• how to apply jquery ui draggable more than one time to same element

    - by Nuwan Chathuranga
    How can I apply jquery ui draggable or resizable more than one time to same element? • C++ Multiple inheritance with interfaces?

    - by umanga
    Greetings all, I come from Java background and I am having difficulty with multiple inheritance. I have an interface called IView which has init() method.I want to derive a new class called PlaneViewer implementing above interface and extend another class. (QWidget). My implementation is as: IViwer.h (only Header file , no CPP file) : #ifndef IVIEWER_H_ #define IVIEWER_H_ class IViewer { public: //IViewer(); ///virtual //~IViewer(); virtual void init()=0; }; #endif /* IVIEWER_H_ */ My derived class. PlaneViewer.h #ifndef PLANEVIEWER_H #define PLANEVIEWER_H #include <QtGui/QWidget> #include "ui_planeviewer.h" #include "IViewer.h" class PlaneViewer : public QWidget , public IViewer { Q_OBJECT public: PlaneViewer(QWidget *parent = 0); ~PlaneViewer(); void init(); //do I have to define here also ? private: Ui::PlaneViewerClass ui; }; #endif // PLANEVIEWER_H PlaneViewer.cpp #include "planeviewer.h" PlaneViewer::PlaneViewer(QWidget *parent) : QWidget(parent) { ui.setupUi(this); } PlaneViewer::~PlaneViewer() { } void PlaneViewer::init(){ } My questions are: Is it necessary to declare method init() in PlaneViewer interface also , because it is already defined in IView? 2.I cannot complie above code ,give error : PlaneViewer]+0x28): undefined reference to `typeinfo for IViewer' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status Do I have to have implementation for IView in CPP file?

  • AJAX Autosave

    - by antony.trupe
    What's the best javascript library, or plugin or extension to a library, that has implemented autosaving functionality? The specific need is to be able to 'save' a data grid. Think gmail and Google Documents' autosave. I don't want to reinvent the wheel if its already been invented. I'm looking for an existing implementation of the magical autoSave() function. Auto-Saving:pushing to server code that saves to persistent storage, usually a DB. The server code framework is outside the scope of this question. Note that I'm not looking for an Ajax library, but a library/framework a level higher: interacts with the form itself. daemach introduced an implementation on top of jQuery @ http://ideamill.synaptrixgroup.com/?p=3. I'm not convinced it meets the lightweight and well engineered criteria though. Criteria stable, lightweight, well engineered saves onChange and/or onBlur saves no more frequently then a given number of milliseconds handles multiple updates happening at the same time doesn't save if no change has occurred since last save saves to different urls per input class Updates I've stabilized a solution. See my answer below for links.

  • How do I model teams and gameplay in this scorekeeping application?

    - by Eric Hill
    I'm writing a scorekeeping application for card game that has a few possibly-interesting constraints. The application accepts user registrations for players, then lets them check-in to a particular game (modeled as Event). After the final player registers, the app should generate teams, singles or doubles, depending on the preference of the person running the game and some validations (can't do doubles if there's an odd number checked in). There are @event.teams.count rounds in the game. To sum up: An event consists of `@event.teams.count` rounds; Teams can have 1 or more players Events have n or n/2 teams (depending on whether it's singles or doubles) Users will be members of different teams at different events Currently I have a rat's nest of associations: class User < ActiveRecord::Base has_many :teams, :through => :players has_many :events, :through => :teams class Event < ActiveRecord::Base has_many :rounds has_many :teams has_many :players, :through => :teams class Player < ActiveRecord::Base belongs_to :user belongs_to :team end class Team < ActiveRecord::Base has_many :players belongs_to :event end class Round < ActiveRecord::Base belongs_to :event belongs_to :user end The sticky part is team generation. I have basically a "start game" button that should freeze the registrations and pair up teams either singly or doubly, and render to Round#new so that the first (and subsequent) matches can be scored. Currently I'm implementing this as a check on Round#new that calls Event#generate_teams and displays the view: # Event#generate_teams def generate_teams # User has_many :events, :through => :registrations # self.doubles is a boolean denoting 2 players per team registrations.in_groups_of(self.doubles ? 2 : 1, nil).each do |side| self.teams << Player.create(self,side) end end Which doesn't work. Should there maybe be a Game model that ties everything together rather than (my current method) defining the game as an abstraction via the relationships between Events, Users, and Rounds (and Teams and Players and etc.)? My head is swimming.

