  • How to create issue dependencies/links in Jira (3.13) ?

    Hi, We recently switched from other bug tracking software to Jira (3.13 currently ). We need to set issue linking in a manner that my task start time depends on other colleague's issue and I can not start until he resolves his issue... I goolged and found that this kind of thing is integrated in newer versions :/ Maybe we need some plugin, make some custom field, enable something in administration part... Any help would be appreciated... (please retag/add jira and bug-tracking tags or whatever)

  • Xinerama 3 displays can't have main display in the middle

    I have 3 monitors running on 2 cards, they are all working as 3 seperate displays, however, if i move the main display from the left (0,0) i cannot drag to the left window as the mouse goes crazy and crashes my system (i have to restart x) I would much prefer my main display to be in the centre. Any help appreciated

  • WAMP - phpMyAdmin is loading a blank browser (Firefox)

    I recently uninstalled an older version of WAMP then installed the latest version. The link to the localhost displays the WAMPSERVER home page successfully. However, the http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ returns only a blank browser - it displays nothing. localhost/sqlitemanager/ returns a Forbidden You don't have permission to access /sqlitemanager/ on this server. This seems to be a 403 forbidden error I've looked everywhere for an answer to this. Help please

    My organisation has Exchange 2007 e-mail server, and now, we want to host e-mail service for other organisation (neworg.com) I added new Authoritative Active Domain neworg.com, but when adding a new mailbox, there is no option to chose new SMTP domain name neworg.com, and I can't add new user with SMTP domain [email protected]. Probably I misunderstood something while reading posts on Internet, but can someone help please?

    I am trying to synchronize the content of the directory my_dir/ from /home to /backup. This directory contains a file which name has a double quote in it, such as to"to. Here is my rsync command: rsync -Cazh /home/my_dir/ /backup/my_dir/ And I get the following message: rsync: mkstemp "/backup/my_dir/.to"to.d93PZr" failed: Invalid argument (22) For info, rsync works well when the synchronized filenames contain single quote, parenthesis and space. Thus, why is it bugging with a double quote? Thanks for any help.

Is there a software that can allow us to create a folder structure like that of visio and then export the folder structure out and also update existing folder structure with an NEW folders that are added to the folder structure?     recently I found a video on the net ( a .mp4 file), and when I had it on my computer with Windows7, I noticed its thumbnail was not the average windows 7 video thumbnail (which looks like a piece of video film with a random picture from the movie), but a custom thumbnail! Looking in the file properties did not help find the correct button to change the thumbnail...so I just wonder how he did it!   • Safe to disable compile options for Nginx (when used only as reverse proxy/cache)

    I have read that I can do this to make a smaller footprint Nginx when used as static content cache/reverse proxy: --without-mail_pop3_module --without-mail_imap_module --without-mail_smtp_module What other options are safe to disable? SSI, FastCGI? Others? The only requirements for the reverse proxy is to be able to do https and gzip compression. Will disabling all the module really help with footprint and/or performance?

  • How to map to Windows Server shares in Linux (Ubuntu) easily?

    I know how to get connected to a Windows share easy enough, and I've read how to change the fstab file to get it to mount at boot. The real question here is...can I create a few shortcuts on a common user desktop so that regardless of who logs into Ubuntu machine they can open that shortcut and it will open the Windows share? I would also need to allow AD credentials during login, so a link to that will help as well, but I'm sure I can search google for that part.

I already know the Save to PDF command and that you can create simple aliases in the "PDF Services" folder, but I need something automated for this task.     I'm looking for something like nice for cpu, but for network usage that will limit application network consumption to level that will configure. I have problems with xapian-replicate-server that is consuming 80 % of my network. It's causing mysql connections problem (mysql server is working on this machine too). I can't move xapian or mysql to other machine so i need to limit xapian network usage to a decent level. Is there any tool that will help me do this ?

  • Vista 32-Bit Home Premium will not let me install any updates.

    Windows update says that it could not search for new updates and gives the error code 80070643. From what I have read it has something to do with Office 2003 and I dont even have it installed. I tried downloading and installing vista sp2 but it fails as well giving me error: ERROR_EVT_CONFIGURATION_ERROR(0x89973aa2). Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

    I've got an Asus Eee PC with Windows 7 starter pre-installed on it. Now, I don't have anything attached to it, no CD/USB Stick/Cables. However, I still get this error: BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart Since I do not have the USB stick with the windows 7 starter OS and don't want to switch this computer to ubuntu as it is not for me, I can't follow the instructions in this tutorial. Can you tell from this message is it a hardware or software issue?
