• What is the most easy way to get in advanced Type Theory.

  Of course, by 'advanced' I mean here just something beyond what every programmer does know. I'm currently more-or-less comfortable with the basics and want to understand the most important, most elegant and most practically applicable achievements of modern type theory. I just do not have much time, desire and mental powers to study all the formalistics more thoroughly and that may change in the future. But there is something really attractive for me in that branch, that just forces to ask silly questions like this :) Thank you very much!

I am using jCarousellite, and i want to change the behaviour of built in nav buttons to fire on hover over. $("#carousel").jCarouselLite({ vertical: true, btnNext: ".btn-down", btnPrev: ".btn-up", visible:6, circular: false }); $("#carousel .btn-down").hover(function() { $("#carousel .btn-down").click(); }); but it only fires once when mouseover, i need it to fire continueously while mouseover.

Will cloud computing will play the main role in software industry? Will our data be stored at one place and then can be accessed from any where?   in my c# application (2.0 framework) I'm using notifyicon. I set the icon to an ico file that contains 16X16 and 32X32 icons. when I change the DPI to 150% in win7 the icon looks the 16X16 icon. it looks with very low resolution.

  Hi folks, i have a datagrid that displays long text on couple columns. I have set the cells defaultcellstyle to wrap. This works but now the row height doesn't change to compensate for the wrapped text & the text is getting cut-off. What am i missing? TIA

  Hi, I am using the below js code in order to change the class when a link is clicked. document.getElementById("gifts").setAttribute("class", "gkvSprite selected"); This is not working in IE but it does in FF and Chrome Then I changed the code to : document.getElementById("gifts").setAttribute("className", "gkvSprite selected"); Then it worked in IE stopped working in FF and Chrome. • Java Can't Find File when Running through Eclipse

  When I run a Java application that should be reading from a file in Eclipse, I get a java.io.FileNotFoundException, even though the file is in the correct directory. I can compile and run the application from the command line just fine; the problem only occurs in Eclipse, with more than one project and application. Is there a setting I need to change in the run configurations or build paths to get it to find the file correctly?

  I'm new at OpenGL and I can't find out how to do this: I want to render a letter and be able to change it's color, so I have a texture with the letter on a transparent background. I managed to render it using this code: glEnable(GL_BLEND) glBlendFunc(GL_SRC_ALPHA, GL_ONE_MINUS_SRC_ALPHA) But that renders the letter in black, as it's on the texture. How can I render it with the color setted with glColor4f?

  Hi everyone, I am working using richfaces 3.3.3 , tomcat 6. when i try to access my application using IE6 and the windows language is set to arabic, i get the following exception: IllegalArgumentException: Parameter "size" for convert from HTML to java can not be decoded: [1px], reason: Unparseable number: "1px". when i change the windows language back to english, restart the server and try to log in again everything works fine.. Can anybody please help me with this issue

  I've made a new class in my Xcode project which is derived from UITableView I then drag a UITableView from in the interface builder onto my view and change the class of the object to my derived class. Then I drag the outlet from the table to the files owner and hook it up to an outlet variable in my main view, which is of the same type as my derived class. How do I also set up the datasource and delegate so that they belong to the derived class?
