  • Hide 'Would you like to remember password' iFrame

    - by nsilva
    Basically I have a website called http://yellow-taxis.uk/ which features an online booking system that is placed on the web site within an iFrame. On the online booking, it automatically logs the user in as a 'Guest' for credit card payments. When the site loads it comes up with a window asking the viewer if they 'would like to remember the password'. I was wondering if there was anyway possible to not display this window as it would be a much simpler option than changing a lot of the code within the online booking. Just to add, the iFrame is hosted on the same server as the web site (not sure if this makes a difference) Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Convert JSON into array dataType

    - by Myhome Stories
    I have the following JSON string var json = {"result":[{"address":" Ardenham Court, Oxford Road ,AYLESBURY, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE ,UNITED KINGDOM","picture":"1.jpg","uniqueid":"8b54275a60088547d473d462763b4738","story":"I love my home. I feel safe, I am comfortable and I am loved. A home can't be a home without our parents and our loved ones. But sad to say, some are experiencing that eventhough their loved ones are in their houses, they are not loving each other. There is a big war. You can't call it a home."}]} I want to get address ,picture,story separately for accomplish this. I tried recent answers in stackoverflow, but I was not able to achieve it. Below is what I have tried, $.each(json.result.address, function (index, value) { // Get the items var items = this.address; // Here 'this' points to a 'group' in 'groups' // Iterate through items. $.each(items, function () { console.log(this.text); // Here 'this' points to an 'item' in 'items' }); });

  • Passing input value thru XML loop and return value

    - by Mike Dyer
    "X" is reading the form value, but it is still passing and older "var thisMarket" value. The objective is to take a zip code via HTML form: <form id="market" name="market" onSubmit="return validateZIP(this.zip.value);" method="get" action=""> <input type="text" name="zip" id="zip" value="zipcode" onfocus="if(!this._haschanged){this.value=''};this._haschanged=true;" style="float:left; width:100px; margin-top:5px;"> <input type="image" style="float:left; margin-top:5px; border: 0pt none ; width: 22px; height:17px;" src="images/nav/bottom/linkbar/btn_search_btn.gif" onClick="findLda();"> </form> The script being passed thru is: function findLda(x){ marketName = new Array(); marketURL = new Array(); zip = new Array(); zip_temp = new Array(); zipMatch = false; var shareZip = "Shared Zips"; var thisMarket = "Market value"; xmlDoc=loadXML("/_includes/market.xml"); var Offer,node; document.getElementById('market').innerHTML=''; for(var j=0; j<xmlDoc.getElementsByTagName('market').length; j++){ node = xmlDoc.getElementsByTagName('market')[j]; marketName.push(node.childNodes[3].textContent); marketURL.push(node.childNodes[5].textContent); for(var k=0; k<node.getElementsByTagName('zip').length; k++){ if(node.getElementsByTagName('zip')[k].textContent!=null){ zip_temp.push(node.getElementsByTagName('zip')[k].textContent); } } zip.push(zip_temp); zip_temp = new Array(); } //loop the zip Array to find a match for the query Zip. for(k=0; k<zip.length; k++){ for(m=0; m<zip[k].length; m++){ if(x == zip[k][m].toString()){ zipMatch=true; thisMarket=marketName[k].toString(); } } } alert(thisMarket); } The objective naturally is to take field input (A), pass it thru market.xml - initialize a loop and match a zip (B), alert the result (C). Looking for any direction with what is existing or a completely new direction. Thanks!

