  • Comparing bitmap data in AS3 pixel for pixel

    Hi, I am looking for a fairly simple image comparison method in AS3. I have taken an image from a web cam (with no subject) passed it in to bitmap data, then a second image is taken (this time with a subject) to compare this data, from these two images I would like to create a mask from the pixels that match on both bitmaps. I have been scratching my head for a while, and I am not really making any progress. Could any one point me in the right direction for pixel comparison method, something like getPixel32() Cheers Jono

    I am trying to access a custom attribute applied to a method within a castle interceptor, e.g.: [MyCustomAttribute(SomeParam = "attributeValue")] public virtual MyEntity Entity { get; set; } using the following code: internal class MyInterceptor : IInterceptor { public void Intercept(IInvocation invocation) { if (invocation.Method.GetCustomAttributes(typeof(MyCustomAttribute), true) != null) { //Do something } } } The interceptor is firing OK when the method is called but this code does not return the custom attribute. How can I achieve this?

    Hiya, I currently use Cufon accross our site with something similar to Cufon.set('fontFamily', 'DIN Medium').replace('h1'); Now for a single H1 tag i would like Cufon to be disabled, this is without changing the H1 tag to any other tag, it must remain as it is. I can add classes etc to the H1 tag if required, and can do any HTML/CSS/JS just not changing the actual tag. Anyone know if this is possible and if it is how? Thanks in advance, Shadi

    Im used to working with twitter, where friend/follower totals are available in a simple xml request. My goal is a simple "enter your username/user id, and display your friends count". Is there something like this for facebook? From what i gather, ill have to make an application, and have anyone who wants to grab their friends total actually install that app from within their own facebook profile.     i take a regular multiselect listbox and convert it to a jquery ui multiselect listbox by calling this: $(".multiSelectMe").multiselect(); As per the API, i call this method in the return of an ajax function $(".multiSelectMe").multiselect("select", "Item 1"); but nothing seems to happen. i can't figure out a way to have this programatically add items within an ajax call. i was thinking there was maybe another "refresh" method or something like that but i can't find any.

Do you think it is possible to emebedd a Unreal 3 powered 3D window into a .NET (WPF or Windows Forms) and control parts of the gameobjects therein using c#? Is the engine plain c++? Or COM or is there a .NET wrapper or something?

Is it possible to use Facebook Connect (or any other means of FB integration) in a native iPhone app without resorting to the built in login dialog (which looks awful)? Something where I could create my own custom login screen asking for the facebook login username and password and then using the fbconnect native methods to validate that info and retrieve a valid session?

    I have a ListView who's ItemsSource is set to an ObservableCollection. The user can soft and filter the ListView, done by using the CollectionViewSource.GetDefaultView and altering the ICollectionView Filter and SortDescriptions. When the user right-clicks a row, they can add an item to the collection. I want this new row to appear below the row right clicked. So far all the methods I've found for something like this are done with ListView.Items which I can't use because I'm setting the ItemsSource property.

Why did that product work better for you? As a side note, I noticed that WatiN 2.0 has been in CTP since March 2008, is that something to be concerned about?
