  • Call to undefined function phpinclude_once()

    - by Alex Zylman
I'm making a new php page and I get the error Fatal error: Call to undefined function phpinclude_once() in /home8/nuventio/public_html/marketing/pb2/dashboard.php on line 1 I'm not sure why I'm getting this error, I've done previous pages the same way as this with no problems. This is the line in question: <?php include_once("../utils.php"); ?> After that it just goes into regular HTML code. It works fine without that line.

  • Multiple Remote call made simultenously

    - by Sudeep Kumar
I was making multiple remote calls and they are done sequentially and when I am getting a result event back it's triggering calls to all the methods with ResultEvent as an argument . I am supposed to receive the result event only in the method given inthe event listener but it's triggering calls to all the methods with ResultEvent as an argument . Has anyone come across this kind of problem? Is there any workaround for it?

    - by Alex
This is probably a really simple question, but how do I go about getting the right offset of an element in jQuery? I can do: $("#whatever").offset().left; and it is valid. But it seems that: $("#whatever").offset().right is undefined. So how does one accomplish this in jQuery? Thanks!!

  • UIView fine for iPhone 4in, but squashed in iPhone 3.5in

    - by coopersita
I started a new project in the new Xcode, and I see that my default the main window is set to 320x548. I'm fine with that, but when I test my app, a view I added to my main xib, which is supposed to be 280x280, looks more like 280x200 when testing on 3.5in devices. I've tried changing the settings for that view in the xib, but nothing seems to affect it. How do I ensure background compatibility so that in older devices the view is the same size?

  • php HTTP_REFERER header, how to turn off or leave blank

    - by eco_bach
    Hi I'm using the following simple PHP proxy script but am getting a sporadic message at the destination site. I'm thinking that perhaps it may have something to do with the HTTP_REFERER header, although I'm not explicitly defining it. Can anyone tell me how to explicitly turn off or leave the HTTP_REFERER header blank? Thanks in advance! $url = $_GET['path']; readfile($path);

  • [C#] Specifying startup window/form location on multiple displays

    - by JeffE
I have two displays (two monitors) connected to my machine, and I noticed a strange thing happening today. I had an Explorer window open with my compiled exe on my primary display, and when I double-clicked it, it opened in the primary display (left monitor). However if I pressed enter to launch the executable, it started in the secondary display (right monitor). The window state of the initial form is maximized. Is there a way to tell C# to open the initial form in the primary display?

  • Doubt in Conditional inclusion

    - by Philando Gullible
This is actually extracted from my module (Pre-processor in C) The conditional expression could contain any C operator except for the assignment operators, increment, and decrement operators. I am not sure if I am getting this statement or not since I tried using this and it worked. Also for other manipulation a probable work around would be to simply declare macro or function inside the conditional expression, something like this to be precise. Also I don't understand what is the rationale behind this rule. Could somebody explain? Thanks

  • How to check for redirects on ajax calls?

    - by acidzombie24
I was looking at this answer and some other answers http://stackoverflow.com/questions/199099/how-to-manage-a-redirect-request-after-a-jquery-ajax-call/199156#199156 I can not get this to work. i check the XMLHttpRequest object in both success and complete. In both cases when there is a redirect instead of getting a 302 i get a 200 and the html for that page. How do i make it actually report the 3xx redirect instead of skipping ahead and giving me a 200?

  • What type of programs are C/C++ used for now?

    - by Ryan Detzel
I started off with C in school, went to Java and now I primarily use the P's(Php, Perl, Python) so my exposure to the lower level languages have all but disappeared. I would like to get back into it but I can never justify using C over Perl or Python. What real-world apps are being built with these languages? Any suggestions if I want to dive back in, what can I do with C/C++ that I can't easily do with Perl/Python?
