  Mysql: i need to get the offset of a item in a query. I have a image gallery: this show 6 image per stack, so when i request image 22 it shows images from 18 to 24. It should first get the offset of the image 22, then get the images from 18 to 24. Another example: i request the image number 62(and offset 62), it will select images with offset from 60 to 66. Is possible with a single query? Thanks ;)

So I found, that the application is indeed vulnerable to injections because I can alter some of the insert statements. Of course, removing the method is not really an option right now, and the model contains several other methods as well so I assume if I just move the humanize method around, it will generate an error on the next one.   I have two tables that link together through an id one is "submit_moderate" and one is "submit_post" The "submit_moderate" table looks like this id moderated_by post 1 James 60 2 Alice 32 3 Tim 18 4 Michael 60 Im using a simple query to get data from the "submit_post" table according to the "submit_moderate" table. $get_posts = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM submit_moderate WHERE moderated_by!='$user'"); $user is the person who is signed in. Now my problem is when I run this query, with the user 'Michael' it will retrieve this 1 James 60 2 Alice 32 3 Tim 18 Now technically this is correct however I don't want to retrieve the first row because 60 is associated with Michael as well as James. Basically I don't want to retrieve that value '60'. I know why this is happening however I can't figure out how to do this. I appreciate any hints or advice I can get.

  I'm developing an iOS app with Twitter features. To do that I'm using SA_OAuthTwitterEngine and MGTwitterEngine wrappers. I've followed this post. I'm trying to retweet a tweet from the followed user timeline. But after execute the method, the retweeted doesn't appears in the user timeline, where I'm getting the user tweets and tweets retweeted by user. What I'm loosing here? According with this the request to the Twitter API is ok. And I've checked the app permissions setted in twitter and have all: read/write and direct messages. Thanks.

  If I create a button with an image inside, it gets blown up to much larger size than the image. Here the button is 18x18 with 0 padding, yet the image still gets cut-off on right/bottom. how can i make the entire button be exactly the size of the image w/out any cut off?

  Trying to wrap my head around django forms and the django way of doing things. I want to create a basic web form that allows a user to input an address and have that address geocoded and saved to a database. I created a Location model: class Location(models.Model): address = models.CharField(max_length=200) city = models.CharField(max_length=100) state = models.CharField(max_length=100, null=True) postal_code = models.CharField(max_length=100, null=True) country = models.CharField(max_length=100) latitude = models.DecimalField(max_digits=18, decimal_places=10, null=True) longitude = models.DecimalField(max_digits=18, decimal_places=10, null=True) And defined a form: class LocationForm(forms.ModelForm): class Meta: model = models.Location exclude = ('latitude','longitude') In my view I'm using form.save() to save the form. This works and saves an address to the database. I created a module to geocode an address. I'm not sure what the django way of doing things is, but I guess in my view, before I save the form, I need to geocode the address and set the lat and long. How do I set the latitude and longitude before saving?

• Selenium / FlashSelenium calling the wrong methods?

  Seems like sometimes when Selenium should call a certain method, it instead calls another, as pointed out by the following log: 14:57:18.328 INFO - Command request: getEval[this.browserbot.findElement("someElement").doFlexClick('someIdOfAButton','');, ] on session 21708b0a4a154ebc96c9720c14578e74 14:57:18.343 INFO - Got result: OK,Error: Cannot type text into someIdOfAButton on session 21708b0a4a154ebc96c9720c14578e74 I've tried both Selenium server 1.0.3 and the 2.0 alpha 7 versions, they both display this behaviour. FlashSelenium is involved so I'm not sure where along the way lies the bug. Furthermore it's hard to reproduce as it doesn't happen only for some methods, and doesn't always happen. I've tried searching for issues similar to these but couldn't find any remotely similar... Anyone experienced the same behavior? And if so, is there a fix for it? Edit: I doubt FlashSelenium is at fault for this, as the log tells that the command arrives correctly at the server... But I can't seem to be able to follow the path of execution from the moment the Selenium server gets the command and passes over to the browser, to the moment where it gets the response.

• What is the difference between these two LINQ statements?

  I had the 1nd statement in my code and found it not giving an accurate count, it was returning 1 when the correct answer is 18. To try and debug the problem I broke it out creating the 2nd statement here and the count returns 18. I just don't see what the difference is between these two. It seems like the 1st is just more compact.
