    Hi all, I'm just getting started with JQuery and the treeview plugin so this should be a relatively easy question: The example code for adding branches to the tree: var newnodes = $("<li><span class='folder'>New Sublist</span><ul>" + "<li><span class='file'>Item1</span></li>" + "<li><span class='file'>Item2</span></li></ul></li>").appendTo("#browser"); $("#browser").treeview({ add: branches }); Works fine for me, but adds the new branch at the end of the tree - instead what I want is to be able to select a specific node and add to that branch. I've managed to get the node being added by using the id of the particular node instead of the whole treeview in - appendTo("nodeID") However I can't get the tree to render correctly, either with: $("nodeID").treeview({ add: branches }); or $("browser").treeview({ add: branches }); or calling it on both without arguments.     Basically, what I want to do is join 4 tables together and return 1 row for each boat. Table Layouts [Boats] id, date, section, raft [Photos] id, boatid, pthurl, purl [River_Company] id, sort, company, company_short [River_Section] id, section Its very simple as far as structure, however, I've having the time of my life trying to get it to return only 1 row. No boat will ever be on the same day, the only thing that's messing this up is the photo table. If you know a better way for it to return the record table for all the boats boats and only 1 photo from the photo table, please, please post it!!

    I have a navigation based application that have a uinavigataioncontroller containing uitableviewcontrollers. I want to add buttons to the UINavigationbar of the uinavigataioncontroller, usually I write code to add these buttons, something like this: UIBarButtonItem *saveButton = [[UIBarButtonItem alloc] initWithBarButtonSystemItem:UIBarButtonSystemItemSave target:self action:@selector(saveClicked:)]; self.navigationItem.rightBarButtonItem = saveButton; [saveButton release]; My idea now was to use interface builder instead. But I'm not sure how to do it. What I'm trying to do is to add a UINavigationItem in the xib file of the viewcontroller (my viewcontroller is called TextViewController), something like this: See this image: http://i48.tinypic.com/qq5yk7.jpg But how can I make TextViewController use the UINavigationItem I added? The button I add doesn't show in the navigationbar. Any ideas on how to do this? What am I missing?

  • Using ant to add directories to CVS

    How do I add a new directory into my CVS repository using Ant? From all that I've read, it appears that I have to cd to the parent directory and call the cvs command. How do I do that in Ant? I've seen approaches where an to cd is called in Ant; is that the best approach? Eg of what I am trying to do: Let's say I have a module Test_Module with directories "A", "B" and "C". Under each of these directories, there are directories for "Jan", "June", "Sept" and I want to create a "Alpha" directory under Test_Module- C - Sept. So, I create a "Alpha" directory on my local system and run the cvs add command from Root and I get the following errror: cvs add: in directory .: cvs [add aborted]: there is no version here; do 'cvs checkout' first I get the same error when I run this using Ant or from command line. Now, if I cd to the Test_Module/C/Sept directory and run "cvs add Alpha" it creates the directory and everything is fine. So, how do I do the same in Ant? Are there any ant-contrib tasks that are out there that I could possibly use or even a built-in ant task that I am missing? Thanks in Advance!!

  • How do you develop Visual Studio Add-Ins?

    I have a vague idea Visual Studio allows you to run a second sandboxed instance where the add-in is being in fact loaded. That'd allow you to debug your add-in code and such. Is this effectively possible? How would I go about doing that? I'm currently using a single instance of Visual Studio. I'm having the problem that as I load and run the add-in, it won't allow me to compile again until I restart that instance of Visual Studio as there seems to be no way to unload the add-in. Even using two instances of Visual Studio wouldn't really help in here. There must be an easier way, how do you guys do it? Thanks

    I am using matplotlib In plot() or bar(), we can easily put legend, if we add labels to them. but what if it is a contourf() or imshow() I know there is a colorbar() which can present the color range, but it is not satisfied. I want such a legend which have names(labels). For what I can think of is that, add labels to each element in the matrix, then ,try legend(), to see if it works, but how to add label to the element, like a value?? in my case, the raw data is like: 1,2,3,3,4 2,3,4,4,5 1,1,1,2,2 for example, 1 represents 'grass', 2 represents 'sand', 3 represents 'hill'... and so on. imshow() works perfectly with my case, but without the legend. my question is: Is there a function that can automatically add legend, for example, in my case, I just have to do like this: someFunction('grass','sand',...) If there isn't, how do I add labels to each value in the matrix. For example, label all the 1 in the matrix 'grass', labell all the 2 in the matrix 'sand'...and so on. Thank you!
