• Working the Chart Percentages

  Charting in BIP is such fun, well sometimes it is. Not so much today, at least not for Ron in San Diego. He needed a horizontal bar chart showing values plotted for various test areas with value labels at the end of the bars. Simple enough right? The wrinkle, they were percentage values so he needed to see '56%' not '56'! Still, it should be simple enough but the percentage formatting has a requirement for your values to be in a decimal format i.e. 0.56 not 56.0. 56.0 gets formatted as 5600%. OK, so either pull the values out as decimals or use the div function to divide the values in the chart by 100 e.g. <xsl:value-of select="myval div 100)" /> Now I can use the following the chart XML to format the percentages as I need them:   <Graph ... > ... <MarkerText visible="true"> <Y1ViewFormat> <ViewFormat numberType="NUMTYPE_PERCENT" decimalDigit="0" numberTypeUsed="true" leadingZeroUsed="true" decimalDigitUsed="true"/> </Y1ViewFormat> </MarkerText> ... </Graph>   That gets me the values shown the way I want but the auto axis formatting gets me from 0 >> 1. I now need to go in and add the formatting for the axis too.   <Graph ...> ... <Y1Axis axisMinAutoScaled="false" axisMinValue="0.0" axisMaxAutoScaled="false" axisMaxValue="1.0" majorTickStepAutomatic="true"> <ViewFormat numberType="NUMTYPE_PERCENT" decimalDigit="0" scaleFactor="SCALEFACTOR_NONE" numberTypeUsed="true" leadingZeroUsed="true" decimalDigitUsed="true" scaleFactorUsed="true"/> </Y1Axis>   Now I have a chart that's showing the percentage values and formatting axis scale correctly for me too. • what would be a good way to implement/render a 2d tiled map for a browser game?

  I've made this little rpg ruby game I did while learning and now I'd like to make it into a browser game. I've already set up Sinatra framework to serve it, so what I am looking for, before everything else, is a way to represent the game map in browser (location attributes are stored in db). A new map is randomly generated by code for each new game at each game start. For now forget db, and let's say a map (say 100x100 "squares") is stored as a tridimensional array. (x,y, ...) Last "dimension" of array stores who & what is at that map cell: a player, a building, whatever. So all I have to do is render those "squares" or array cells to a 2d tiled map in the browser. The map does not need to refresh or be dynamically fetched as you scroll it, (at least at this stage of development) but, a technology which would allow me to do so in future would be a good reason for choosing it. Things that I thought of: html tables, html5 canvas, some js framework which is designed exactly with this purpose (which I do not know of = please advice). Yes I know about gamequery-js framework, but I've never used it, and I don't know if it's going to slow down everything down to inusability as I'm adding new features (scrolling, ajax). I really don't know of any other alternatives.. maybe there are lighter approaches? Easier or more minimalistic ways ? More targeted js framework which is the right tool for the job? Maybe just some html canvas code, or even simple image maps, or images with absolute positioning will be enough? The thing is I'd like to start simple, and then gradually make it better, so, as I said before, I'd prefer something that will give me room for improvement or is headed toward new web tendencies but which will also give me a bit of gratification in the beginning :) So.. advices are needed! And appreciated! :) Thanks p.s. Flash is excluded because I don't like it.

• Setting the SlideShowExtender's Index

  The AJAX SlideShowExtender is pretty useful. It does what it says and works without much fuss. There was one trick I needed it to perform that I could not find natively within the control. That was to set the slide’s current index. With a little JavaScript however I could make the control do what I wanted. The example below assumes a few things. First you already have a SlideShowExtender setup and working (or see this post). Second this SlideShowExtender is on a page all by itself so the index to set the slide to is passed in the URL. The scenario I had was this SSE was showing full images, the index was passed from another page that had a SSE showing thumbnails. It does not have anything else to do with setting the slide index. The code in the pageLoad function sets the index on the slide_currentIndex line. The slider.setCurrentImage() line does pretty much what it says. I added the slider._slider = ‘’ to avoid an error (not a show stopper just a bit annoying). • Ad-hoc reporting similar to Microstrategy/Pentaho - is OLAP really the only choice (is OLAP even sufficient)?