  • Customizing error handling of JAXB unmarshall process

    - by ekeren
    Assuming I have a schema that describes a root element class Root that contains a List
where the Entry class has a required field name. Here is how it looks in code: @XmlRootElement class Root{ @XmlElement(name="entry") public List
entries = Lists.newArrayList(); } @XmlRootElement class Entry{ @XmlElement(name="name",required=true) public String name; } If I supply the following XML for unmarshalling: <root>

</root> I have a problem because the second entry does not contain a name. So unmarshall produces null. Is there a way to customize JAXB to unmarshall a Root object that will only contain the "good" entry?

  • ActiveRecord/sqlite3 column type lost in table view?

    - by duncan
    I have the following ActiveRecord testcase that mimics my problem. I have a People table with one attribute being a date. I create a view over that table adding one column which is just that date plus 20 minutes: #!/usr/bin/env ruby %w|pp rubygems active_record irb active_support date|.each {|lib| require lib} ActiveRecord::Base.establish_connection( :adapter => "sqlite3", :database => "test.db" ) ActiveRecord::Schema.define do create_table :people, :force => true do |t| t.column :name, :string t.column :born_at, :datetime end execute "create view clowns as select p.name, p.born_at, datetime(p.born_at, '+' || '20' || ' minutes') as twenty_after_born_at from people p;" end class Person < ActiveRecord::Base validates_presence_of :name end class Clown < ActiveRecord::Base end Person.create(:name => "John", :born_at => DateTime.now) pp Person.all.first.born_at.class pp Clown.all.first.born_at.class pp Clown.all.first.twenty_after_born_at.class The problem is, the output is Time Time String When I expect the new datetime attribute of the view to be also a Time or DateTime in the ruby world. Any ideas? I also tried: create view clowns as select p.name, p.born_at, CAST(datetime(p.born_at, '+' || '20' || ' minutes') as datetime) as twenty_after_born_at from people p; With the same result.

  • jquery tablesorter problem in FF only - header row disappears after show-hide of rows

    - by dac
    When the page loads, all the records show. Sorting works great until show-hide is used to filter the rows so only some show. Then the header row--with the arrows for sorting--DISAPPEARS. The problem is only in Firefox. It works great in IE7 and IE8. I'm using jQuery 1.4.2 from google. Code for show-hide $(document).ready(function() { // show all the rows $("#org_status tr").show(); //find selected filter $("#filter_status a").click(function(evt) { evt.preventDefault(); $("#org_status tr").hide(); var id = $(this).attr('id'); $("." + id).show(); }); }); Here is the HTML:
Filter by status: All Active Inactive Pending
<!-- table to sort ->

Name

Status

Foo Net

Active
";

Bar

Active
";

Bar Foo Very Long Org Name Goes Here

Active
";

  • django left join with null

    - by SledgehammerPL
    The model: class Product(models.Model): name = models.CharField(max_length = 128) def __unicode__(self): return self.name class Receipt(models.Model): name = models.CharField(max_length=128) components = models.ManyToManyField(Product, through='ReceiptComponent') class Admin: pass def __unicode__(self): return self.name class ReceiptComponent(models.Model): product = models.ForeignKey(Product) receipt = models.ForeignKey(Receipt) quantity = models.FloatField(max_length=9) unit = models.ForeignKey(Unit) def __unicode__(self): return unicode(self.quantity!=0 and self.quantity or '') + ' ' + unicode(self.unit) + ' ' + self.product.genitive The idea: there are a components on stock. I'd like to find out which recipes I can made with components which I have. It's not easy - but possible - I made a SQL view, which gets the solution. But I'm learning python and Django so I'd like to make it Django-style ;D The concept of solution: get the set of recipes which has at last one component: list_of_available_components = ReceiptComponent.objects.filter(product__in=list_of_available_products).distinct() list_of_related_receipts = Receipt.objects.filter(receiptcomponent__in = list_of_available_components).distinct() get recipes (from list_of_related_receipts) which has not at last one component list_of_incomplete_recipes = (SELECT * FROM drinkbook_receiptcomponent LEFT JOIN drinkstore_stock_products USING(product_id) WHERE drinkstore_stock_products.stock_id IS NULL AND receipt_id IN (SELECT receipt_id FROM drinkbook_receiptcomponent JOIN drinkstore_stock_products USING(product_id))) get recipes (from list_of_related_receipts) which are not in "list_of_incomplete_recipes"

