    Hi, I am trying to put messages in a private queue defined on my local computer, but the queue size cannot exceed 8 MB. I am getting an exception every time after that size is reached. The size for the specific queue is set at 10 GB. I am running Windows 7 Professional. Is there a limitation because of that?

  • Android - Buffering Lag with VideoView

    I am using VideoView to display a video in my app. The problem is that, once the layout gets created there is lag of almost 10-30 seconds before which the video starts to play. I can see in LogCat that the video is buffering during the lag. Is there a way I can minimize this lag, or tell MediaPlayer to play the video sooner? Thanks Chris

Majority query on this table - searching documents similar to current document: select 10 documents with maximum of (count common to current document value)/(count ov values in document). Nowadays we use PostgreSQL. Table weight (with index) ~1,5 GB. Average query time ~0.5s. Should I transfer all this to NoSQL base, if so, what?

  • Erratic behavior with XPS editing: what could be going wrong?

    Hello folks, I'm working on a class that annotates existing XPS documents. The problem I've been having is that some annotations randomly don't make it to the finished document. The following test code is supposed to draw a rectangle on every page. On random pages the rectangle does not appear. Upon inspection of the page XML, the tags for the rectangle are missing.   • Flash - Ease out scrolling moviclip, scrolled by sensor on each side

    I am hoping someone can shed some light on this issue for me... I have a movieclip that is scrolled by means of a 'sensor' on each side of the stage. The clip scrolls fine in both directions, however here is my problem: When the users mouse leaves the stage, the movie clip stops dead in it's tracks, and this does not provide a noce smooth effect. Looking at the code below, is there any way I could tell the animation to ease out when the users mouse leaves the stage rather than simply stop suddenly? Specifically, the problem is I don't know how to deal with having multiple time nodes under each name node (nested loops/collections). How can this be done?