  So I'm getting ready to develop an API in Java that will provide all dimensions, metrics, hierarchies, etc to a user such that they can pick and choose what they want (say, e.g., dimensions of Location (a store) and Weekly, and the metric Product Sales $), provide their choices to the api, and have it spit out an object that contains the answer to their question (the object would probably be a set of cells). I don't even believe there will be much drill up/down. The data warehouse the APIwill interface with is in a standard form (FACT tables, dimensions, star schema format). My question is, is an OLAP framework such as Mondrian the only way to achieve something akin to ad-hoc reporting? I can envisage a really large Cube (or VirtualCube) that contains most of the dimensions and metrics the user could ever want, which would give the illusion of ad-hoc reporting. The problem is that there is a ton of setup to do (so much XML) to get the framework to work with the data. Further it requires specific knowledge, such as MDX, and even moreso learning the framework peculiars (Mondrian API). Finally, I am not positive it will scale much better than simply making queries against a SQL database. OLAP to me feels like very old technology. Is performance really an issue anymore? The alternative I can think of would be dynamic SQL. If the existing tables in the data warehouse conform to a naming scheme (FACT_, DIM_, etc), or if a very simple config file/ database table containing config information existed that stored which tables are fact tables, which are dimensions, and what metrics are available, then couldn't the api read from that and assembly the appropriate sql query? Would this necessarily be harder than learning MDX, Mondrian (or another OLAP framework), and creating all the cubes? In general, I feel that OLAP is at the same time too powerful (supports drill up/down, complex functions) and outdated and am reluctant to base my architecture on it. However, I am unsure if the alternative(s), such as rolling my own ad-hoc reporting framework using dynamic SQL would remove any complexity while still fulfilling requirements, both functional and non-functional (e.g., scalability; some FACT tables have many millions of rows). I also wonder about other techniques (e.g., hive). Has anyone here tried to do ad-hoc reporting? Any advice? I expect this project to take a pretty long time (3 months min, but probably longer), so I just do not want to commit to an architecture without being absolutely sure of its pros and cons. • How to Export a Contact to and Import a Contact from a vCard (.vcf) File in Outlook 2013

  vCard is the abbreviation for Virtual Business Card and is the standard format (.vcf files) for electronic business cards. vCards allow you to create and share contact information over the internet, such as in email messages and instant messaging. You can also use vCards to move contact information from one email or personal information management program to another, as long as both programs support the .vcf file format. vCards can contain name and address information, as well as phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, images, and audio clips. We will show you how to export a contact to and import a contact from a vCard, or .vcf file, in Outlook. First access the People section by clicking People at the bottom of the Outlook window. To view your contact in business card format, click Business Card in the Current View section of the Home tab. Select a contact by clicking on the name bar at the top of the business card. To export the selected contact as a vCard, click the File tab. On the Account Information screen, click Save As in the list of options on the left. The Save As dialog box displays. By default, the name of the contact is used to name the .vcf file in the File name edit box. Change the name, if desired, select a location for the file, and click Save. The contact is saved as a .vcf file. To import a vCard, or .vcf file, into Outlook, simply double-click on the .vcf file. By default, .vcf files are automatically associated with Outlook, so the file is opened in Outlook as a Contact. Make any changes or additions to the contact in the contact editing window. To save the contact, click Save & Close in the Actions section of the Contact tab. NOTE: Notice that because this contact is new, the full contact editing window displays rather than the Contact Card that displays when double-clicking on a contact. You can open the full contact editing window instead of the Contact Card when editing a contact or searching for a contact. The contact is added to the Contacts folder. You can add your contact information to a signature in business card format, and it will display as shown above in emails.   When i first installed ubuntu 12.04 everything worked fine. All of a sudden my sound has stopped working!! This has happened before [like 2 days ago], however the next day it started working again. I've tried loading earlier kernels [3.2.0 ] but that hasn't helped. I've tried playing with alsamixer, unmuting and raising volume, doesn't work I've tried playing with pauvcontrol, doesnt work. Althought, strangely, when i play a song, under output i can see a bar moving implying that something is working, just the sound isn't getting through my speakers. Thus it might be a hardware problem. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling pulsaudio annd alsamixer, doesn't work [maybe made it worse...]. I've heard reverting back to kernel 3.0... works, but i'm reluctant to try that[i dont know much about kernels]. Thank you. Please tell me what other information you need. EDIT: My audio has started working again after another reboot. However this time im not connected to my external audio on startup. I will see if this is the issue next time i'm at home Edit: Connecting to external audio is not the problem.

