as - <Tag> </Tag> i.e. with a newline character between the tags. The web service reading this XML rejects it due to the newline character. How do I avoid the newline, and have both the start and end tags on the same line?

Multiple classes in body tag, multi-dimensional css structure or blueprint for insanity?

This question is about an approach to css structuring, and so is more discussion oriented. I'm working with some outsourced css where the body tags have multiple classes assigned, up to half a dozen. (To make things a little worse, none of the css selectors include an html tag which is making it confusing to analyze the css.) These body classes are then used to modify classed or id'd widgets within. It seems like this approach is like adding an additional dimension to the css, perhaps in some attempt to create a structured css approach. Documentation might have helped, had we been provided any. This differs from my approach where widgets are styled primarily via id'd divs, perhaps extracting the more generic elements into a class, i.e. div#MyWidget.widgets. Any ideas on whether such an approach is maintainable, especially considering I am dealing with websites with thousands of pages including tons of legacy stuff, all done by different people with different skill levels? Is it possible to declare an applet's classpath into the JAR and not into the applet tag ?

I'm building an applet with a quite big classpath. (externalLib1.jar, externalLib2.jar, etc.) MyApplet.jar, the applet's jar contains a Manifest.MF including a ClassPath attribute listing all the required jars. ClassPath = externalLib1.jar externalLib2.jar externalLib3.jar externalLib4.jar etc.jar Is there a way to load the applet without listing all the jars in the <applet> tag ? I would like to have : <applet code="MyApplet.class" codebase="mycodeBase" archive="MyApplet.jar"/> and not : <applet code="MyApplet.class" codebase="mycodeBase" archive="MyApplet.jar,externalLib1.jar,externalLib2.jar,externalLib3.jar,externalLib4.jar,etc.jar"/> Is there a way to achieve this ? In order for a school project i need to create the following situation within one mysql query. The situation is as such, that a child's tags and a parent's tags need to be combined into one, and compared to a site's tags, depending on a few extra simple equals to lines. The css to select the correct tag is #list div div div+p or I could just give the p class but would rather not. Is this kind of thing possible?

Drupal: tag multiselection.. but not anymore possible adding new tags

hi, I've installed Taxonomy SuperSelect module in my Drupal. Now my customer can not only type the tag for some content types pages but also select multiple tags using checkboxes. I've also ordered the chekboxes alphabetically. However few days ago, I noticed that he can't anymore manually type the tags.. see picture: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/72686/multiSelect.png Can you help me how to solve this issue ?
