• SSRS 2008 error

  I am trying to generate a report using SSRS 2008. During report processing i am facing an error which states.."An error has occured during report processing .Query execution failed for dataset (datasetno).A severe error occured opn the current command.The results if any,should be discarded.Operation cancelled by user ". The datasetname for which query execution is failing is changing randomly.When I am executing those dataset queries seperately it was not throwing any errors.Sometimes I am getting my report without any failure. I am really fix in this issue.Don't have any clue how to solve this error. plz anyone help me. Thanks in advance.

  I want to change my repository from bazaar to git. I installed Git (winXP) and tortoise with no problem, I set path variables, etc... I have initialized my repository with: git init copied it using cd .. git clone --bare project.git uploaded it to FTP, and when trying to access: git clone *ftp_address* Initialized empty Git repository in D:/project/.git/ Password: error: Access denied: 530 while accessing *ftp_address*/info/refs fatal: HTTP request failed I checked and .../project.git/info/refs does not exists. • VS 2008 and F# Feb CTP - Can't debug

  I have downloaded the VS2008 integrated shell, and the F# Feb CTP and I have the F# environment working just fine. The problem comes when I try to debug. Nothing happens at all. The output window says ------ Build started: Project: ConsoleApplication1, Configuration: Debug Any CPU ------ ========== Build: 1 succeeded or up-to-date, 0 failed, 0 skipped ========== and none of my breakpoints are hit. My "program" is as simple as can be #light open System printfn "Hello World" Console.ReadKey(true) with breakpoints on the printfn and Console lines. The things I've read seem to suggest that debugging would work with this setup, and there is a debugger folder under common7/packages with files in it. Thanks for any help. EDIT: I'm on Win7 64 bit

• How can I impersonate the current user with IronPython?

  I am trying to manage an IIS7 installation remotely using the Microsoft.Web.Administration library. I'm doing this in IronPython: import Microsoft.Web.Administration from Microsoft.Web.Administration import ServerManager manager = ServerManager.OpenRemote("RemoteServerName") for site in manager.Sites: print "Site: %(site)s" % { 'site' : site.Name } On the last line as it attempts to communicate with the remote server I get the following error: Retrieving the COM class factory for remote component with CLSID {2B72133B-3F5B-4602-8952-803546CE3344} from machine devdealernetsvr failed due to the following error: 80070005. My research into the error lead me to believe that I do not have the proper credentials against the remote machine and so I would like to impersonate a user that does. I was hard pressed to find a way to do this with IronPython. Any help is much appreciated.

  Hi all, I am curious about the security of PHP on an HTML webpage where PHP code is embedded (a webpage that would exist on the server as "webpage.php") or on a PHP script that may be referenced by an HTML page (that is, a PHP script that is not actually part of a webpage that exists on the server as "something.php" and is referenced by "webpage.html"). Getting to the point, let us say that if the source code of my PHP script is known by anyone it would be a very big problem. I know that when you view the source of a PHP page in a browser the PHP script is not shown, but what if the PHP server failed and the HTML still loaded (is this even possible), would a user be able to see the PHP script? To be more general, is there ANY possible way that a user could access the source of a PHP script from a web browser, and if so, how do I prevent it?

• fopen & fwrite function is not working from browser?

  fopen function is not working in php. I wrote the following code in my php file. $fh = fopen("/home/sugumar/Public_html/sugumar/public_html/123","a+"); fwrite($fh,"hello"); I ran this code from command line: php file_name.php its working fine. But If I run this code from browser it shows the following error.   Hi, so in my program I have parts where I use try catch blocks like this try { DirectoryInfo dirInfo = new DirectoryInfo(someString); //I don't know if that directory exists //I don't know if that string is valid path string... it could be anything //Some operations here } catch(Exception iDontCareWhyItFailed) { //Didn't work? great... we will say: somethings wrong, try again/next one } Of course I probably could do checks to see if the string is valid path (regex), then I would check if directory exists, then I could catch various exceptions to see why my routine failed and give more info... But in my program it's not really necessary. Now I just really need to know if this is acceptable, and what would a pro say/think about that. Thanks a lot for attention.

  Hello, I am getting the following error when I try to push my app to heroku. I saw a similar thread on here, but the issues seemed related to OSX. I am running windows 7 $ git push heroku master Counting objects: 1652, done. Delta compression using up to 4 threads. fatal: object 91f5d3ee9e2edcd42e961ed2eb254d5181cbc734 inconsistent object lengt h (476 vs 8985) error: pack-objects died with strange error error: failed to push some refs to '[email protected]:floating-stone-94.git I'm not sure what this means. I can't find any consistent answers on the internet. I tried re-creating my ssh public key but still the same.

