• Paypal Payment Link into Email (Website Payments Standard)

  Hello, I trying to do billing service. Seller can create bill from my website and send to the buyer. Once seller created bill, bill detail will be send to buyer email address. What I want to know is, at the bill information email, can i send payment link whether buyer can click payment link and carried to the paypal payment page directly. Will not be landing or redirecting from our page. Can it be possible ? Because when someone request money from paypal, we get the payment link from paypal which is directly go to the payment page. • Expand in linq not loading inner data collections from service.

  I am seeing odd behavior with service queries! I am using MVVM pattern for a silverlight 3 app on 3.5 framework and Dataservices 1.5. The following code eager loads correctly the parent object and the child heirarchy perfectly IF and ONLY IF I am preloading the data. But I would like to fetch a different set of the parent object (and its child heirarchy) on different button clicks. What I am seeing is that on button click, only the parent object is retrieved, and the child heirarchy contains nothing. Any suggestions? Any ideas how to tackle this? Thanks all. • Why doesnt doesnt HTML input of type file not work with Ajax update panel

  I have a input of type file and when i try to do a Request.files when the input is wrapped in an update panel...it always returns an empty httpfilecollection. Why??? My problem is that each time that i click the button to add a new item into the list , its just shows me the last item and the list counter shows me only 1 . What am I doing wrong?? • login through twitter not working in osqa

  Hi, I have installed osqa on a site hosted on hostgator. The login functionality is working for google,yahoo,facebook. But when i click on twitter icon its generating an exception. I have already added the twitter consumer key and the twitter consumer secret through admin interface.   Hi, I`m starting with PyQt4 and right now I have a problem with events. I have one main class let say MainWindow. MainWindow has a list of buttons of type ButtonX (inherence form QPushButton). I would like to achieve one of 2 solutions (depends which is easier). 1) After click one of the button from the list I would like to run a one method of MainWindow. I would like to be able to read a source of event there (recognize clicked button) 2) Second solution is to run a method defined in ButtonX class. • System context menu Icon not transparent like WinRAR

  I added a icon at the system context menu(the popped up menu when we right mouse click on any file/foler). But the icon is not transparent(in xp its not notice able, but in vista/win7 it is clearly visible) there is a white background beneath the icon. But WinRAR or TortoiseSVN icons don't have any white background, they are transparent. • My site not directing links correctly.

  I have a site at http://badassmonkeys.com/ and when i click any of the links it does not direct it to the actual page but still pulls up the link. For some reason it works perfectly on linux cpanel and actually loads the pages, but on windows in apache, or in IIS even with a rewrite mod for it, it just doesnt work. The links dont go correctly. Is it a php.ini setting? This is my htaccess file if curious, but it works perfect in linux, but not on windows.... • simplemodal contact form does not close after sending mail in ie8

  hi, i am using the simplemodal contact form for my website. it works perfectly on safari, firefox and opera on mac os, and firefox and chrome on windows. the only issue i have is with ie8. when i click the "send" button the mail is actually sent but i get an error message (alert window with "unknown" in it) and then everything seems to be in some infinite loop with the "loading.gif" turning and turning. it never gets to the step where i ahve the message "your mail has been sucessfully sent" although like i said the mail is sent. any idea where the problem is coming from ? thanks for your help. frank

• maven-archetype-webapp eclipse problem

  Hi all, I'm trying to create a very simple webapp with maven and eclipse, but I'm having no joy at all, in fact the reverse of joy. I go to File - New Project, select Maven Project, and select the maven-archetype-webapp. When I finish the wizard, a webapp structure gets generated but with no 'java' directory under main, just resources and webapp. So I right click on main and select new Class. The class gets created under resources (?!), and furthermore, there seems to be no compilation of it by java. I can make stupid errors and no syntax highlighting comes up. It's like java isn't recognizing it. Alternatively I have tried creating a new 'java' directory under main where it should be, but still with the same non-existent java symptoms. What gives? This is driving me insane.. Thanks all!

• Manually Writing the HTML in TWebBrowser

  I am using the strategy suggested here: http://cc.embarcadero.com/Item/23992 to get my HTML in the TWebBrowser, but I get a bunch of JavaScript errors when the page loads. If I click yes enough times I can see a page with no formatting and I'm guessing the page does nothing. My theory is that because the links in the HTML are relative, the browser can't load any of it. I have switch from passing the URL, 'about:blank' to the navigate function, to passing the servers home page - in the hopes that some internal mechanism will be able to generate full paths, but no luck. Any one successfully been able to manually write HTML to the TWebBrowser.

