• How to loop a video in Flash

  So i had a video that was in quicktime format, threw it into flash, encoded it without a problem and here is the result i got: http://www.healthcarepros.net/travel.html I would like the video to "loop" or "autorewind" as soon as it ends but i am having the hardest time trying to figure how to do this. • How can I force a jQuery faded-in user control to remain after click events?

  I have a basic page to which I'm adding an uploader control based on Bulk Uploader at c-sharpcorner.com and the control is in a jQuery-faded div based on yesdegisn The Bulk Uploader has two server side event handlers for two buttons--Add and Remove. After clicking these buttons, the fade disappears and you're back to the basic page--if the user needs to add more files, this is not desirable. The ArrayList of files added to a ListBox is maintained, but I have to click the "fade-in" link (LinkButton id="lnkDocumentUpload") to display this window again. I also need the control to POST to UploadPost.aspx, and it doesn't work either. Clicking the upload button(<asp:Button ID="btnUpload" runat="server" />) has the same behavior described above--fade disappears, data is retained, and no POST.   Hi All, I have a batch file that calls "MSIExec /X {MyGUID} /qn". This runs successfully when run with my admin user. " I am inclined to think that the issue is that the job is started by the "anonymous" user rather than my admin user. How in hudson do I "tie" the job to be run under the admin user? • Android Plugin in Eclipse 3.5 on Ubuntu 64bit got problems with properties

  Hi there! I got a huge problem with the Android Development Tools ADT running in Eclipse Galileo (3.5.1) on Ubuntu 9.10, 64bit. On this platform, I do not manage to see any property edit dialogs for layout properties. E.g. the one where you can select a string resource ID for text fields, or a drawable ID for image fields or backgrounds. Whenever I click on the ... button next to the property value - nothing happens, except this button disappears. Properties with a list of possible values, e.g. "wrap_content" or "fill_parent" are displayed in a dropdown box directly in the properties field. On a different system I work in a Windows environment with Eclipse 3.4 and the same ADT: no problems whatsoever, everything works fine, the dialogs come perfectly. Does anyone know what to do here? Where's the problem? Why does Eclipse not tell me that something goes wrong? Thanks! NEW DISCOVERIES: I found out that it might not even be an Android problem, but a general Eclipse problem that I can see with all version (Ganymede, Galileo, Helios) on my Linux (Ubuntu) system. It must be a simple UI problem: the button with ... next to the values does not receive the mouse click!! I managed to see the appropriate dialogs to edit the property values by doubleclicking the button - crazy, strange, ugly behavior! But why on earth does nobody else know about this problem - I cannot find anything else on the net about it! Could it be related to this strange "GDK native window problem" on Gnome? HELP!

• Executing javascript script after ajax-loaded a page - doesn't work

  I'm trying to get a page with AJAX, but when I get that page and it includes Javascript code - it doesn't execute it. Why? Simple code in my ajax page: <script type="text/javascript"> alert("Hello"); </script> ...and it doesn't execute it. I'm trying to use Google Maps API and add markers with AJAX, so whenever I add one I execute a AJAX page that gets the new marker, stores it in a database and should add the marker "dynamically" to the map. But since I can't execute a single javascript function this way, what do I do? • Two column layout, navigation div on the right, solution from previous thread didn't seem to work

• Making an owner-draw button transparent against its arbitrary background in WINCE

  Hi I am trying to place an owner-draw button transparently onto a background. I have no trouble doing this when the background is a solid colour but if the background is an image I cannot seem to get the correct HDC (handle to device context) to Bitblt() the area that button covers. The HDC that is passed as part of the DRAWITEMSTRUCT gives me a button-default-grey area. If I attempt to get the parent of the HWND and then the device context of that i.e pdc = GetDC(GetParent(hWnd)); then the background that gets BitBlt'd is the background of the last painted window. • show() progressdialog in asynctask inside fragment

  I'm trying to display a progressDialog while getting an image from a url to a imageview. When trying to show the progressDialog the parent activity has leaked window... Strange thing is that I have two fragments in the this activity, in the first fragment this exact same way of calling the progressdialog works but when the fragment is replaced and i try to make it again it crashes. • Windows cmd encoding change causes Python crash.

  First I chage Windows CMD encoding to utf-8 and run Python interpreter: chcp 65001 python Then I try to print a unicode sting inside it and when i do this Python crashes in a peculiar way (I just get a cmd prompt in the same window). >>> import sys >>> print u'ëèæîð'.encode(sys.stdin.encoding) Any ideas why it happens and how to make it work? UPD: sys.stdin.encoding returns 'cp65001' UPD2: It just came to me that the issue might be connected with the fact that utf-8 uses multi-byte character set (kcwu made a good point on that). I tried running the whole example with 'windows-1250' and got 'ëeaî?'. Windows-1250 uses single-character set so it worked for those characters it understands. However I still have no idea how to make 'utf-8' work here. UPD3: Oh, I found out it is a known Python bug. I guess what happens is that Python copies the cmd encoding as 'cp65001 to sys.stdin.encoding and tries to apply it to all the input. Since it fails to understand 'cp65001' it crushes on any input that contains non-ascii characters.

