  • How do I allow an email discussion list in MOSS to collect messages from any email sender

    I have a Sharepoint discussion list that belongs to an Exchange list with the idea that it will be able to archive discussions on that list and make them generally accessible, searcheable and so on. The problem is that although I have checked the "Accept e-mail messages from any sender" option on the discussion board, it still appears to only be seeing emails from members of the domain, nothing sent to the list from outside gets picked up by the Sharepoint site. Any suggestions as to what else I have to do?

  • Permissions error when connecting to EC2 via SSH on Mac OSx

    I am new to EC2. I created my security credentials from this site: http://paulstamatiou.com/how-to-getting-started-with-amazon-ec2 It worked great, I rebooted and now when I try to connect I get a login/password prompt. (Which I never set up.) After several attempts I get this error: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-with-mic). What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Josh

  • Permission Denied IE iFrame

    Hi Guys, I have a site on A.com and an iframe on B.com which calls javascript from A.com. This works great in FF. In IE7 / 8 I am getting a Message: Access is denied. message. I have checked the HTTP Traffic via Fiddler - and I can see that it isn't blocked in Fiddler ? Any ideas what could be causing this and how to solve ?

    That is detect when the user makes web part changes and selects to exit editing the page. I want to be able to capture a page event, then create a SharePoint task to instruct a user to translate that page to another language (note that MOSS and variations is not an option because the client wants to use the free version of SharePoint). So the customer wants essentially the same WSS site in multiple languages.

I know it is possible to do out of browser with allowing full access, but how can I do it inside the browser?     Im working on a web site that has to be reachable from many countries under the same domain. Id like to know how can I receive a request with nginx (or any other static file server), and send it to different web servers depending on IP's location. I mean, what is the point on having multiple db machines on country A and B, if the server that serves you the page is chosen by round robin. Maybe theres another solution to my problem, and I would be very happy if someone can explain it to me.

There are some references on the mono site (companies using mono), but I couldn't find a high traffic website sample other than Deki powered ones. And I've read some mailings about mod_mono stability problems because of inexistence of compacting GC.