  • $stdin compatibility with std::istream using swig, C++, and Ruby

    - by Kenny Peng
    I have a function in C++ that takes in an std::istream as the input: class Foo { Foo(std::istream &); } Using SWIG, I've bound it to Ruby, but Ruby's $stdin variable is fundamentally different from anything like the stream classes in C++, so I'm not sure how to either 1) expose the C++ class to Ruby in a way that I can use $stdin, or 2) convert $stdin into something the C++ class can understand. Anyone have experience with binding iostreams in C++ to Ruby? Thanks.

  • no Jquery only Javascrip fadein function with cleartype fot text

    - by Chetan
    Sorry guys.. I am not familiar with JavaScrip anymore but I need to add clear type of some thing which can make text anti-aliased in IE7 browser. My script as follow // JavaScript Document var CurrentDivIndex=0; var TimeOutValue; var btn; var TimeToFade = 1000.0; function ShowDivSlideShow() { try { if(CurrentDivIndex == 5) CurrentDivIndex=0; CurrentDivIndex++; //alert("Banner" + CurrentDivIndex); //alert(CurrentDivIndex); var Indexer=1; while(Indexer<6) { var DivToShow=document.getElementById("Banner" + Indexer); DivToShow.style.display = "none"; btn=document.getElementById("btnb" + Indexer); btn.setAttribute("class","none"); Indexer++; } var DivToShow=document.getElementById("Banner" + CurrentDivIndex); DivToShow.style.display = "block"; btn=document.getElementById("btnb" + CurrentDivIndex); btn.setAttribute("class","activeSlide"); // btn.className="activeSlide"; fadeIn(); TimeOutValue=setTimeout("ShowDivSlideShow()",6000); } catch(err) { alert(err) } } function ShowCustomDiv(CurrentDivIndexRec) { clearTimeout(TimeOutValue) CurrentDivIndex=CurrentDivIndexRec var Indexer=1; while(Indexer<6) { if(CurrentDivIndex==Indexer) { Indexer++; continue; } var DivToShow=document.getElementById("Banner" + Indexer); DivToShow.style.display = "none"; btn=document.getElementById("btnb" + Indexer); btn.setAttribute("class","none"); Indexer++; } var DivToShow=document.getElementById("Banner" + CurrentDivIndex); DivToShow.style.display = "block"; btn=document.getElementById("btnb" + CurrentDivIndex); btn.setAttribute("class","activeSlide"); btn.className="activeSlide" fadeIn(); } function ShowDivSlideShowWithTimeOut(CurrentDivIndexRec) { clearTimeout(TimeOutValue) CurrentDivIndex=CurrentDivIndexRec; var Indexer=1; while(Indexer<6) { if(CurrentDivIndex==Indexer) { Indexer++; continue; } var DivToShow=document.getElementById("Banner" + Indexer); DivToShow.style.display = "none"; btn=document.getElementById("btnb" + Indexer); btn.setAttribute("class","none"); Indexer++; } var DivToShow=document.getElementById("Banner" + CurrentDivIndexRec); DivToShow.style.display = "block"; btn=document.getElementById("btnb" + CurrentDivIndexRec); btn.setAttribute("class","activeSlide"); TimeOutValue=setTimeout("ShowDivSlideShow()",6000); } function ShowCustomDivOnClick(CurrentDivIndexRec) { clearTimeout(TimeOutValue) CurrentDivIndex=CurrentDivIndexRec; var Indexer=1; while(Indexer<6) { if(CurrentDivIndex==Indexer) { Indexer++; continue; } var DivToShow=document.getElementById("Banner" + Indexer); DivToShow.style.display = "none"; btn=document.getElementById("btnb" + Indexer); btn.setAttribute("class","none"); Indexer++; } var DivToShow=document.getElementById("Banner" + CurrentDivIndexRec); DivToShow.style.display = "block"; btn=document.getElementById("btnb" + CurrentDivIndexRec); btn.setAttribute("class","activeSlide"); fadeIn(); TimeOutValue=setTimeout("ShowDivSlideShow()",6000); } function setOpacity(level) { element=document.getElementById("Banner" + CurrentDivIndex); element.style.opacity = level; element.style.MozOpacity = level; element.style.KhtmlOpacity = level; element.style.filter = "alpha(opacity=" + (level * 100) + ");"; } var duration = 300; /* 1000 millisecond fade = 1 sec */ var steps = 10; /* number of opacity intervals */ var delay = 6000; /* 5 sec delay before fading out */ function fadeIn(){ for (i = 0; i <= 1; i += (1 / steps)) { setTimeout("setOpacity(" + i + ")", i * duration); } // setTimeout("fadeOut()", delay); } function fadeOut() { for (i = 0; i <= 1; i += (1 / steps)) { setTimeout("setOpacity(" + (1 - i) + ")", i * duration); } setTimeout("fadeIn()", duration); } //end of script Now I am very confused where to add : $('#slideshow').cycle({ cleartype: 1 // enable cleartype corrections }); or $('#fadingElement').fadeIn(2000, function(){ $(this).css('filter',''); }); so it will work...   • Python C API from C++ app - know when to lock

