  • configure mod_rewrite to allow img, js and css files?

    in my .htaccess i've got these lines: RewriteEngine on RewriteCond $1 !^(index\.php|images|robots\.txt) RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php/$1 [L] i tried to include js files with this line: <script type="text/javascript" src="system/application/media/js/jquery/jquery.js"></script> but it doesnt work since the rules dont let it pass. it works when i turn the rewrite engine off. how can i change the rules so it allows url with a /js, /css and /img? thanks

  • Parameter becoming zero somewhere

    Hey guys, Something really weird is happening: when I call foo(100*1.0f), somewhere along the line that becomes 0. To verify I put a breakpoint on foo(), and it indeed is zero and it indeed gets called with 100*1.0f. The code is in Obj-C++. Here is the calling function in XCode's GDB frontend, as you can see, score*scoreMultiplier is 100. And here is the called function in XCode's GDB frontend, here _score is 0.

I'd like something like: Type a number Number: 3x10 = 30 The "x10 = 30" is added after the user inputs the number.. The problem is I can't do it on the same line (and I'd like to do it).   • How can I execute a non-blocking System.Beep() in C#?

    In C# I can perform a Console.Beep(). However, if you specify a duration of say 1000, or 1 second, it will not execute the next line of code until that second passes. Is there any way possible to execute Console.Beep() in a non-blocking fashion so it will continue to beep and still continue executing the code below it while beeping?

Now the problem is that I need to add sub-menus under Science and Pipeline heading. Since I didn't use UL or LI, how can I add sub-menus under those heading. OR, can you tell me any other way to create a NAV bar that shows the logo as well. so it would be LOGO and MENUS on the same line. Great thanks in advance.

  • remove/ignore float from outer div

    This may sound weird but i have some css which aligns mys divs. In one place i also use http://www.brunildo.org/test/img_center.html which centers images. Now i want my divs inside a larger div to go to another line if this one gets full. float: left seems to be the answer. The problem is it ruins my formatting. Including solution in the above link. I have this test code. If i remove the width and float it looks fine except it may take up too much space and not go to another line. I was thinking i could use float on an outerdiv and center the image within. However float: left is still breaking it.     How do i change the following statement so it accepts any type instead of long? Now here is the catch, if there is no constructor i dont want it compiling. So if theres a constructor for string, long and double but no bool how do i have this one line work for all of these support types?