  • CSS + jQuery - Unable to perform .toggle() and repeated jQueryTemplate Item [I must warn you this is a bit overwhelming]

    - by user1027620
    Okay here we go: Stream.html (Template file) <div class="streamItem clearfix"> <input type="button" /> <div class="clientStrip"> <img src="" alt="${Sender}" /> </div> <div class="clientView"> <a href="#" class="clientName">${Sender}</a> <p>${Value}</p> <p>${DateTime}</p> <div class="itemGadgets"> <ul> <li class="toggleInput">Value</li> <li></li> </ul> </div> <div class="inputContainer"> <input type="text" value="" /> </div> </div> </div> <div class="spacer" /> Default.aspx (jQuery) $('.toggleInput').live('click', function () { $(this).parent().parent() .find('.inputContainer').toggle(); $(this).parent().parent().find('.inputContainer') .find('input[type=text]').focus(); }); Update: The above has been changed to: $('.toggleInput').live('click', function () { $(this).closest(".clientView").find(".inputContainer").toggle() $(this).closest(".clientView").find(".inputContainer") .find('input[type=text]').focus(); }); Issues with jQuery: I have comments that belong to each .streamItem. My previous solution was to use ListView control as follows: <ItemTemplate> <asp:Panel ID="StreamItem" CssClass="StreamItem" runat="server"> ... <!-- Insert another nested ListView control here to load the comments for the parent stream. --> So as you can see, this is not a solution since I started using jQuery Templates and I am fetching the data using the following jQuery $.ajax method: $.ajax({ type: 'POST', url: 'Services.asmx/GetStream', data: "{}", contentType: 'application/json', success: function (Stream) { $.get('Templates/Stream.html', function (template) { $.tmpl(template, Stream.d).appendTo("#Stream"); }); } }); How can I resolve this without using the old ListView solution but by using jQuery Templates to load the comments whenever I am getting data for a specific stream? I am using a simple WebMethod to return my data as follows: [WebMethod] public List<Stream> GetStream() { List<Stream> Streams = Stream.GetRange(X, X, HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.Name); return Streams; } I am looking for a way to handle the .toggleInput click event. I need check if .Comments (a main container for the (to be comments container <div>)) has children (or more than one .commentItem). If so, then I need to show that .inputContainer and hide all the other .inputContainer divs with .Comments size() == 0 if they're visible. Please see the image below: Default.aspx (Partial CSS) div.streamItem div.clientView { float : left; width : 542px; } div.streamItem div.clientView p { margin : 5px 0 0 0; font-size : 10pt; } div.streamItem div.clientView div.inputContainer { display : none; /* Doesn't hide .inputContainer */ padding : 2px; background-color : #f1f1f1; } Issues with CSS: On page load, display: none; has no effect. That's it! If you're reading this I'd like to thank you for your time and thoughts! :)

