  • Why isn't Chrome displaying my div?

    Greetings, The question relates to ASP.NET MVC I am creating some divs dynamically using AJAX (some views render dynamically). Inside these views a have some JS code. When user click on link i would like to open dialog box with google map. However, because these views are rendered dynamically it does not work because js code is not injected (what can be seen in page source). How can I resolve this problem?

    As far as Google searches tell me, the maximum allowed number of cookies depends very much on the browser, however I cannot find any recent data as to how much cookies are allowed on modern browsers. I need to store a somewhat large number of user preferences in cookies (for not-yet-registered users), so what would be the best way of doing that? (Also, those cookies would be accessed both via javascript client-side and php server-side)

    I'm toying around with a very simplistic sort of process-monitor. Currently, it gets a list of the running processes and attempts to kill any process that is not white-listed. What I'm looking for is a way to prevent a process from starting that isn't on the white-list. If that's possible. My knowledge level in this area is pretty non-existent and my Google-fu only returns websites discussing Process.Start() :( Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    UITableView crashes in endUpdate, called by the Managed Object Context "save" method, when: 1- The Core-Data Store is empty 2- The Fetched Result Controller is configured to show sections 3- Two managed objects (or more) have been added to the store When I've searched this situation in google.     hi i just finished essential part of my own personal 2d engine in c++ and i'm kinda deciding how to complete the part where it is actually supposed to display everything on the screen, namely when do I call that function which does the job. I have a bunch of existing, working C++ code, and I'd like to use python to crawl through it and figure out relationships between classes, etc. EDIT: Just wanted to point out: I don't think I need or want to parse every bit of C++; I just need something smart enough to pick up on class, function and member variable declarations, and to skip over function definitions.

  • How do I uninstall the .NET framework?

    I'm having a problem running a VS 2005 app on some machines and not others. I looked up the error message on google and found a post by someone who had the same error and fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the .NET framework. When I try to do that, Windows won't let me because it is in use. Am I expected to uninstall everything that is using the framework first, then uninstall the framework, then reinstall, etc.? Does anyone know of an easier way?

  • Can emacs generate a table of comments and number sections of a document?

    I'm writing a plain text document with numbered sections or chapters and am wondering if emacs can help with numbering and re-numbering sections. And of course would be great if it could then generate a table of contents as well. I have had a search on google and looked through the emacs wiki but did not come up with anything other than for latex stuff and possibly muse mode, but I would like to keep this as a plain text README style document. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