• openGL textures in bitmap mode

  For reasons detailed here I need to texture a quad using a bitmap (as in, 1 bit per pixel, not an 8-bit pixmap). Right now I have a bitmap stored in an on-device buffer, and am mounting it like so: glBindBuffer(GL_PIXEL_UNPACK_BUFFER, BFR.G[(T+1)%2]); glTexImage2D(GL_TEXTURE_2D, 0, GL_RGB, W, H, 0, GL_COLOR_INDEX, GL_BITMAP, 0); The OpenGL spec has this to say about glTexImage2D: "If type is GL_BITMAP, the data is considered as a string of unsigned bytes (and format must be GL_COLOR_INDEX). Each data byte is treated as eight 1-bit elements..." Judging by the spec, each bit in my buffer should correspond to a single pixel. However, the following experiments show that, for whatever reason, it doesn't work as advertised: 1) When I build my texture, I write to the buffer in 32-bit chunks. From the wording of the spec, it is reasonable to assume that writing 0x00000001 for each value would result in a texture with 1-px-wide vertical bars with 31-wide spaces between them. However, it appears blank. 2) Next, I write with 0x000000FF. By my apparently flawed understanding of the bitmap mode, I would expect that this should produce 8-wide bars with 24-wide spaces between them. Instead, it produces a white 1-px-wide bar. 3) 0x55555555 = 1010101010101010101010101010101, therefore writing this value ought to create 1-wide vertical stripes with 1 pixel spacing. However, it creates a solid gray color. 4) Using my original 8-bit pixmap in GL_BITMAP mode produces the correct animation. I have reached the conclusion that, even in GL_BITMAP mode, the texturer is still interpreting 8-bits as 1 element, despite what the spec seems to suggest. The fact that I can generate a gray color (while I was expecting that I was working in two-tone), as well as the fact that my original 8-bit pixmap generates the correct picture, support this conclusion. Questions: 1) Am I missing some kind of prerequisite call (perhaps for setting a stride length or pack alignment or something) that will signal to the texturer to treat each byte as 8-elements, as it suggests in the spec? 2) Or does it simply not work because modern hardware does not support it? (I have read that GL_BITMAP mode was deprecated in 3.3, I am however forcing a 3.0 context.) 3) Am I better off unpacking the bitmap into a pixmap using a shader? This is a far more roundabout solution than I was hoping for but I suppose there is no such thing as a free lunch.

• The term "interface" in C++

  Java makes a clear distinction between class and interface. (I believe C# does also, but I have no experience with it). When writing C++ however there is no language enforced distinction between class and interface. Consequently I've always viewed interface as a workaround for the lack of multiple inheritance in Java. Making such a distinction feels arbitrary and meaningless in C++. I've always tended to go with the "write things in the most obvious way" approach, so if in C++ I've got what might be called an interface in Java, e.g.: class Foo { public: virtual void doStuff() = 0; ~Foo() = 0; }; and I then decided that most implementers of Foo wanted to share some common functionality I would probably write: class Foo { public: virtual void doStuff() = 0; ~Foo() {} protected: // If it needs this to do its thing: int internalHelperThing(int); // Or if it doesn't need the this pointer: static int someOtherHelper(int); }; Which then makes this not an interface in the Java sense anymore. Instead C++ has two important concepts, related to the same underlying inheritance problem: virtual inhertiance Classes with no member variables can occupy no extra space when used as a base "Base class subobjects may have zero size" Reference Of those I try to avoid #1 wherever possible - it's rare to encounter a scenario where that genuinely is the "cleanest" design. #2 is however a subtle, but important difference between my understanding of the term "interface" and the C++ language features. As a result of this I currently (almost) never refer to things as "interfaces" in C++ and talk in terms of base classes and their sizes. I would say that in the context of C++ "interface" is a misnomer. It has come to my attention though that not many people make such a distinction. Do I stand to lose anything by allowing (e.g. protected) non-virtual functions to exist within an "interface" in C++? (My feeling is the exactly the opposite - a more natural location for shared code) Is the term "interface" meaningful in C++ - does it imply only pure virtual or would it be fair to call C++ classes with no member variables an interface still?

