Whenever i try to upload a file which contain special characterlike (file#&%.txt) it show crash and give the messeage Server Error in 'myapplication' Application.   I am trying to integrate activemerchant into my ruby on rails application. This is my controller where I get the purchase attirbutes and create a PaypalExpressResponse object def checkout total_as_cents, purchase_params = get_setup_params(Schedule.find(params[:schedule]), request) setup_response = @gateway.setup_purchase(total_as_cents, purchase_params) redirect_to @gateway.redirect_url_for(setup_response.token) end @gateway is my PaypalExpressGateway object which I create using this method in my controller def assign_gateway @gateway = PaypalExpressGateway.new( :login => api_user, :password => api_pass, :signature => api_signature ) end I got the api_user, api_pass, and api_signature values from my developer.paypal.com account, when I logged in for the first time there was already a sandbox user created as a merchant which is where I got the api credentials from. And finally here is my get_setup_params method: def get_setup_params(schedule, request) purchase_params = { :ip => request.remote_ip, :return_url => url_for(:action => 'review', :only_path => false, :sched => schedule.id), :cancel_return_url => register_path, :allow_note => true, :item => schedule.id } return to_cents(schedule.fee), purchase_params end How ever when I click on the checkout button, I get redirected to a sandbox paypal page saying "This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow." I'm not sure exactly what's wrong, I think the problem lies in the credentials but don't know why. Any help will be appreciated. • Clicking on MenuItem without clicking on the text

  I've got a Menu, and I want to click on the menu, but not on the text if you guys know what i mean. The MenuItem has a border, or something like this, but when I click on it it won't redirect to the page I want unless I click on text. Is it possible to click on the whole "Button" and redirect or do what is need to do? • Flex Modules vs RSL

  Hi, I'm a little bit confused about when is better to use Flex Modules or RSL libriaries (in Flex 3.5). My goal is split my project in several unit projects, so I can test and work separately. Let's assume I have a Customer app and Vendor app. I also have a front-end panel with two buttons. Each button launches Customer app or Vendor app. These applications make different things. They share some .as functions and common components, too. I understand that if I make a main project (for user login and to show a first panel) and two modules (customer, vendor) I must have all that components in my Eclipse project, isn't it? Instead of doing modules, should I create SWC for Vendor and other for Customer app and call from main app by using RSL? So, which option is more suitable? What do you advise me? Which are the trade-offs of each option? On the other side, this flex application is integrated with Java through Blaze and ibatis for persistence managment, and hold by a web apache server. I considered also to create independent war files to keep this indpendence, but I thought this do not optimize flex code. I'm right? Thank you. Nil

  I am trying to bind a mousemove event to a div when the left mousebutton is down, and unbind when it is released. I want to stop shell execution and want to redirect I/O from process, can anybody tell how I can do this? • unexplained spacing in horizontal panel in GWT

• PHP: Post ASPX form that uses 'WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions' with cUrl

  I am trying to post an ASPX form which uses SharePoint with PHP. Posting data works with standard forms, I just can't seem to get this form working. I did notice an onclick attribute on the submit button: onclick="javascript:WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions(new WebForm_PostBackOptions("ctl00$PlaceHolderMain$btnSaveTask", "", true, "", "", false, false))" I have never used ASPX and have no idea what this is. • Styling individual radio buttons in drupal form

  I have this group of radio buttons in which each of individual button has of its own position set through style attribute. I would like to how can I archive the same by using drupal form api. I found how to style as whole but, not as individual control within group. • TinyMCE is glitchy/unusable in IE8

  I'm using the jQuery version of TinyMCE 3.3.9.3 In firefox, it works fine (10 sec video depicting it in use): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrAE0igfT3I In IE8 (in IE8 standards mode), I can't type or click any buttons. However, if I use ctrl+v to paste, then I can start typing, but the buttons still don't work (a 45 sec video depicting it in use): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBSRlE8D8F4 The jQuery TinyMCE demo on TinyMCE's site works for me in IE8. • A good solution for displaying galleries with lytebox and php

