• Saving State Dynamic UserControls...Help!

  I have page with a LinkButton on it that when clicked, I'd like to add a Usercontrol to the page. I need to be able to add/remove as many controls as the user would like. The Usercontrol consists of three dropdownlists. The first dropdownlist has it's auotpostback property set to true and hooks up the OnSelectedIndexChanged event that when fired will load the remaining two dropdownlists with the appropriate values. My problem is that no matter where I put the code in the host page, the usercontrol is not being loaded properly. I know I have to recreate the usercontrols on every postback and I've created a method that is being executed in the hosting pages OnPreInit method. I'm still getting the following error: The control collection cannot be modified during DataBind, Init, Load, PreRender or Unload phases. And If I removed the mouse listener the problem then be solved. Is it because I doing something wrong at the mouse click listener?

I had this div: <div id="content"></div> and wanted to fill it with $("#content").load("include/add.html"); It loads the HTML file perfectly, but inside that add.html is a button that should load add2.html(also using .load), but it seems that neither the button nor the datepicker in that file won't work. I'm guessing the .load function is responsible for that?   I have two mysql queries that return a column of phone numbers. I want am trying to end up with a list of phone numbers that are in one list, but not in the other. So the two queries I have are: SELECT phone FROM civicrm_phone phone LEFT JOIN civicrm_participant participant ON phone.contact_id = participant.contact_id WHERE phone.is_primary = 1 AND participant.id IS NULL and SELECT phone FROM civicrm_phone phone LEFT JOIN civicrm_participant participant ON phone.contact_id = participant.contact_id WHERE phone.is_primary = 1 AND participant.id IS NOT NULL And before anyone asks, the above two queries do not provide mutually exclusive results (based on using IS NULL and IS NOT NULL for the last WHERE statement), since we have related individuals in the database who use the same phone number, but do not necessarily all have a participant.id.   Hello, I'm using seam to develop a simple web app. Using a4j commandButton in many places, with the property reRender="componentName" componentName is in most places a a4j outputPanel Which always worked, until I used a template. with include of two different views. reRender applied to the whole view does work, but reRender applied to an inner component does not. Same issue with page rules, all action I had defined are not functioning any more. • Creating a timetable using PHP

  I am going to create a little app using PHP that acts as a timetable. I am going to have it going from 9.00am to 5.00pm and through monday to friday. I am still deciding how i want the timetable to function but have this idea though, the user mouses over a section of the timetable, when the user clicks that point, a new event booking window opens up and the user selects the event type and event duration and then saves. Now, I was going to create a 1440 pixel wide table and then have have each hour have 180pixels and each minute of that hour taking up 3 pixels. How would you go about implementing such a thing, and by that i mean, how would you go about making the app so that it knows what time it is when a user clicks a certain portion of the timetable? Im not asking for code or anything like that, I'm just wondering how more experienced developers would go about creating such a timetable because there are a few other ways i have thought about going about this problem but its always nice to hear other peoples ideas about how they would go about solving a problem. I am of course assuming master pages caused this, since it's the only thing I've changed besides minor updates (that should not affect this in any way).

I want to disable this and make a button / icon inside .right_box which the user have to click on to drag the box. Is this possible?

• How can I make an AJAX link work once it is moved out of the iFrame?

  Hi, I am using an iFrame with a form that return some content with an AJAX link. I am then moving the returned content out of the iFrame into the main page. However, then the ajax link does not work and the error "Element is null" is created once the link is clicked. How can I move content from the iFrame and still have the AJAX link working? • Hibernate annotations cascading doesn't work

  Hi all, I've decided to change hbm.xml style to annotations using hibernate. I had in my hbm.xml: <hibernate-mapping package="by.sokol.jpr.data"> <class name="Licence"> <id name="licenceId"> <generator class="native" /> </id> <many-to-one name="user" lazy="false" cascade="save-update" column="usr"/> </class> </hibernate-mapping> And changed it to: @Entity public class Licence { @Id @GeneratedValue(strategy = GenerationType.AUTO) private int licenceId; @ManyToOne(targetEntity=User.class, fetch=FetchType.EAGER, cascade = CascadeType.ALL) @Cascade(value = { org.hibernate.annotations.CascadeType.SAVE_UPDATE }) private User user; } And hibernate doesn't save user on saving. I really need help!