  I have two table testa & testb. CREATE TABLE `testa` ( `id` INT(10) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `name` VARCHAR(50) DEFAULT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`id`) ); CREATE TABLE `testb` ( `id` INT(10) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `name` VARCHAR(50) DEFAULT NULL, `aid1` INT(10) DEFAULT NULL, `aid2` INT(10) DEFAULT NULL, `aid3` INT(10) DEFAULT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`id`) ); Currently I am running below query for retrieving all rows where id in testa table matches with any columns of aid1,aid2,aid3 in tableb. The query is retreiving acurate result but it is taking minimum 30 seconds to execute which is too much. I have also tried to optimise my query using UNION but failed to do so. SELECT a.id, a.name, b.name, b.id FROM testb b INNER JOIN testa a ON b.aid1 = a.id OR b.aid2 = a.id OR b.aid3 = a.id ; How do i optimize my query so it's total execution time is within 2-3 seconds?   I have a sql server on a dedicated machine, running SQL 2008. I have the IP of the box, a database setup on it. I've built a small script that just does a connection test, and when I run it, I get the following error. Request for the permission of type 'System.Data.SqlClient.SqlClientPermission, System.Data, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed. I've been told by the admin that SQL remote access has been granted for my IP address. Anybody know what's wrong?

• Wrap MemoryStream in a using block REST WCF

  I'm learning REST to implement some Services with WCF. I implemented an example with a MemoryStream. Because MemoryStream is Disposable I wrapped it in a using. When I do this I sometimes can see the xml response in the browser (IE8) and sometimes it will just show me the following Errormessage: The download of the specified resource has failed. Error processing resource 'http://localhost:8889/SimpleGetService/'. Why does this occur? When I don't wrap it in a using, I never seem to get the error.

  Hi! I've developed a plug-in for Firefox, that can read and manipulate the content of the currently opened document. I would like to apply a XLST to the document in case it is XML. I have no problem to read the XML document and apply a XSLT to it in memory, however, I have no idea of how to replace the existing document with the newly created one. Thus, I see two possible scenarios: a) I replace the document with the result of the transformation b) I apply the XSLT directly to the XML All my attempts to realize one of both possible solutions have failed... • "Use windows xp style dpi scaling" disables automatic auto-hide of taskbar on W7. Workaround?

  We noticed that on W7 with DPI set to 125% or to 100% with ("Use windows xp style dpi scaling") turned off, our fullscreen mode (which sets the client rect of our window = desktop rect of the main monitor) no longer hides the task bar like it does for other settings. (The setting can be found in the Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display section after clicking on the "Set custom text size (DPI)" link) I found the following interesting article: http://www.mathies.com/weblog/?p=908 So I set out to try to work around the bug in other means than manually hiding/restoring the taskbar visibility but so far I've failed and currently believe it's a bug in W7 (and possibly vista). The following applications also fail to work properly in fullscreen mode (the taskbar is still visible): * Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 * Microsoft Word 2007 * Adobe Reader 9.1.3 These apps work (probably by hiding the task bar through the WIN32 API): * Powerpoint Slide Show I also tried creating a brand new MFC-based app and use its "SetFullScreenMode()" functionality but it fails in the same way as all other apps on the list.   I'm writing many unit tests in VS 2010 with Microsoft Test. In each test class I have many test methods similar to below: [TestMethod] public void This_is_a_Test() { try { // do some test here // assert } catch (Exception ex) { // test failed, log error message in my log file and make the test fail } finally { // do some cleanup with different parameters } } When each test method looks like this I fell it's kind of ugly.   Hey guys, I'm trying to get a live flash that lives on a webserver to talk to a local java server, that will live on the clients PC. I'm trying to achieve this with a socket connection. (port 6000) Now, at first flash was able to connect, but it just sends <policy-file-request/>. After this nothing happens.   Hi there, I am currently working on a little backup script from some firebird databases and I've come up with a weird escaping problem that I don't seem to be able to solve. Here's the thing in my script I create a variable called sqllog in which I would like to put the output of a chain of commands, here it is. sqllog=echo "SELECT * FROM RDB\$DATABASE;" | isql -u SYSDBA -pass mypasswd localhost:mydatabase | tail -n 2 | head -n 1 | wc -l if I try to execute this in shell I get the following error Statement failed, SQLCODE = -204 Dynamic SQL Error -SQL error code = -204 -Table unknown -RDB -At line 1, column 15. Table unknown RDB means it didn't take my try to escape the $. thx for any help :)

I have an R script that generates several plots, and I want to view all the plots on screen at once (in seperate windows), but I can't work out how to open multiple graphics windows. I'm using ggplot2, but I feel this is a more basic problem, so I'm just using base grapics for this simple example x<-c(1:10) y<-sin(x) z<-cos(x) dev.new() plot(y=y,x=x) dev.off() dev.new() plot(x=x,y=z) But this doesn't work. I'm on Windows if this matters (Windows + Eclipse + StatEt)
