• javascript table - update on data request

  Hi, I am trying to update a table based on a json request. The first update / draw works fine - but any subsequent changes to the variables (the start and end date) do not show up - even though the json pulled from the server seems to be correct (according to firebug).   Ok so this might be a dumb question, but I can't seem to figure it out. I thought I'd try out LINQ against a DataTable. I got my query working and now I'm trying to implement some simple paging. • Is there anyway to bring web @Context into JUnit (CXF+Spring)

  I am trying to create unit test environment to test RESTFul services (cfx+spring) in my dev environemnt. To test RESTFul Services, I require @Context within JUnit test cases. @Context should contain HttpRequest, HttpSession, ServletContext, ServletConfig and all other webserver related information. I have setup the JUnit for the above, but when I run, @Context is coming as null. This could be because there is no webserver running and there is no @Context. I am just doubting whether there is a way to created sample web @Context and pass to JUnit. Any other ideas are welcome to bring web @Context into JUnit test cases. Thank you, Sudheer

  greetings all um using spring security 3.0.2,all the application pages are secured to see them you must be authenticated um using https protocol i have a strange problem that after successful login and got to the requested page when try to open any link to other pages in the application the session is invalidated or lost or what happened i don't know and the user become anonymous,and redirected to the login page and i got this from debugging: No HttpSession currently exists No SecurityContext was available from the HttpSession: null. A new one will be created. after reviewing the coe many times,nothing in the code is invalidating the session,any ideas why something like this might happen?

  In my database I have an id column defined as [autonumber] [int] IDENTITY(1,1) NOT NULL which is mapped in my .hbm.xml like: <id name="Id" column="autonumber" type="int"> <generator class="identity" /> </id> When calling session.Save() updates are successful committed to the database. When adding a versioning trigger I however get the error this id generator generates Int64, Int32, Int16 of type IdentifierGenerationException. • Is it safe to use the same parameters for input and output in D3DX functions?

  Using the D3DX library that is a part of directX, specifically directx9 in this case, I'm wondering if it's safe to use the same matrix (or vector etc) for input and ouput D3DXMATRIX mat; D3DXMatrixInverse(&mat, NULL, &mat); I've been avoiding doing so, assuming that it would result in bad things happening when parts of the array got partly overwritten as results are calculated but I see an awful lot of code around that does exactly this. A brief test indicates that it seems to work ok, so I'm assuming that the D3DX functions take a copy where necessary of the input data, or some other method to ensure that this works ok, but I can't find it documented anywhere so I'm reluctant to rely on it working. Is there any official statement on using the functions like this?

  Hi, In my website i have implemented custom session values. In which, on log on i set the session value to some object. This object is used to extract user specific data from db. now the problem is If user logs in with : test1.somesite.com and logs off and again logs in with: test2.somesite.com that user is still receiving the data from object specific to test1.somesite.com. the point is whichever site user frist logs in with the second time if he logs in with anathor subdomain he is always getting the data from previous sub domain login. on log out from specific domain i cleared all the sessions(tried everything): by putting HttpContext.session["UserDetail"] = null;, HttpContext.Session.Abandon() and also HttpContext.Session.Clear(); but nothing seems to work any help please

  Hi when saving to a model, my created and modified fields aren't automatically populated by CakePHP. It was automatically populated when I was using MySQL but now it isn't. I'm not using NOW() back when I was still using MySQL. Why is it? Also when a field's value is not set 'NULL' (with quotes) is inserted causing errors because SQL Server says I can't insert a string to a field of type smallint/date etc. How do I fix this?   I'm running Microsoft LightSwitch Beta 1 and have been creating an application which has been going great, but then I tried debugging after making a few minor changes and received the following error: "Could not load file or assembly 'SW_Resources.Commom, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The requested assembly version conflicts with what is already bound in the app domain or specified in the manifest. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131053)" I've tried emptying my cache in Firefox and IE but that doesn't seem to make any difference. I did discover if I right-clicked on the Solution and changed the version from 0.1 to 1.0 then it works fine. I had changed it to 0.1 b/c I wanted to reflect that it wasn't a release version...any thoughts on how to get around this issue the right way?

  I've implemented a jquery counter script (count up from say 50 to 100 with different increments) that I found from this question: jQuery counter to count up to a target number The scripts works great except for in Internet Explorer 8 (and possibly other IE versions?).   I was creating a new table today in 10g when I noticed an interesting behavior. Here is an example of what I did: CREATE TABLE test_table ( field_1 INTEGER PRIMARY KEY ); Oracle will by default, create a non-null unique index for the primary key. I double checked this. After a quick check, I find a unique index name SYS_C0065645. Everything is working as expected so far. Now I did this: CREATE TABLE test_table ( field_1 INTEGER, CONSTRAINT pk_test_table PRIMARY KEY (field_1) USING INDEX (CREATE INDEX idx_test_table_00 ON test_table (field_1))); After describing my newly created index idx_test_table_00, I see that it is non-unique. I tried to insert duplicate data into the table and was stopped by the primary key constraint, proving that the functionality has not been affected. It seems strange to me that Oracle would allow a non-unique index to be used for a primary key constraint. Why is this allowed?
