  • Android setContentView operation

    I've read that it's important to call setContentView() early in an activity since it builds the view objects that may be manipulated by subsequent code in onCreate(). In terms of lifecycle, does the view get drawn to screen as soon as setContentView() is called, or does it allow the onCreate() function to build/populate the information in the view objects, and wait to actually draw it after onCreate() completes?     Hello, in my web page a user fill a form who send information to a MySql database. One of the data inputs sent is a date/time, in the format date('l jS \of F Y h:i:s A'); (I can change the format as needed) So when the user submits the form i wanna check if the actual time/date is 30 seconds more than the sent time/date in order to allow or not the submission of the form.     I'd like the user to specify a RSS feed address and serialize the information from it. I am not interested in the XML format, but populate a strongly typed object from the XML. My question is, is there a standard that all RSS feeds support (Do all of them have date, title etc)? If so, is there a XSD that describes this. If not, how do I handle serializing a RSS feed to an object in ASP.NET?

    I am developing an iOS app that is password protected and all the users are stored in a wordpress account that, of course, is password protected as well. Does anybody know the format that wordpress uses to store login information for these accounts, I would assume that it is a MySQL that sends a json? I have only been able to find the database code for the initial admin page but nothing that shows the way these accounts (815 to be exact) would be stored within the site.