• Is it smart to take a year off from school to get experience?

  firstly I apologize if this question is not appropriate for the site, but I've seen other similar (though slightly deviant) questions on this sight before and I know the people here are the most qualified to answer my question. Anyways, I'm currently between my sophomore and junior years at a 4 year university, and after a bit of deliberation I've decided on computer science as a major (BA, by the way, as a BS would require me to stay at least an extra year the way our program is set up). I've been interested now in programming for a few months and I've developed a passion for it in a very short time. I began learning C++, migrating to Java recently when I learned my school focuses on this language. Now, I should mention that the concept of higher education has never sat well with me, so part of my motivation for wanting to take time off is to truly challenge myself and see what I can accomplish when I actually try at something. The autodidact in me finds it difficult to focus on my passions while trying to keep a high GPA in unrelated classes. However, I understand the times we live in and therefore would plan to complete my degree after this year. So my question is whether or not the skills I learn in a year off from college could justify the time off from school. Unfortunately, I don't believe I know enough yet to gain any professional experience (internship, etc.) so I would mostly focus my time on learning Java and another language, possibly Wordpress (to gain an understanding of web programming concepts as I have not yet decided what field I want to get into, and to make some money to fund my off-year), and to delve into security concepts, which also interest me. I'm hoping I could work on projects, such as simple applications or contributions to open source software during this time to enhance my resume once I do finish school, so I can find a job out of college easier. I do not want to be the new hire who knows nothing beyond the concepts of his Java textbooks. Does anyone have any input about these thoughts of mine, or any ideas for where I should focus my studies or how high I might set the bar for my work? Thanks a lot everyone!

• Modifying a HTML page to fix several "bugs" add a function to next/previous on a option dropdown

  SOF, I've got a few problems plaguing me at the moment and am wondering if anyone could assist me with them. I'm trying to get Next Class | Previous Class to act as buttons so that when Next Class is clicked it will go to the next item in the dropdown list and for previous it would go to back one. There used to be a scroll bar that allowed me to scroll the main window left and right, it's missing because (I think it was to do with the scroll left and scroll right function) The footer at the bottom doesn't show correctly on mobile devices; for some reason it appears completely differently to as it does on a computer. The "bar" practically and the Scroll Left and Scroll buttons don't appear at all on mobile devices. The scroll left button is unable to be clicked for some reason, I'm unsure what I've done wrong. Refreshing the page resets the horizontal scroll position to far left (I'm pretty sure this relates to the scroll bar) I want to also find a way so that on mobile devices the the header will not show the placeholder image, however I can't work out what CSS media tag(s) I should be using. • NTUSER.DAT and UsrClass.dat files building up by the thousands, why and can I delete?

  I've noticed that my web server, 2008 Xen VM, gradually loosing free space - more than I would of though from normal use and decided to investigate. There are two problem areas: *C:\Users\Administrator\ (6,755.0 MB)* with files: NTUSER.DAT{randomness}.TMContainer'0000 randomness'.regtrans-ms NTUSER.DAT{randomness}.TM.blf AND C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\ (6,743.8 MB) with files UsrClass.dat{randomness}.TMContainer'0000 randomness'.regtrans-ms UsrClass.dat{randomness}.TM.blf From what I understand these are in-time backups of registry changes. If that is the case I cannot possibly understand why there would be 10000+ changes. (That's how many files there are per folder location, over 20,000 per folder in total.) The files are using almost 15GB of space and I want rid of them, I'm just wondering can I remove them. However, I need to understand why they are being created so I can avoid this in the future. Any ideas why there would be so many? Is there a way I can check to see what is making the modifications? Are they created with login attempts? Are they created in relation to every day Web Server use? etc. and so on

• Watchguard SSL Certificate problems

  We recently purchased a Watchguard XTM 510. The hope is to replace our ISA 2006 proxy with this UTM product. We are having some issues with secured sites in our test setup. Currently We are still running traffic through the ISA server and I have the Watchguard also setup to be connected to the network. Where we run into problems is when I set in ISA the HTTPS site's location to be forwarded through the XTM, I get a certificate could not be validated error. Therefore I think Ive narrowed it down to two possibilities. One, the certificate needs to be installed on the XTM. Im not 100% sure this is the case as I believe this should just be acting as strictly a proxy and forwarding all the traffic through no questions asked. Either way if I try to import a certificate to the XTM I always get a certificate validation failed error message. These are generally converted pfx to pem files. Second, the XTM CA certificate needs to be installed on the ISA server so that they may communicate. I have done this but it didn't seem to do anything. I believe this should be working and was hoping someone has struggled through this before.

