  • Tracking a goal through a virtual pageview is not registering

    I am trying to track a goal in Google Analytics through a virtual pageview. As you can see in the code example, it is linking out from a picture instead of text with a link. I triple-checked to see if I had my Goals set up properly in the Admin panel, where the goal URL is set to "/click2", the goal type is URL destination and the match type is Head Match. I am unsure if the problem lies in the fact that it's linking out to an "https" link or if the link is attached to a picture that serves as a Call To Action. I would appreciate if any of you can help shed some light on this problem I'm having.

  • Google Analytics goal funnel does not recognize virtual page views

    I have a setup wizard with 3 steps. Since I'm using AJAX each step uses a virtual pageview with an appropriate URL for each step (see below). The pageviews are being recorded in the Content section of Google Analytics but the Goal Funnel still shows zero for each step. I've tried advise on other forums such as... Make sure Goal URL is set to Exact match Make sure no steps or the Goal URL are a parent directory of any other steps. For example, don't track /wizard/ as a Goal/step and track /wizard/step2/. Not sure why this would be a problem since it is an exact match, but it shouldn't hurt so I tried it... Require (or don't require - tried both) the first step in the funnel ...but none of these seem to work. Thoughts? Goal Settings Exact match : "/wizard/setup-complete/" Funnel Step 1 : "/wizard/step1/" Step 2 : "/wizard/step2/" Step 3 : "/wizard/step3/"

  • C++ compiler structures such as Virtual method Table etc

    I am aware of the C++ Virtual Table which allows dynamic dispatch for doing things at runtime (although if I am honest I am not completely sure of the full list of things it achieves). I am wondering what other "low level" aspects of C++ are there, which one doesnt usually come across when learning the C++ language? Things like: -How is multithreading and locking on objects performed? -Overloading/overwriting functions -Generics Are there other "structures", similar to the vtable, which assist with these types of things on a lower level? (and if anyone can help with what the VTable actually does it would be most appreciated!)

    we are using an openVPN Access Server and I would like to connect to it via the VPN network setting (network-manager-openvpn). I downloaded the client.ovpn and I can connect to the server via the command line: openvpn --script-security 2 --config client.ovpn How can I add the connection to the network manager?     this is the second time im asking this question because someone had to close my question for a reason which i still dont understand. this is the original question Why is my files,machine,help tab missing in ubuntu 11.10? Most importantly ,i cannot access the machine menu that should be there but isnt. im using ubuntu 11.10 with oracle 4.1.10 heres a picture of what ubuntu should look like,or maybe i am wrong, http://i.stack.imgur.com/JgM5S.png The reason why im asking,is because id like to run a usb key inside my virtual box,but since i cannot access machine,i cant access the devices manager either. Just for your information,ive already installed the guest additions.

  • How do I get the Virtual Machines folder on Win7?

    I'm writing a tool called XP-More, which should help manage Windows 7 Virtual Machines. The first thing the tool has to do when launched is find the VM folder. However, turns out that folder is not listed as a Windows Special Folder. I use a workaround, but it's unreliable. Ideally, Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.VMFolder) or so would have done the job, but VMFolder is a fiction of my imagination. Is there any real way to get that folder?

  • Is there any way to open more than one folders(Home folder, videps etc..) by clicking the 'files' icon on the unity bar?

    Why only one nautilus window manager is opens when clicking on the 'Files' icon on the unity bar? I need to open two or more HomeFolder windows by clicking on the 'files' icon on the unity pane. I cannot create more than one nautilus window manager unless i tap superkey(windows key) and type homefolder,videos etc or typing the same in gnome-do. Is there any way to open more than one folders(Home folder, videos etc..) by clicking the 'files' icon on the unity bar??

  • NM applet dropdown options not working

    I recently realized the dropdown options from my nm-applet are no longer working. But I can still control the network configuration by going through the dash. This happened very recently. I only realized this before a week. I guess some recent update screwed it up. I have these related packages installed network-manager-gnome 0.9.4.1-0ubuntu2 libnm-gtk0 0.9.4.1-0ubuntu2 network-manager 0.9.4.0-0ubuntu4.1 Any help would be great.

  • Ubuntu Server - Virtual Box?

    So I got VirtualBox just for Ubuntu Server, I'm currently Running Ubuntu 12.04 as my main OS. But when I got everything set up in Ubuntu Server 12.04, including my ports forwarded and a test Minecraft server up... I realized that nobody could join my public IP I sent out, not even me! I can connect to the ipv4 address. It acts like I didn't forward my ports. But I forwarded 25565 to Input and Output and they're both TCP and UDP. Is this just a virtual box issue or am I doing something wrong? * Using Eth0 wired connection

  • downgrading a ubuntu 10.04 LTS virtual server

    I am downgrading an existing ubuntu 10.04 LTS Virtual Server to one with less memory and a smaller drive ( from 80GB to 40GB ). My hoster ( hetzner.de ) does not give me the possibility of doing an inplace downgrade, so I have to create a new server. What is the best way to make an image of the first system and "apply it" to the new one ? I know there other answer but in my situation I am not sure I would be able to use Clonezilla or other GUI tools, because the installation is minimal with no GUI. Thanks in advance Michele

  • Sharepoint 2010 site access denied for Active Dirtectory group member

    I created a blank site in Sharepoint 2010 and in Site Actions-->Permissions I removed all the users and added an Active directory group which has me as member and few others. After this I logged in as myself and it does not show that Portal on Left navigation. If I try to browse to that portal as myself it says "access denied"? I don't know where I am wrong. I am stuck from yesterday. If some one could help it would be great. Thanks.

  • Unity 3D doesn't work on ubuntu 12.04 LTS in virtual box hosted by Windows 7 64bit

    Can't google out the solution through some time so I'm asking here. I have installed Linux Ubuntu 12.04 LTS in virtual box hosted by Windows 7 64bit Simple my 3D stopped working after some kernel headers update<<< few months ago. Just like that. I don't member which version was it. In meantime there was 2 or 3 new releases of VirtualBox which I have installed. Every time I am updating VirtualBox Guest Additions to the newest version.     Just a quick post to celebrate another siginificant milestone for Exalogic! After a few days of preparations and some hard work we succeeded in upgrading our Exalogic quarterrack to the newly released Elastic Cloud version 2.0.1.1.0. This version was just recently released on July 25th. This new version turns your Exalogic into a virtual datacenter with many very neat cloud provisioning capabilities. There are many more possibilities in this version to provide strict network and vServer group isolation where needed and it helps you manage multitenancy and delegate your cloud administration. How did we fare?   • Why C++ virtual function defined in header may not be compiled and linked in vtable?

    Situation is following. I have shared library, which contains class definition - QueueClass : IClassInterface { virtual void LOL() { do some magic} } My shared library initialize class member QueueClass *globalMember = new QueueClass(); My share library export C function which returns pointer to globalMember - void * getGlobalMember(void) { return globalMember;} My application uses globalMember like this ((IClassInterface*)getGlobalMember())->LOL(); Now the very uber stuff - if i do not reference LOL from shared library, then LOL is not linked in and calling it from application raises exception. Reason - VTABLE contains nul in place of pointer to LOL() function. When i move LOL() definition from .h file to .cpp, suddenly it appears in VTABLE and everything works just great. What explains this behavior?! (gcc compiler + ARM architecture_)
