    I have an x64 managed C++ class that needs to be tested using Visual Studio 2008. This class links to a x64 unmanaged lib I'm not able to run my my tests because vstesthost.exe (the exe Visual Studio hosts my test) is x86 and not x64.     Not sure what's happening with this, but here's my question. I have a Sql Server 2008 database that I need to be able to do full-text indexing/searching but when I try to setup my indices on the table, I get the following: I've tried running this stored procedure on my database and it's successful: EXEC sp_fulltext_database @action = 'enable' But I still get the above window and my full-text searches don't return any results when they should. What am I missing?

It depends on how threads are created/cached, I think. How does the VC++ 2008 implementation work? And is the 2010 implementation significantly different in terms of features and performance/flexibility?

My question is if the database is automatically converted to 64bit after it is reattached on the new server or if it is running in 32bit mode on a 64bit instance. Is there a way to tell?

The project in question I started at school, but I cannot edit it at home, when I open the .sln I get this "The IntelliSense information will not be available for .VC++ projects because the Intellisense database file Location/Junk.ncb could not be opened for writing. Other features will also be affected if the solution directory is read-only." How do I open my project so that I can edit it?