• High CPU usage by 'svchost.exe' and 'coreServiceShell.exe'

  I am having a laptop running on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit. Since past few days, my laptop is facing a serious problem. Whenever I connect to Internet, either svchost.exe or coreServiceShell.exe or both hog the CPU. The coreServiceShell.exe consumes a lot of RAM also. Going into the details, I found that high CPU usage of svchost.exe is caused by Network Location Awareness service. And the high CPU usage of coreServiceShell.exe is caused by Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security 2012. That kind'a makes me think that Trend Micro may be the root of the problem. After further testing, I found that if I use IE or Firefox to browse the Internet, immediately after connecting to Internet, things are normal. See and But if I use Google Chrome, the coreServiceShell.exe hogs both CPU and RAM. At this point, if I disconnect the Internet, the CPU and RAM usage by coreServiceShell.exe continues to be high till I close the Chrome. Also, when I close the Chrome, while Internet is connected, svchost.exe continues to hog CPU but coreServiceShell.exe leaves the race. That makes think that Chrome is the root of the problem, but again, tracing coreServiceShell.exe takes me back to Trend Micro Internet Security. Stopping the Protection by the Trend Micro Internet Security doesn't help either (I am not able to stop its services though). I have updated the Chrome, but no help. I just can't figure out who is the culprit. I can't do without the Google Chrome (of course, by not using it) because of its immensely useful and indispensable features both during browsing and development. Secondly, I can't uninstall the Trend Micro Internet security Suite since it still has few months before it expires and is proving me reliable protection. What could be the cause of the problem and what can I do to resolve this? Thanks in advance

• Getting PATH right for python after MacPorts install

  I can't import some python libraries (PIL, psycopg2) that I just installed with MacPorts. I looked through these forums, and tried to adjust my PATH variable in $HOME/.bash_profile in order to fix this but it did not work. I added the location of PIL and psycopg2 to PATH. I know that Terminal is a version of python in /usr/local/bin, rather than the one installed by MacPorts at /opt/local/bin. Do I need to use the MacPorts version of Python in order to ensure that PIL and psycopg2 are on sys.path when I use python in Terminal? Should I switch to the MacPorts version of Python, or will that cause more problems? • HP P212 hangs on Initializing

  I'm in trouble... Server: HP Microserver N36L Storage: HP P212/256 with BBWC Drives: 4 WD 2 Tb While expanding the RAID 5 array from 3 to 4 drives, the server rebooted itself. Expansion was at 76%. Now at boot the P212 seems to hang on initializing. After some time screen resets and the server boots, but in the os (Windows Server 2008R2) the P212 has errors (error code 10) and it's not seen by the HP ACU. Whats' going on? It's trying to complete the expansion? It's trying to make all over the expansion? It's simply stuck? What should I do? I NEED the data on the array! PS In the server BIOS, on the hd boot priority, the server still reports the array logical drive... maybe it's a good sign... PPS I'm not at the server physical location, so I cannot tell if the drives in the array are being accessed (that would be the case if the controller it's redoing/completing the expansion process) or not right now. • Unable to back up SQL Server databases using a maintenance plan

  I am trying to create a maintenance plan that will run automatically and back up my SQL Server 2005 databases automatically. I create a new maintenance plan and add a "Back Up Database Task", select all databases, and choose a path to back up to. When I save and try to execute this plan, I get the following error message: =================================== Execution failed. See the maintenance plan and SQL Server Agent job history logs for details. =================================== Job 'Backup.Subplan_1' failed. (SqlManagerUI) ------------------------------ Program Location: at Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.SqlManagerUI.MaintenancePlanMenu_Run.PerformActions() I've checked the maintenance plan log, the agent log, and just about every log file I can find and there are no entries at all to help me figure out why this is failing. If I right-click on a specific database and select "Back Up", the task succeeds. I tried changing the plan to back up just that one database and it still failed. I've tried running the plan with both Windows authentication and SQL Server authentication with the sa account. I also tried specifically granting the SQL Server Agent user account full privileges on the backup folder, but it still failed. While searching the web for clues, the only solution I've run across so far suggests running sp_configure 'allow_update', 0. I tried this but allow_update was already set to 0 and it did not fix the problem. The Windows server and SQL Server have all updates applied to them. Thanks for any suggestions!

