The thing is when I go to the url test.com/index.php?option=com_mycomponent, it still uses the default template instead of the template that I set it to. PS: The component works, only it's using the wrong template.

  Hello, I'm using Visual Studio 2008 Express and I would like Visual Studio (or perhaps an Add-in) to save my whole project to some sort of auto-incrementing archive or whatever would help me recover from disasters. I don't have much need for SVN or complex versioning systems. I'm just looking for something simple and lean. Any help would be much appreciated.   Hi, I have this line of code: return (this.pretWithoutDiscount / Double.Parse(UtilsStatic.getEuroValue())).ToString("N2") + "€"; In debug mode i've tested and the values are: UtilsStatic.getEuroValue() = "4.1878" this.pretWithoutDiscount = 111.0 Can anyone explaing WHY: Double.Parse(UtilsStatic.getEuroValue()) = 41878.0 when it should be 4.1878 ??   Hi there, I have a database with products organized by categories and subcategories. The thing is that I generate a menu by querying the categories table. Because categories are almost the same(they can change/add once a month or something), I don't think I have to query the database for each access of the web-page. Do you have a better idea for me?   I have a project in eclipse, that is unable to see maven dependencies. What is odd is when I build from the command line the build completes fine. They are both pointed at the same repository.   Hello Guys, I want to make a scala function which returns a scala tuple. I can do a function like this: def foo = (1,"hello","world") and this will work fine, but now I want to tell the compiler what I expect to be returned from the function instead of using the built in type inference (after all, I have no idea what a (1,"hello","world") is) I thought I remembered the classname being something like Tuple3[Int,String,String] but that doesnt work for me. Suggestions? :D (ps: I love stack overflow!)

  Hi. Anybody knows how to merge two menus with the same name in a MDI application. More exactly, in the MDI main form I have a menu called 'File' which has a sub-menu called 'Load project'. In the MDI child form, I have a menu called also 'File' which contains a sub-menu called 'Save project'. How can I force my application to show both 'Load' and 'Save' sub-menus under the 'File' menu? - PS: setting the same GoupIndex value will not work.