    - by Alex
    Hi Everyone, I am trying to write a C++ class that calls Python methods of a class that does some I/O operations (file, stdout) at once. The problem I have ran into is that my class is called from different threads: sometimes main thread, sometimes different others. Obviously I tried to apply the approach for Python calls in multi-threaded native applications. Basically everything starts from PyEval_AcquireLock and PyEval_ReleaseLock or just global locks. According to the documentation here when a thread is already locked a deadlock ensues. When my class is called from the main thread or other one that blocks Python execution I have a deadlock. Python Cfunc1() - C++ func that creates threads internally which lead to calls in "my class", It stuck on PyEval_AcquireLock, obviously the Python is already locked, i.e. waiting for C++ Cfunc1 call to complete... It completes fine if I omit those locks. Also it completes fine when Python interpreter is ready for the next user command, i.e. when thread is calling funcs in the background - not inside of a native call I am looking for a workaround. I need to distinguish whether or not the global lock is allowed, i.e. Python is not locked and ready to receive the next command... I tried PyGIL_Ensure, unfortunately I see hang. Any known API or solution for this ? (Python 2.4)

  • Using FindAll on a List<List<T>> type

    - by Ken Foster
    Assuming public class MyClass { public int ID {get; set; } public string Name {get; set; } } and List<MyClass> classList = //populate with MyClass instances of various IDs I can do List<MyClass> result = classList.FindAll(class => class.ID == 123); and that will give me a list of just classes with ID = 123. Works great, looks elegant. Now, if I had List<List<MyClass>> listOfClassLists = //populate with Lists of MyClass instances How do I get a filtered list where the lists themselves are filtered. I tried List<List<MyClass>> result = listOfClassLists.FindAll (list => list.FindAll(class => class.ID == 123).Count > 0); it looks elegant, but doesn't work. It only includes Lists of classes where at least one class has an ID of 123, but it includes ALL MyClass instances in that list, not just the ones that match. I ended up having to do List<List<MyClass>> result = Results(listOfClassLists, 123); private List<List<MyClass>> Results(List<List<MyClass>> myListOfLists, int id) { List<List<MyClass>> results = new List<List<MyClass>>(); foreach (List<MyClass> myClassList in myListOfLists) { List<MyClass> subList = myClassList.FindAll(myClass => myClass.ID == id); if (subList.Count > 0) results.Add(subList); } return results; } which gets the job done, but isn't that elegant. Just looking for better ways to do a FindAll on a List of Lists. Ken

  • Resolve php "deadlock"

    - by Matt
    Hey all, I'm currently running into a situation that I guess would be called deadlock. I'm implementing a message service that calls various object methods.. it's quite similar to observer pattern.. Here's whats going on: Dispatcher.php Dispatcher.php <? class Dispatcher { ... public function message($name, $method) { // Find the object based on the name $object = $this->findObjectByName($name); // Slight psuedocode.. for ease of example if($this->not_initialized($object)) $object = new $object(); // This is where it locks up. } return $object->$method(); ... } class A { function __construct() { $Dispatcher->message("B", "getName"); } public function getName() { return "Class A"; } } class B { function __construct() { // Assume $Dispatcher is the classes $Dispatcher->message("A", "getName"); } public function getName() { return "Class B"; } } ?> It locks up when neither object is initialized. It just goes back and forth from message each other and no one can be initialized. Any help would be immensely helpful.. Thanks! Matt Mueller

  • How to simplify this code or a better design?