  Hi iam using a listbox to show a list of items. in the listbox i ahve an togglebutton on every item. When i click on the toggle button the state of the togglebutton is pressed. But when i am scrolling down in the listbox and scolls up again. The togglebutton state is not pressed. How can i prevent this please help. • SSL in overlay window for login

  HI I have to implement login over SSL in my website. for example cloginForm - this is the form https://www.myweb.com/loginProcess - this is the action which process the form -authenticates user. I am able to do this with usual web form but the problem is the overlay dialog box for login for example if I am on my website home page http://www.myweb.com - notice http and I click a login link there , it shows a small html div with login form (like a litebox).now ,as I am on a non SSL page (http) the data which I post does not get encrypted,and posted to the process action. How do I get around with this so that my overly login also becomes secure. thanks for your help in advance. :)

• Trouble using Prototype JS

  I have three files named like: AjxDm.php db_test website.php What I am trying to do is AjxDm.php in this file I click and I am using Ajax.Request and it directed me to the db_test.php. In this file I am retrieving a value from the database and I assign the value into a dropdown. Again when I try to select one of the options in the dropdown it is direceting me to the Website.php using Ajax.Request with the dropdown selected value and retrieve data from database and display. The problem is that when I call from AjxDm.php to Db_test it works but when I select option in db_test.php it doesn't find a JavaScript function which direct me to the website.php. What can I do to make it work?

The program has 3 buttons: 1) for folder browsing, 2) scan for the selected folder content, and 3) open the file. When user browse the selected folder*(1), user click scan button to scan from the first file until the last available files and listed it text box(2)* and from that user can decide whether to open the files or not*(3)*. • Can I update an iOS Enterprise App in the background like an App Store app can?

  I have an iOS enterprise app that we are wirelessly distributing to our devices. Currently the app polls our server once a day to see if there is an app update. If there is, we try to install it by having the app call the following code: NSURL *installUrl = [NSURL URLWithString:[NSString stringWithFormat:@"itms-services://?action=download-manifest&url=%@", plistUrl]]; [[UIApplication sharedApplication] openURL:installUrl]; This causes the app to prompt the user with an alert dialog to install the update. If they click install, the app closes and the update is downloaded and installed. I am wondering if there is anything for enterprise apps for iOS 7 similar to the AppStore's automatic updates? I would like to be able to update our app without the user having to press an update button and be able to update at a time when the user won't have to wait for it to install.

• ValidatorEnable is not defined when rolled with AJAX

  I have some webforms which have been working fine with various static and dynamically generated validators. For some reason now that I have implemented UpdatePanels on the forms, when I manually call the ValidatorEnable() method on one of them (when I click a checkbox) I get the "ValidatorEnable is not defined" error message. I am passing the same clientID etc into the method that I was using before I implemented the AJAX.net controls It would seem .net isnt rendering the /WebResource.axd?d=aUu4P3dfjWWyw3KQ9t2ZdqxnzYhrtq9uWWiRZduXE-g1 script to the page, adding it manually I get other missing JS objects. So how can I force it to register the relevant scripts? N.B. The validators in question are being rendered in a repeater

• Faking user interaction on CMS

  I'm working with a CMS and need to import data to it using typical html forms. The data itself is in csv files with one page per row. Such is the CMS that importing directly to db isn't possible due to the complexity of the design. It's pretty important that i "fake" usual user interaction because the CMS does a lot of background work that's crucial for the import. Basically, for each row in the csv file, I need to copy a csv column to a html textfield, or select a checkbox, or click a certain button. One major issue is mapping the data in the csv to actions in the CMS. So if one column contains the string 'foobar' is really means "set the firstName dropdown widget to 'foobar'". Is there a tool to automate this? I´ve been looking at AutoHotKey, Selendium, Web-Harvester and many other tools but I'm not convinced they are the correct tools. The main problem is being able to interact with the html pages in a easy way.

  We are attempting to convert a flash frame into a JPEG without using the Flex SDK or other adobe tools. Right now, we have a flash file that passes binary data over to a .cfm page, which uses the following code to change the headers: <cfset var = GetHttpRequestData()> <cfcontent type="image/jpeg"> <cfheader name="Content-Disposition" value="attachment; filename=#url.name#"> <cfoutput>#var.content#</cfoutput> This code is producing some strange results. Basically, it renders as an image, and I can "right click - Set as desktop background", but I cannot save the image any other way, as it simply saves the contents of the HTML Source. • Do I have to remove VS 2010 beta1 in order to get a web app to work on asp.net 2.0?

  I think the title is enough :). I have VS 2010 beta1 installed, and I wish to run an asp.net mvc application on my local IIS. The problem is, the asp.net 4.0 runtime is selected by default for all the web sites, when I try to change it to asp.net 2.0, I get the following error message: I click yes, then ok, and when I get back to the ASP.NET tab of my site's properties, I see the 4.0 version is selected back again! Do I have to remove VS 2010 in order to get this to work? (hopefully not) Ps: I'm using windows XP and IIS 5.1

• View Window Not Opening in Interface Builder

  When I double click the XIB file in Xcode, Interface Builder typically launches a few different windows, one of which is the View window. For some reason, however, the View window isn't opening for one of my XIB files. If I open any of the other XIB files, however, the View window does open. I'm not sure if there's a way to manually launch the View window (I looked through all of the menu items and couldn't find a way) or if I broke something in my XIB. Update: I created a connection from the app delegate to a navigation controller, which seemed to break something. When I cleared that connection, the View window came back.

  So I have made a stripe payment option in my app. When I click the button pay now, it shows me that the payment is successful. and when I go to my stripe account and go to stripe-test and check logs, I can see my test payment with the code 200 OK. But this payment doesn't show in stripe-test events, or in stripe-test payments.