  Hello I have thought for a while over an issue with the loading of images on a website-solution that I have programmed (For fun and the experience) The programming language used is PHP with MYSQL as the database language It also uses javascript, but not extensively I have recently realized that the engine I programmed, while it has it's smart solutions also carry a lot of flaws and redundant code. I have therefore decided to make a new one, now incorporating what I know, but didn't when I started the previous project. For the new system, there will be an option to add galleries to a site, and upload images to it. I have used the javascript image viewer Lytebox before. The screen goes dark and an image appears with a "Previous" and "next" button to view the other images. The problem is that I used groups with lytebox and the images themselves, resized as thumbs. This causes lytebox to work only when all the images have loaded. If you click a link before that, the image is shown as if you right click and choose "Show image" Information about these images is parsed from a database using a while statement with a counter that goes from 0 to sizeof() I'm thinking it probably isn't a good idea to have the images as the thumbs, even if you restrict the upload size. Likewise, adding thumbs at upload also seems like a hassle. It would be practical if the thumbs didn't show up before they were fully loaded. Has anyone got any good tips. Any help would be appreciated. Johann

• Center aligned form with equal width labels

  I have a very simple web form which consists of labels and input fields, however I can not seem to find a way of aligning the form in the center of the page and for the labels to have an equal width so that they appear neatly next to each other, one under the other. The structure of my page is basically: <body> <div class="form"> <form method="post"> <fieldset> <label>Mobile:</label><input type="text" name="msisdn"><br/> <label>Code:</label><input type="text" name="code"><br/> <br/> <input type="image" src="submit-button.gif" alt="Submit"> <br/> <input type="checkbox" name="ts_and_cs"><label> Accept Terms and Conditions</label> <br/><br/> </fieldset> </form> </div> </body> Usually I would fix this by doing float:left on the label fields and setting a width on the labels, however for this I need the labels and input fields to be centered on the page. Also I am not able to set the width of the page (or any containing divs) as the page will be displayed on mobile devices with different screen sizes. Any suggestions as to how best style the form? The ShowFullName property is properly updated by the command, but the Name binding is never updated in the View. What am I missing? How can I force the binding to update? Do I need to implement the Name properties as DependencyProperties (and therefore derive from DependencyObject)? Seems a little heavyweight to me, and I'm hoping for a simpler solution. Thanks, wTs

  Hi...all experts! I'm a newbie to iphone developer. Well, currently, I'm developing iphone for Location Based Service. That application need to have these functions. 1. hierarchical tree-view on navigation bar. 2. list up page 3. detail page for example, Let's say. I have top category like "Restaurant, Hotel, Gift Shop" Second level "New York, LA, London,....." Third Level displays all Data with 1 photo. Fourth Level displays Detail of that "Restaurant or Hotel, Gift shop, ..." So, My Only Interest is "How to retrieve the data from remote database server. not using iphone local one." Because, that locations, and shops should be updated frequently, (you know some shops closed, new shops opens.) So, till now, I figured out that using XML to retrieve data. However, using XML is the most effective way to implement? Is there any other way to accomplish this work? You know, transferring XML data via 3G Network is really slow. XML file have more bytes than plist file. I'm currently a beginner of iphone development. So, please help me find a right way!! And, one more question, if I use xml way. Is it possible to Paging? (First page 10 lists up, below that more button...) well, you might guess each category have hundreds of shops!!

• Why is Core Data not persisting these changes to disk?

  I added a new entity to my model and it loads fine but no changes made in memory get persisted to disk. My values set on the car object work fine in memory but aren't getting persisted to disk on hitting the home button (in simulator). I am using almost exactly the same code on another entity in my application and its values persist to disk fine (core data - sqlite3); Does anyone have a clue what I'm overlooking here? Car is the managed object, cars in an NSMutableArray of car objects and Car is the entity and Visible is the attribute on the entity which I am trying to set. Thanks for you assistance. • Help ! How do I get the total number rows from my SQL Server paging procedure ?