    - by Tattat
    I am developing a game, the game have different mode. Easy, Normal, and Difficult. So, I'm thinking about how to store the game mode. My first idea is using number to represent the difficulty. Easy = 0 Normal = 1 Difficult = 2 So, my code will have something like this: switch(gameMode){ case 0: //easy break; case 1: //normal break; case 3: //difficult break; } But I think it have some problems, if I add a new mode, for example, "Extreme", I need to add case 4... ... it seems not a gd design. So, I am thinking making a gameMode object, and different gameMode is sub class of the super class gameMode. The gameMode object is something like this: class GameMode{ int maxEnemyNumber; int maxWeaponNumber; public static GameMode init(){ GameMode gm = GameMode(); gm.maxEnemyNumber = 0; gm.maxWeaponNumber = 0; return gm; } } class EasyMode extends GameMode{ public static GameMode init(){ GameMode gm = super.init(); gm.maxEnemyNumber = 10; gm.maxWeaponNumber = 100; return gm; } } class NormalMode extends GameMode{ public static GameMode init(){ GameMode gm = super.init(); gm.maxEnemyNumber = 20; gm.maxWeaponNumber = 80; return gm; } } But I think it seems too "bulky" to create an object to store gameMode, my "gameMode" only store different variables for game settings.... Is that any simple way to store data only instead of making an Object? thz u.

  • Singleton Properties

    - by coffeeaddict
    Ok, if I create a singleton class and expose the singleton object through a public static property...I understand that. But my singleton class has other properties in it. Should those be static? Should those also be private? I just want to be able to access all properties of my singleton class by doing this: MySingletonClass.SingletonProperty.SomeProperty2 Where SingletonProperty returns me the single singleton instance. I guess my question is, how do you expose the other properties in the singleton class..make them private and then access them through your public singleton static property?

  • Better to use constructor or method factory pattern?

    - by devoured elysium
    I have a wrapper class for the Bitmap .NET class called BitmapZone. Assuming we have a WIDTH x HEIGHT bitmap picture, this wrapper class should serve the purpose of allowing me to send to other methods/classes itself instead of the original bitmap. I can then better control what the user is or not allowed to do with the picture (and I don't have to copy the bitmap lots of times to send for each method/class). My question is: knowing that all BitmapZone's are created from a Bitmap, what do you find preferrable? Constructor syntax: something like BitmapZone bitmapZone = new BitmapZone(originalBitmap, x, y, width, height); Factory Method Pattern: BitmapZone bitmapZone = BitmapZone.From(originalBitmap, x , y, width, height); Factory Method Pattern: BitmapZone bitmapZone = BitmapZone.FromBitmap(originalBitmap, x, y, width, height); Other? Why? Thanks

  • Android, how to use DexClassLoader to dynamically replace an Activity or Service

    - by RickNotFred
    I am trying to do something similar to this stackoverflow posting. What I want to do is to read the definition of an activity or service from the SD card. To avoid manifest permission issues, I create a shell version of this activity in the .apk, but try to replace it with an activity of the same name residing on the SD card at run time. Unfortunately, I am able to load the activity class definition from the SD card using DexClassLoader, but the original class definition is the one that is executed. Is there a way to specify that the new class definition replaces the old one, or any suggestions on avoiding the manifest permission issues without actually providing the needed activity in the package? The code sample: ClassLoader cl = new DexClassLoader("/sdcard/mypath/My.apk", getFilesDir().getAbsolutePath(), null, MainActivity.class.getClassLoader()); try { Class<?> c = cl.loadClass("com.android.my.path.to.a.loaded.activity"); Intent i = new Intent(getBaseContext(), c); startActivity(i); } catch (Exception e) { Intead of launching the com.android.my.path.to.a.loaded.activity specified in /sdcard/mypath/My.apk, it launches the activity statically loaded into the project.

