  • Turn off Jquery UI Accordion animation only during page load

    I'd like to turn off the accordian animation during page load, and then turn it back on after the page is loaded. Basically I've got multiple forms inside the accordion sections and when submitted the page gets reloaded and the relevant section is reloaded. But during the reload the animation is triggered which looks a little ugly. But I like it when the page is not being loaded. How do I achieve this effect?

  • Show Visualizers Error "could not load this custom viewer"

    When I try to inspect DataSet by standard DataSet visualizer I see this error "could not load this custom viewer". I wrote simple dataset visualizer, but error throws anyway too. On other computers with the same configuration visualizer show without any errors. OS: Windows 7 x86 (Release) VS: Visual Studio 2010 RC has somebody any ideas? I reinstall VS with no effect.

    I've tried many jQuery twitter feed plugins and they all seem to suffer from the same problem. Nothing loads for unless I refresh several times and then it will load once. I then need to refresh several more times before it loads again. Is there some sort of limitation on Twitters side or does this only happen to me? Example - This is the test site but it is basically ready to go live except for this issue.

  • Resize text area to fit all text on load jquery

    I understand there has been a lot of discussion on this but I have yet to find a solution to fix my needs. Basically I need to autogrow a text area not when you type but on load. I am pulling in content from a database and dependant on the user's settings an overlay is produced over the text area, but upon doing this the text areas are not scrollable therefore I need to autosize these to show all the text. I have tried scrollHeight but this is not working great as there are multiple text boxes on the screen Thanks

    I have a page that has a tab set. Each of the tabs is loaded by the jQuery .load() function. I want to display a loading animation that disappears when all of the ajax requests are finished. However, document.ready() has only provided me with limited success. How can I ensure that all ajax requests are completed before executing the code to hide the loading animation? Thanks!

Im trying to do a simple fadeIn ONCE for the first div , but the problem is that this is a ajax load inside a everyTime(xxx sec), so it does the same thing everytime it loads again. anyone got any ideas on how i can prevent the first div to fadeIn over and over again, but still do this function on the new div?     I am trying to use the Sunlight API gem with a Rails project. I have installed the gem and can successfully use it from irb. However, when I put the require statement (require 'sunlight') in sunlight.rb in config/initializers, I get the following error: /opt/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/activesupport-3.0.0.beta3/lib/active_support/dependencies.rb:209:in `require': no such file to load -- sunlight (LoadError) I checked the permissions on the gems directory, and it is world readable/executable. When I do apache2 -l I get this: Compiled in modules: core.c mod_log_config.c mod_logio.c prefork.c http_core.c mod_so.c When I do sudo a2enmod rewrite I get this: Module rewrite already enabled And rewrite.load is in /etc/apache2/mods-enabled.
