    While setting up the EC2 access, it seems I need two files, the private key and ec2 certificate. $ export EC2_PRIVATE_KEY=~/.ec2/pk-HKZYKTAIG2ECMXYIBH3HXV4ZBZQ55CLO.pem $ export EC2_CERT=~/.ec2/cert-HKZYKTAIG2ECMXYIBH3HXV4ZBZQ55CLO.pem However, I did not find anywhere I could download or create the key. from the documentation: The command line tools need access to the private key and X.509 certificate you generated after signing up for the Amazon EC2 service. I probably missed that, Is it possible to generate it again

  • Not able to create a datasource registration with WAMP MysQL 5.0 in DBArtisan

    I try in a test version of DBArtisan to set up a datasource and register both servere as localhost, database to use, my username and password, but, when testing the connection, I get message that connection failed. Hooking up from eg. Delphi and other utilities run nicely. But not DBArtisan, Is MySQL 5.0 not supported yet ?? Or is it WAMP that is the culprit naming the service wampmysqld insted of just mysqld ??

    I've been trying to upload a user profile picture during the user registration using Service 3 and so far I haven't had any luck. I tested passing a hard coded fid in the field "picture" and also tried to pass the fields "filemime", "filename", etc. and it didn't work neither. Any idea about what fields I need to populate? I guess it must be related to this post Using Drupal Services and DIOS SDK for setting user picture in iOS app but it doesn't have and answer neither.

  • Dynamic swappable Data Access Layer

    I'm writing a data driven WPF client. The client will typically pull data from a WCF service, which queries a SQL db, but I'd like the option to pull the data directly from SQL or other arbitrary data sources. I've come up with this design and would like to hear your opinion on whether it is the best design. First, we have some data object we'd like to extract from SQL. // The Data Object with a single property public class Customer { private string m_Name = string.Empty; public string Name { get { return m_Name; } set { m_Name = value;} } } Then I plan on using an interface which all data access layers should implement. Suppose one could also use an abstract class. Thoughts? // The interface with a single method interface ICustomerFacade { List<Customer> GetAll(); } One can create a SQL implementation. // Sql Implementation public class SqlCustomrFacade : ICustomerFacade { public List<Customer> GetAll() { // Query SQL db and return something useful // ... return new List<Customer>(); } } We can also create a WCF implementation. The problem with WCF is is that it doesn't use the same data object. It creates its own local version, so we would have to copy the details over somehow. I suppose one could use reflection to copy the values of similar fields across.   • Google Maps API v3 show local businesses/points of interest

    I know at some point I'd come across a Google service built into their API that would provide local information as markers on the viewport (schools, hospitals, etc.)-- I believe this was a simple control that could be added just like the normal map controls, to allow users to turn it on or off with a checkbox or button.     I want to implement the payment gateway like functionality in my iphone application other than In-App Purchase feature provided by Apple. So, i have one Question regarding the application approval on Appstore that, if i will redirect user to the UIwebview for payment related functionality, then apple will reject this application for not following the human interface guideline or it will allow this. Other way i can do it by calling web-service for the transaction of money. So, again there is any chance of app rejection on AppStore. Please share your thought on this
