    Is something like this possible? Product.price_greater_than(10000).or_tags_name_equals('luxury') The wiki doesn't help much on this... I saw in the wiki: User.id_or_age_lt_or_username_or_first_name_begins_with(10) => "id < 10 OR age < 10 OR username LIKE 'ben%' OR first_name like'ben%'" I really don't get that, how in the world did "ben" comes up??? could anyone help please?

    I have to add a listbox/dropdownlist to a report in a Visual Studio Business Intelligence project, allowing users to filter a DataSet by the Id of the entity chosen in the listbox. I heard this was possible, but there is no option to add a listbox in the Toolbox in Visual Studio, and looking at the Report Definition on microsoft.com, there's nothing there about a listbox. What am I doing wrong here?

    Im touching up an mvc2 application thats nearly complete, I have some ajax requests that end up looking alot like www.host.com/site/controller/action?UserName=asdf&UserPassword=asdfasdf&Email=asd%40df.com&PhoneNumber=541-345-5433&CompanyName="sdf" So my question is how (if possible) can I mask the ajax url on the redirect to simply be.. /controller/action, Im getting the feeling I broke pattern with my ajax and am stuck with nasty URLS. any mvc2 gurus out there willing to clarify?

    What is difference between Thread Affinity and Process affinity ? If I have two Threads and I have duel core machine then is it possible to run these two threads parallely on the two cores ? If I use processor affinity Mask then I can control execution of a process on the cores but when I have to run threads on a particular core how can I make these threads core specific ?     Hi Experts.. Is there any reliable way to check if user has entered Arabic words into a form and tries to submit it? Can Javascript handle this? Or, only server script like .NET can do this? I'm thinking that if possible the script should directly prevent the user from inputting Arabic words into the form and show an alert pop up.     I'm trying to pass a quoted string through BUILD_COMMAND in ExternalProject_Add() and every way I try it's getting mangled. The code is this: set (mylibs "-lmylib -lmylib2") ExternalProject_Add(Foo URL http://foo BUILD_COMMAND make SOME_LIB=${mylibs} BUILD_IN_SOURCE 1 ...) I've tried using backslash quotes, double quotes, inlining the whole thing, but every time, either the whole SOME_LIB=... part gets quoted or my injected quotes get escaped. Is it not possible to get quotes through to the command line?

I need to be able to extend the Eclipse Java Editor component and add coloured overlays to the code based on pluggable external metrics. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any kind of syntax highlighting extension point. With ActiveWorkbook.Sheets(sht).Pictures(name) .ShapeRange.ScaleWidth scaleValue, msoTrue .ShapeRange.ScaleHeight scaleValue, msoTrue .top = top .left = left End With This code places the picture correctly in 2010, but the scaleValue is ignored. The 2010 Excel documentation is patchy on this subject. The same code works fine in Excel 2007.