• Windows scheduled task fails to complete with error code 0xc000013a

  I'm using Windows Server 2003 and have a scheduled task that fails to complete. The task is set to run a Windows Command Script (.cmd) at 3pm each day. The script runs a program that extracts some data from a SQL Server database and uploads that data to an FTP server. The error code displayed in the "Last result" column of the scheduled tasks folder is 0xc000013a. A quick Google search leads to this Microsoft support page that states: The most common "C" error code is "0xC000013A: The application terminated as a result of a CTRL+C". No-one is logged in at the time the task runs, so there's no-one around to press CTRL+C. I'm not sure I understand what is being said here in the Microsoft documentation. I've checked the rudimentary things - the scheduled task is enabled, scheduled to run each day, and pointing to a file that does exist in a valid location. Interestingly, when I run this task manually (either by running the .cmd script from the command line, or by right-clicking the task and clicking "Run") the task completes successfully. What does this error code mean, and how can I get this task to run when I'm not there to force it?

• Outlook 2007 Backup to D:\Outlook Fails - Access Denied, Write-Protected or File In Use

  I can successfully save the Outlook PST file to the default location on the C drive (C:\Documents and Settings\user\ ... \Outlook) but when I change the backup save to directory to Outlook on the D drive I get the error: Cannot copy Outlook: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use. I suppose it is not that crucial that I save this file here, but I have never seen this problem before and I have made this same change in the past. I did some searching in this knowledge exchange as well as elsewhere on changing permissions, etc, but this didn't help. I discovered that the folder on my D drive (called Outlook) is not write-protected and nor is it read-only, as I can save to and modify files in that directory, as well as rename and delete the directory itself. At the time when I installed this version of Outlook, I used a previously saved Personal Folder (a backup PST file) and I thought having this still open in Outlook was causing the trouble. • Diagnosing permission problems with Cobian Backup to network share

  I'm running the latest Cobian 11. I have a Synology DS412 NAS. All of my machines (Mac and Windows) access this just fine when I'm logged in and I browse to it manually. I have Cobian installed as a service on two Windows machines: WinXP SP3 and Win7 x64. On both machines, the service is set to log on with my user account which is in the Windows administrator group. Backups on both machines fail with the message "Couldn't create the destination directory "\nas1\backups\foo\bar\": The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect". I have tried setting the NAS's share to allow anonymous read/write access but it made no difference. Although I want the backups to run unattended in the middle of the night, I have tested them by running them manually while I'm logged in but no luck. Before starting that, I make sure that I can browse to the NAS with Explorer to ensure that any authentication session with Windows and the NAS has not expired. Still no luck. I have tried creating that destination directory both on the NAS before the backup and deleting it so the backup job could create it with the client's credentials but no luck. The usual answer in the Cobian support forums is that there is a permission problem. I agree. But at this point, what can I do to diagnose this further?

• How do you import CA certificates onto an Android phone?

  Hi all, I want to connect to my University's wireless using my Nexus One. When I go to "Add Wi-Fi network" in Wireless Settings I fill in the Network SSID and select 802.1x Enterprise for the security and fill everything out. The problem is that our university's wireless uses Thawte Premium Server CA certificate for certification. When I click the drop down list for CA certificate I get nothing in the list (just N/A) Now I have the certificate (Thawte Premium Server CA.pem) and have moved it to my SD card, but it doesn't look like Android automatically detects it. Where should I put the certificate so that the Android wireless manager recognizes it. In other words, how can I import a CA certificate so that Android recognizes that it is on the phone and displays it in the CA Certificate drop down list. Thanks for any help, Tomek P.S. My phone is not rooted EDIT: After doing some research it looks like you are able to install certificates by going to your phone's settings Location & Security Install from SD card Unfortunately it looks like the only accepted file extension is .p12. It does not look like there is a way to import .cer or .pem files (which are the only two files that come with the Thawte certificates) at this moment. It does look like you can use a converter to convert your .cer or .pem files to .p12, however a key file is needed. https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-converter.html I do not know where to get this key file for the Thawte certificates.
