    Hi guys, I'm trying to view websites with flash content in IE on a window mobile 6.5 device[HTC touch HD2].It says it has not got the right flash player.i tried to install the player but the device giving me an error,its saying the installer is not a valid pocket pc application. I have enabled the module: LoadModule authn_file_module modules/mod_authn_file.so in the Apache configuration. Now, when I load the page I now get a 500 error and apache log says "configuration error: couldn't check user. No user file?: /"

  • Apache rewrite to ignore certain directory and all its contents

    Hi, I'm looking for the rewrite rule for mod_rewrite in Apache so that when asking for a specific subdirectory, it and all its contents gets redirected to another location. I currently have the following: RewriteEngine on RewriteRule ^/SUBDIRECTORY(/.*)? /another/location But this only manages to redirect /SUBDIRECTORY requests to the desired location, while all others (like (/SUBDIRECTORY/ , /SUBDIRECTORY/anything/else ) gets me an error telling me that the redirection is not valid... any ideas?     I am trying to move a site collection from one content database to another content database. First I used the following PowerShell command: New-SPContentDatabase -Name New_DB -WebApplication http://portal/ I confirmed that this did in fact create the DB in the SQL Server. I then used the following command: Move-SPSite http://portal/sites/hr -DestinationDatabase New_DB This generates an error stating that the "Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object" Can anyone help point me in the right direction with this?   • What's the difference between one-dash and two-dashes for command prompt parameters?

    I was wondering why is it that some programs requires their command prompt parameters to have two dashes in front whereas some (most) only require one dash in front? For example most programs look like this: relaxer -dtd toc.xml toc_gr.xml toc_jp.xml Whereas some programs look like this: xmllint --valid toc.xml --noout What's the reason that some requires two dashes instead of one? Doesn't it make sense for everyone to stick to one standard (i.e. a single dash will do).

  • Replace IIS 403 with 404 for Directory Listing

    Is it possible to have IIS (6 or 7.5) return a 404 Not Found (instead of 403 Forbidden) when a disallowed directory listing is requested? A security scanning service I use thinks the 403 is revealing something "potentially sensitive", when in fact it's just not a valid URL. My workaround is to drop a default.aspx into each directory that returns an empty 404 page, but there has to be a better way...

    I am using gmail as my email provider, and I only have gmail servers for my mx records. I don't like the 500 message per day cap. To address this issue I would like to run postfix on my Linux machine to only send email, port 25 blocked by my firewall. I can send email, however google marks all messages sent with postfix as SPAM. How do I make sure that people know email sent with postfix is valid?

    I'm trying to add a second SSD to a Centos 6 system. But I get the error 22 no such partition at boot. The system already has a single SSD (sdb) and a pair of HDDs (sd{a,c}) in a RAID 1 array from where it boots. It is as if the new SSD assumes one of the devices of the RAID array. Is it?   • Does hosting multiple sites on one server hurt your SEO?

    I have a handful of (content unrelated) sites with decent PRs and I'm considering hosting them all on the same server. I've heard that if you do this, internal linking between two seperate domains on that server may be seen as less "valid" by Google in PageRank terms (since you obviously own both of the sites as they share an IP address). Anyone have any experience in this? I'd love to save some hosting cash by consolidating, but not at the expense of losing the ability to link my sites together powerfully.

Like so <\\network share with spaces\folder We upgraded to Outlook 2010 and currently this happens <\\network share with spaces\folder or if I do nothing \\network share with spaces\folder Is there a setting in one of these ribbons somewhere to control this?

[E=something:1] What is the scope of "something" - global Apache server (this means "something" will be available for other request transactions), this request (means that "something" is only valid for THIS http request (and its related processing - but what's about internal redirects and other internal stuff - are they considered as THIS request, or another one?), and may be set differently within another (concurrent) request?

  • Fail to set a new location of _viminfo on Windows

    I am trying to move _viminfo out of my home folder to make it simpler. So I added this to my _vimrc: set viminfo+=n~\\AppBackup\\Vim\\_viminfo However it's useless, Vim still create _viminfo in my home folder. Then I manually input the command above. This time it works fine, so I am sure the command itself is valid. How should I solve this problem for now? To be more specific, I am using GVim 7.4 on Windows 8.1.
