    Hello, I'm looking for a windows tool that can tell me who is using bandwith. As of now I've setup so that the switch where all pcs are connected, mirrors the router's traffic to my pc, meaning that from my NIC I am able to see all outgoing and incoming internet connections. This works, I have used NIMAS (http://www.vmware.com/appliances/directory/200) and I am able to see internet traffic. Now what I am looking for is something even more simple, where I can see what computers are using what banwidth, live.

Really? How do they expect us to VPN into client networks?

    Hi, I need to setup my Centos 5.4 server for SFTP with chrooted access only (or equivalent). The regular solution using RSSH find here : http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/howto-linux-unix-rssh-chroot-jail-setup.html seems over-killing to me if we want to manage multiple users... I found the project MySecureShell which seems a lot simpler to install and to maintain. Is it a good solution? Is there something better? Thanks!!

  • Cause for bad font rendering in Chrome?

    I notice that the text on some web pages look bad when viewed in Chrome (16.0.912.77 m) while OK with Firefox (10.0). FWIW, I'm using the Windows versions of those applications, with default settings. As an (ironic) example, www.google.com/webfonts.     You've seen it done on sites like basecamphq.com where you would have username.basecamphq.com I'm wanting to do a similar thing, any subdomain is routed through to the same index.php file. so username1.example.com will request /home/some/path/to/www (in here is index.php) and username2.example.com will request the same file I have it working locally, but my server uses cPanel. What would be your guess at the apache conifguration?

    Trying to view a javascript file on my home server I get the following error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /jquery-1.8.2.js on this server. Apache/2.2.22 (Fedora) Server at 192.168.1.3 Port 80 I have given all users access to the file like this: sudo chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/jquery-1.8.2.js I have even gone as far as changing the user & group properties in the httpd.conf file.