• Import-Pssession is not importing cmdlets when used in a custom module

  I have a PowerShell script/function that works great when I use it in my PowerShell profile or manually copy/paste the function in the PowerShell window. I'm trying to make the function accessible to other members of my team as a module. I want to have the module stored in a central place so we can all add it to our PSModulePath. Here is a copy of the basic function: Function Connect-O365{ $o365cred = Get-Credential [email protected] $session365 = New-PSSession -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange -ConnectionUri https://ps.outlook.com/powershell/ -Credential $o365cred -Authentication Basic -AllowRedirection Import-PSSession $session365 -AllowClobber } If I save this function in my PowerShell profile it works fine. I can dot source a *.ps1 script with this function in it and it works as well. The issue is when I save the function as a *.psm1 PowerShell script module. The function runs fine but none of the exported commands from the Import-PSSession are available. I think this may have something to do with the module scope. I'm looking for suggestions on how to get around this. • problem loading texture with transparency with OpenGL ES and Android

  Im trying to load an image that has background transparency that will be layered over another texture. When i try and load it, all i get is a white screen. The texture is 512 by 512, and its saved in photoshop as a 24 bit PNG (standard PNG specs in the Photoshop Save for Web and Devices config window). Any idea why its not showing? The texture without transparency shows without a problem.   I found one example in which buttons are added to panels (instances of JPanel) then panels are added to the the containers (instances generated by getContentPane) and then containers are, by the construction, included into the JFrame (the windows). I tried two things: I got rid of the containers. In more details, I added buttons to a panel (instance of JPanel) and then I added the panel to the windows (instance of JFrame). It worked fine. I got rid of the panels. In more details, I added buttons directly to the container and then I added the container to the window (instance of JFrame). So, I do not understand two things. Why do we have two competing mechanism to do the same things. What is the reason to use containers in combination with the panels (JPanel)? (For example, what for we include buttons in JPanels and then we include JPanels in the Containers). Can we include JPanel in JPanel? Can we include a container in container?

My only concern is that the interaction between client and server should be minimal. Thanks..

  I was browsing the web and found this site. I noticed how the nav bar drop-down works, and I want to implement something similar on my website. Afer going into the source code of the page, I found that those drop-down areas are contained in divs with class fOut. It turns out that this is being done with MooTools.   I have a question about the values returned by getPosition. Below is my code. It lets the user set 10 points on a given image: figure ,imshow(im); colorArray=['y','m','c','r','g','b','w','k','y','m','c']; pointArray = cell(1,10); % Construct boundary constraint function fcn = makeConstrainToRectFcn('impoint',get(gca,'XLim'),get(gca,'YLim')); for i = 1:10 p = impoint(gca); % Enforce boundary constraint function using setPositionConstraintFcn setPositionConstraintFcn(p,fcn); setColor(p,colorArray(1,i)); pointArray{i}=p; getPosition(p) end When I start to set points on the image I get results like [675.000 538.000], which means that the x part of the coordinate is 675 and the y part is 538, right? This is what the MATLAB documentation says, but since the image is 576*120 (as displayed in the window) this is not logical. It seemed to me like, somehow, getPosition returns the y coordinate first. I need some clarification on this. Thanks for help

  I have a site that is using Forms Auth. The client does not want the site session to expire at all for users.   Hi, In my Qt Application I am dynamically creating QGraphicsView(s) and adding them inside a QGridLayout. When I add first view inside grid, the view covers all the available space inside grid. Then I add second view and there are now two equally sized views inside grid. Then I add third view and there are now three equally sized views inside grid. And so on. How can I get updated size of first view? • Working with Decimal fields in SSIS

  I'm using SQL Server 2008 w/SP2. I've got an incoming decimal(9,2) field incoming through my OLE DB transformation to my recordset destination transformation. It's like it's reading it as something other than a decimal? I don't know..I'm not an SSIS guru. So continuing on...the problem I have starts here with me trying to stuff the value into a variable for this decimal field. In a foreach loop, I have a variable to represent this decimal field so I can work with it. The first problem that I believe is pretty well known is SSIS variables do not have a decimal type. And from my own testing and what I've read out there, people are using type object for the variable to make SSIS "happy" with decimal values? It makes mine happy. But, then in my foreach loop, I have a for loop. And inside that I'm using an E*xecute SQL Task transformation*. In it, I need to create a parameter mapping to my variable so I can work with that decimal field in my T-SQL call in here. So now I see a type decimal for the parameter and use it and set that to point to my variable. When I run SSIS and it hits my SQL call, I get this in my output window.: The type is not supported.DBTYPE_DECIMAL So I am hitting a wall here. All I wanna do is work with a decimal!!!
