    Does anyone know of or even better.. can wholeheartedly recommend a WPF graph layout component (Microsoft Research had GLEE a while back but it hasn't been updated after 1.0 since 2007 and isn't WPF etc) as seen e.g. in the screenshot below?     Hey All. I need to do a mass 301 Redirect for all pages ending with .html for my site. I am looking to move all the old .html files to a sub-folder ir. RedirectMatch 301 (.*)\.html$ http://www.domain.com/folder/$1.html When I add this and refresh the browser I get a ton of folder/folder/folder now after the url ie domain.com/folder//folder/folder/folder..... Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks if you can help

    We have a large web-app with hundreds of jsps pages. To avoid repeating markup up blocks we are considering making use of struts tiles. Now it seems messy to have a combination of both <t:insertTemplate template="/WEB-INF/templates/xxxxx.jsp"> and <%@ include file="xxxxx.jsp"%> statements so we are considering converting all includes statements to insertTemplates (whether or not the template includes any tile syntax) Has anyone had any experience with using tiles 100% for jsp includes?

The view isn't huge but it has a few other UIImageViews as subviews and it might be related to memory, but I can't find anything on this message. Any ideas?

  • Unicenter Software Delivery 4 not able to connect to MS SQL 2000 Database after W2003 SP2 upgrade

    Hello Everyone Yesterday I installed the Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 on a Windows Server 2003 which has Unicenter Software Delivery 4 installed. Prior to the installation I disabled every CA service on the server (Brightstor, SDO , RCO, TNG) and the MS SQL 2000 service. After the installation of the SP2 I enabled the services again but the Unicenter Service is not able to connect to the MS SQL 2000 Database anymore. The database itself is up and running and I can connect to it with the Enterprise Manager. A dbcc checkdb doesnt return any errors on the Unicenter database. As some of the pages have <meta name="Description and some have <meta name="description. My problem is very much similar to that of Question on Stackoverflow The only difference is that I can't use lxml .. I have to stick with Beautifulsoup.

    I have a web application running in a kiosk, which is set up with greasemonkey so that we can customize little things about the application and ensure the customizations only occur at the kiosk. I have been digging through the GM api hoping that it would have some functionality to affect browser settings, but alas it looks like it only affects pages running in the browser. Is there a way for me to tell the browser to clear it's cache when a certain event happens in the application?

    It seems that the out of the box approve/reject buttons in SharePoint CMS try to direct you to an InfoPath form. We have implemented custom .aspx pages that we use for our workflow approval process and would like it to show these when a user clicks the buttons. Currently we get an error that the formURN cannot be found. Can I affect the url that is shown when the approve/reject buttons are clicked or Can I hide those buttons and provide my own buttons/functionality for that purpose Thanks for any suggestions

So I changed return type from List to Enumeration, in the method, instead of ArrayList, uses Vector and return vector.elements at the end of the method. It works without any error. but I did not understand why. Could someone explain Why this Enumeration worked?

  • Setting Sql server security rights for multiple situations

    We have an application which uses an instance of Sql Server locally for its backend storage. The administrator windows login has had its sysadmin right revoked, and instead two sql logins have been created; one for the application with a secret password and one read only login we let users view the raw data with. This was working fine until we moved on FileStreams, which requires intergrated windows authentication. So now the sql server logins must be replaced. As a result, I am now reviewing all of our logins but I am not sure how it is possible. It seems that the application needs full read/write access, yet I still need to lock down writing to the tables so the user cannot login into the database and delete data randomly. Does anyone have any tips for setting multiple levels of security using intergrated windows logins, or can you direct me to any further reading?   • Strange TFS Source Repository Problem

    We have a web project we are working on using TFS and we are kind of new to it (TFS). One of my teammates is unable to see a particular page (three associated files) in the IDE. To the rest of us, it looks as though it is checked out to her. When she ran the unlock command through the console, it returned that the files for the page were not locked. Yet we are unable to check it out due to her apparently having a lock. Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi, I was asked this question today by a colleague, and couldn't find any clue on the Internet... Can someone tell me if calling Marshall.ReleaseComObject()directly calls the garbage collector ? As I understand it, it only removes COM references, and then the G.C. cleans memory on its next pass, but I can be mistaken... Thanks in advance for your help!
