    The new documentation on ProGuard for Android says to add a line to the default.properties file in the project home directory. However, on opening this file, I read at the top: # This file is automatically generated by Android Tools. # Do not modify this file -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE ERASED! Am I missing something? Also, is there a way to enable ProGuard only for a production build from Eclipse (i.e., when exporting the finished product)?

    I have a ASP.NET application I've inherited from the person who did my job previously, when I try to debug the program I get the error below. "A project with an output type of class librart cannot be started directly" I'm familiar with desktop programs but I'm new to working with ASP.NET, the code is easy enough to understand but I can't get my head around how to successfully debug it.     We added a SharePoint BDC model project to a solution in Visual Studio 2010. Ever since, whenever the solution is built, instead of showing the Build output in the Output window, it insists on having "SharePoint Tools" selected in the "Show Output from:" drop-down, just to say "Model validation started ... Model validation completed with no errors." Short of shutting off any SharePoint projects in the build configuration, can this behavior be overridden?

    Hello, I am using the Xcode 3.1.4 that means SDK 3.1.2 The problem is that I cannot open .xcdatamodel (Core Data) file and I don't even get the Data Model option in Design Menu bar. When ever I double click and try to open the file, XCode gives me an error saying that it cannot find the file at (my project's path).Perhaps it was moved or deleted? , but the file exists at the same path. Please help me out as I haven't upgraded my system to Snow Leopard so cant use SDK 3.2 Regards jAmi

    Hello, When I start a new Visual C# Silverlight project in the official release version (not the beta or the release candidate--the official release version) of Visual Studio 2010, I get only Silverlight 3 as an option in the Silverlight Version dropdown at the New Silverlight Application dialog box. I have installed SL 4, the SL4 tools for VS 2010, to no avail. I am running Windows XP SP3. Any ideas??? Thank you, Jon

    I have a file on linux ubuntu server hosted with path name /home/kishor/project/detail/. When I made a web app in window to upload and download file from specified location i used path "c:\kishor\projects\detail\" for saving in window. For my surprise when i used window file path name in my server i am still able to get files and upload them, i.e, "c:\kishor\projects\detail\". Can anyone explain why it is working (as window and linux both use different file path pattern).