  Ok I have a table in my SQL Server database that stores comments. My desire is to be able to page though the records using [Back],[Next], page numbers & [Last] buttons in my data list. I figured the most efficient way was to use a stored procedure that only returns a certain number of rows within a particular range. Here is what I came up with @PageIndex INT, @PageSize INT, @postid int AS SET NOCOUNT ON begin WITH tmp AS ( SELECT comments.*, ROW_NUMBER() OVER (ORDER BY dateposted ASC) AS Row FROM comments WHERE (comments.postid = @postid)) SELECT tmp.* FROM tmp WHERE Row between (@PageIndex - 1) * @PageSize + 1 and @PageIndex*@PageSize end RETURN Now everything works fine and I have been able implement [Next] and [Back] buttons in my data list pager. Now I need the total number of all comments (not in the current page) so that I can implement my page numbers and the[Last] button on my pager. In other words I want to return the total number of rows in my first select statement i.e WITH tmp AS ( SELECT comments.*, ROW_NUMBER() OVER (ORDER BY dateposted ASC) AS Row FROM comments WHERE (comments.postid = @postid)) set @TotalRows = @@rowcount @@rowcount doesn't work and raises an error. I also cant get count.* to work either. Is there another way to get the total amount of rows or is my approach doomed.

• Can't create new "enterprise" project in netbeans

  I'm running netbeans 6.7.1 on Ubuntu Karmic. On the services tab I added a new glassfish v3 prelude server, I installed it to my home directory using the download button. I started the server and opened localhost:4848 to verify I can get into the admin panel. Then I did file-new projct and created a new java web-web application. On the configuration step of the wizard it preselected glassfish v3 prelude and java ee 5. I accepted and did a test run. I ran the project just fine. So now I did file-new projecct and attempted to create a Java EE-ejb module. When I arrive to the server configuration stage of the wizard, it doesn't show any servers on the server dropdown list (so it's empty), it also doesn't see any version of java on the "java ee version" dropdown list. This also happens for the other "Java EE" project types. I can't seem to get my head around why I can make a new web application but not an ejb module. Can anyone provide any insight to why it might not be seeing that I have java or glassfish installed when I try to make a new java ee project but I see it when I try to make a java web project?

• Taking my ASP.NET from my local comp to the server

  Hi All, So I have been developing a small ASP.NET web app in C# for my company over the past few weeks and now I am trying to push it onto our Rackspace server. First step was to create a virtual directory because we want it to be www.ourdomain.com/appname/ and most of the stuff on ourdomain.com is currently in classic ASP. So I did this and then uploaded my stuff to the new folder. I *think* I did this at least semi-right because the error message I am getting is that nice puke color (ASP.NET style instead of classic ASP style) -- problem is it is generic and just saying runtime error. I tried just copy/pasting <customErrors mode="On" /> into the web.config file in the /appname/ directory but nothing changed So the actual questions are: How can I get a more descriptive error, when I was developing locally I just pushed the "play button" in VS2010 and it would either show me the app or tell me where I screwed up Is there anything else I'm doing wrong that may be causing this? If there's things I need to check lemme know!

• FindWindowEx from user32.dll is returning a handle of Zero and error code of 127 using dllimport

  I need to handle another windows application programatically, searching google I found a sample which handles windows calculator using DLLImport Attribute and importing the user32.dll functions into managed ones in C#. The application is running, I am getting the handle for the main window i.e. Calculator itself, but the afterwards code is not working. The FindWindowEx method is not returning the handles of the children of the Calculator like buttons and textbox. I have tried using the SetLastError=True on DLLImport and found that I am getting an error code of 127 which is "Procedure not found". • Problem with jquery #find on partial postback

  I have a third party component. It is a calendar control. I have a clientside event on it which fires javascript to show a popup menu. I have another clientside method which updates the calendar via a partial postback. Once I have done this all subsequent MouseDowns( rightclicks) which use the $find statment error with 'null'. All similar problems people have out there seem to be around calling javascript after a postback - with solutions being re-registering an event using PageRequestManager or registering a clientside function on the server - et cetera. However, the event is firing, and the javascript working - it's the reference in the DOM that seems an issue. Any ideas?

  I'm developing a Cocoa application and want to be able to click a button in one of the views in my NSCollectionView and have a details view flip open and position to the middle of the screen like it does in iPhoto 09 when you click the "i" in the bottom-right hand corner of a photo. The photo "flips" and grows, centered on the window to reveal details about the photo. I'm guessing they're using Core Animation to achieve this. I've been looking at the Lemur Flip example, but when I try to modify it to add repositioning code to the animation, it throws off the flip.
