    I have need to access subversion data (commit messages, files updated, revision numbers, dates modified, author, etc.) externally. Is this something for some sort of subversion hook or is there a decent third party package for this or some other "best practice" way to approach accessing subversion data externally (and by external I mean from a php/ruby or python script... external to subversion itself)?

  • How can i Rollback for files/folders corresponding to the changes done?

    I am using PHP and Mysql I have PHP script in which I rollback all the data in the database such data all the old value be reset to the database if update is done, and all new value gets deleted if new insert has been done. Now my goal is to perform the same process with files/folders associated with the changes done, I am not able to create an idea for doing the rollback job with the files/folders associated with the Changes.. So can anyone of u help me or direct me to get the best idea?????

  • python : in which timezone is it a specific time right now?

    i have users from all timezones, and i want to send out alerts at around 8AM in each users respective timezone. i need a python script that runs every hour [in a cron job] and i need to find out at which timezone it is 8AM right now, and i can use that info to select the users that have to receive the alerts. how do i go about doing this? there seems to be gmt+14 to gmt-12 that is 27 timezones, and there are only 24 hours in a day!

  • Is there a way that I can force mod_perl to re-use buffer memory?

    Hi, I have a Perl script running in mod_perl that needs to write a large amount of data to the client, possibly over a long period. The behavior that I observe is that once I print and flush something, the buffer memory is not reclaimed even though I rflush (I know this can't be reclaimed back by the OS). Is that how mod_perl operates and is there a way that I can force it to periodically free the buffer memory, so that I can use that for new buffers instead of taking more from the OS?

I guess using rake to do this with the following command is the easiest way: require 'fileutils' FileUtils.mv('/vendor/plugins/easy_addresses/lib/app/views', '/app/views/') I'm just not sure where to tell script where to look and where to place the folder. The file I want to move is in the following location: `vender/plugins/easy_addresses/lib/app/views/easy_addresses easy_ addresses is the name of the folder in views that I want to move to my_app/app/views/

  • flash as3: can children not run their own actionscript?

    I thought I was being slick by having movieclips that I export for actionscript and then addChild later. I've made this one movieclip that loads html text through as, and it works fine when I drag it to the stage; but if I do var trackListingBox:trackListingScreen = new trackListingScreen(); addChild(trackListingBox); it either doesn't run the actionscript, or it's somehow broken. Can children not run their own action script?

    When trying to import scala.Option in a javafx script, I get the following javafxc error: bad class file: scala/Option$$anonfun$orNull$1.class(scala:Option$$anonfun$orNull$1.class) undeclared type variable: A1 Please remove or make sure it appears in the correct subdirectory of the classpath. import scala.Option; ^ I am using Scala 2.8.0-RC1, Javafxc 1.2.3_b36, JVM 1.6.0_18-b07, OS Ubuntu 9.10. The same code was working in Scala 2.7.7 .

  • ui header is blocking a div

    i have built jQuery drop-down menu which is having problems floating over the UI header. Flash and everything else is fine, menu has no problem floating over anything except UI headers, i have tried messing with z-index in css files but it seems that jQuery script is over writing all of my css. the JS files are minified so i can not edit them.     I want to create a hgrc file to set the username and password for all paths on some machine, e.g no matter in which directory I am in, hg clone some_path will always work without prompting for a username and a password (this is for an auto-deploy script). I followed the instructions and created a file: /etc/mercurial/hgrc.d/deploy.rc it's contents: [auth] default.prefix= http://myrepo default.username = myuname default.password = pwd But when I do hg clone some_path I get abort: error: Connection refused. What Am i doing wrong?

    I'm using the getimagesize() function in PHP and it keeps returning an error: getimagesize(image.php?name=username&pic=picture) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory I'm not doing anything strange with it. The only problem I can imagine is that the path URL is another PHP script that returns a page with an image header, and there is an ampersand in that URL.   • ASP.NET Master Page + pageLoad() = kills jquery?

    In my MasterPage, I have a ScriptManager that has a ScriptReference to my jquery.js file. This has always worked with no problems, all content pages that utilize jquery work fine. Recently, I added the following javascript script block at the end of my MasterPage: function pageLoad(sender, args) { } By simply adding the above pageLoad method, no jquery code is executed from any of my content pages. Why would just having a pageLoad in the Master Page have this effect? Thanks in advance for any insight.