  • How to assign optional attribute of NSManagedObject in a NSManagedObjectModel having Three NSManaged

    - by Kundan
    I am using coredata framework. In my NSManagedObjectModel i am using three entities that are Class, Student and Score where class and student have one-to-many & inverse relationship and Student and Score have also inverse but one-one relationship. Score entity has all optional attributes and having default '0' decimalVaue, which is not assigned at the time new Student is added. But later i want to assign them score individually and also to particular attribute not all of score attributes in a go. I am able to create and add Students to particular Class but dont have any idea how to call particular student and assign them score. For example I want to assign Score'attribute "dribbling" [there are many attributes like "tackling"] a decimal value to Student "David" of Class "Soccer" ,how i can do that? Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

  • Edit the opposite side of a many to many relationship with django generic form

    I have two models: class Actor(models.Model): name = models.CharField(max_length=30, unique = True) event = models.ManyToManyField(Event, blank=True, null=True) class Event(models.Model): name = models.CharField(max_length=30, unique = True) long_description = models.TextField(blank=True, null=True) In a previous question: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2503243/django-form-linking-2-models-by-many-to-many-field, I created an EventForm with a save function: class EventForm(forms.ModelForm): class Meta: model = Event def save(self, commit=True): instance = forms.ModelForm.save(self) instance.actors_set.clear() for actor in self.cleaned_data['actors']: instance.actors_set.add(actors) return instance This allowed me to add m2m links from the other side of the defined m2m connection. Now I want to edit the entry. I've been using a generic function: def generic_edit(request, modelname, object_id): modelname = modelname.lower() form_class = form_dict[modelname] return update_object(request, form_class = form_class, object_id = object_id, template_name = 'createdit.html' ) but this pulls in all the info except the many-to-many selections saved to this object. I think I need to do something similar to this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1700202/editing-both-sides-of-m2m-in-admin-page, but I haven't figured it out. How do I use the generic update_object to edit the other side of many-to-many link?

  • Using Spring as a JPA Container

    - by sdoca
    Hi, I found this article which talks about using Spring as a JPA container: http://java.sys-con.com/node/366275 I have never used Spring before this and am trying to make this work and hope someone can help me. In the article it states that you need to annotate a Spring bean with @Transactional and methods/fields with @PersistenceContext in order to provide transaction support and to inject an entity manager. Is there something the defines a bean as a "Spring Bean"? I have a bean class which implements CRUD operations on entities using generics: @Transactional public class GenericCrudServiceBean implements GenericCrudService { @PersistenceContext(unitName="MyData") private EntityManager em; @Override @PersistenceContext public <T> T create(T t) { em.persist(t); return t; } @Override @PersistenceContext public <T> void delete(T t) { t = em.merge(t); em.remove(t); } ... ... ... @Override @PersistenceContext public List<?> findWithNamedQuery(String queryName) { return em.createNamedQuery(queryName).getResultList(); } } Originally I only had this peristence context annotation: @PersistenceContext(unitName="MyData") private EntityManager em; but had a null em when findWithNamedQuery was invoked. Then I annotated the methods as well, but em is still null (no injection?). I was wondering if this had something to do with my bean not being recognized as "Spring". I have done configuration as best I could following the directions in the article including setting the following in my context.xml file:  <beans xmlns:tx="http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx" tx:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx http://www.springframework.org/schema/tx/spring-tx-2.0.xsd"> <bean id="entityManagerFactory" class="org.springframework.orm.jpa.LocalContainerEntityManagerFactoryBean"> <property name="persistenceUnitName" value="MyData" /> <property name="dataSource" ref="dataSource" /> <property name="loadTimeWeaver" class="org.springframework.classloading.ReflectiveLoadTimeWeaver" /> <property name="jpaVendorAdapter" ref="jpaAdapter" /> </bean> <bean id="dataSource" class="org.apache.commons.dbcp.BasicDataSource" destroy-method="close"> <property name="driverClassName" value="oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver" /> <property name="url" value="jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521:MySID" /> <property name="username" value="user" /> <property name="password" value="password" /> <property name="initialSize" value="3" /> <property name="maxActive" value="10" /> </bean> <bean id="jpaAdapter" class="org.springframework.orm.jpa.vendor.EclipseLinkJpaVendorAdapter"> <property name="databasePlatform" value="org.eclipse.persistence.platform.database.OraclePlatform" /> <property name="showSql" value="true" /> </bean> <bean class="org.springframework.ormmjpa.support.PersistenceAnnotationBeanPostProcessor" /> <tx:annotation-driven /> </beans> I guessed that these belonged in the context.xml file because the article never specifically said which file is the "application context" file. If this is wrong, please let me know.