  • Get backreferences values and modificate these values

    - by roasted
    Could you please explain why im not able to get values of backreferences from a matched regex result and apply it some modification before effective replacement? The expected result is replacing for example string ".coord('X','Y')" by "X * Y". But if X to some value, divide this value by 2 and then use this new value in replacement. Here the code im currently testing: See /*>>1<<*/ & /*>>2<<*/ & /*>>3<<*/, this is where im stuck! I would like to be able to apply modification on backrefrences before replacement depending of backreferences values. Difference between /*>>2<<*/ & /*>>3<<*/ is just the self call anonymous function param The method /*>>2<<*/ is the expected working solution as i can understand it. But strangely, the replacement is not working correctly, replacing by alias $1 * $2 and not by value...? You can test the jsfiddle //string to test ".coord('125','255')" //array of regex pattern and replacement //just one for the example //for this example, pattern matching alphanumerics is not necessary (only decimal in coord) but keep it as it var regexes = [ //FORMAT is array of [PATTERN,REPLACEMENT] /*.coord("X","Y")*/ [/\.coord\(['"]([\w]+)['"],['"]?([\w:\.\\]+)['"]?\)/g, '$1 * $2'] ]; function testReg(inputText, $output) { //using regex for (var i = 0; i < regexes.length; i++) { /*==>**1**/ //this one works as usual but dont let me get backreferences values $output.val(inputText.replace(regexes[i][0], regexes[i][2])); /*==>**2**/ //this one should works as i understand it $output.val(inputText.replace(regexes[i][0], function(match, $1, $2, $3, $4) { $1 = checkReplace(match, $1, $2, $3, $4); //here want using $1 modified value in replacement return regexes[i][3]; })); /*==>**3**/ //this one is just a test by self call anonymous function $output.val(inputText.replace(regexes[i][0], function(match, $1, $2, $3, $4) { $1 = checkReplace(match, $1, $2, $3, $4); //here want using $1 modified value in replacement return regexes[i][4]; }())); inputText = $output.val(); } } function checkReplace(match, $1, $2, $3, $4) { console.log(match + ':::' + $1 + ':::' + $2 + ':::' + $3 + ':::' + $4); //HERE i should be able if lets say $1 > 200 divide it by 2 //then returning $1 value if($1 > 200) $1 = parseInt($1 / 2); return $1; }? Sure I'm missing something, but cannot get it! Thanks for your help, regards. EDIT WORKING METHOD: Finally get it, as mentionned by Eric: The key thing is that the function returns the literal text to substitute, not a string which is parsed for backreferences.?? JSFIDDLE So complete working code: (please note as pattern replacement will change for each matched pattern and optimisation of speed code is not an issue here, i will keep it like that) $('#btn').click(function() { testReg($('#input').val(), $('#output')); }); //array of regex pattern and replacement //just one for the example var regexes = [ //FORMAT is array of [PATTERN,REPLACEMENT] /*.coord("X","Y")*/ [/\.coord\(['"]([\w]+)['"],['"]?([\w:\.\\]+)['"]?\)/g, '$1 * $2'] ]; function testReg(inputText, $output) { //using regex for (var i = 0; i < regexes.length; i++) { $output.val(inputText.replace(regexes[i][0], function(match, $1, $2, $3, $4) { var checkedValues = checkReplace(match, $1, $2, $3, $4); $1 = checkedValues[0]; $2 = checkedValues[1]; regexes[i][1] = regexes[i][1].replace('$1', $1).replace('$2', $2); return regexes[i][1]; })); inputText = $output.val(); } } function checkReplace(match, $1, $2, $3, $4) { console.log(match + ':::' + $1 + ':::' + $2 + ':::' + $3 + ':::' + $4); if ($1 > 200) $1 = parseInt($1 / 2); if ($2 > 200) $2 = parseInt($2 / 2); return [$1,$2]; }

  • Onclick not added until after Postback

    - by Morph
    I have the following: <asp:Button id="SubmitButton" Text="Submit" runat="server" OnClientClick="Do();" OnClick="SubmitButton_Click"/> When the page is first rendered, I go to the view source in my browser and see that the onclick="Do();" is not added to my submit button tag. But when I do a post back, and do the view source again, the onclick is added to the submit. Why would the onclick not be there on the first request?

  • Can I declare the same value for two attributes at once

    - by graphicdivine
    For example, for accessibility reasons I want my onfocus and onmouseover to have identical values. For the sake of maintainability I want to declare this once only. What I'd like to be able to do is this: <a onmouseover,onfocus="assist('hello');">linktext</a> But, of course, that would be too easy, and doesn't work. What's the best way I can achieve this DRYing out of my tags?

  • call FB.login() after FB.init() automatically

    - by Tobi Projectx
    i`m developing an app for Facebook. My Code: function init() { window.fbAsyncInit = function() { var appID = 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'; FB.init({ appId: appID, status: true, cookie: true, xfbml: true}); login(); }; (function() { var e = document.createElement("script"); e.async = true; e.src = "https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js?xfbml=1"; document.getElementById("fb-root").appendChild(e); }()); }; function login() { FB.login(function(response) { if (response.session) { if (response.perms) { // user is logged in and granted some permissions. // perms is a comma separated list of granted permissions } else { // user is logged in, but did not grant any permissions } } else { // user is not logged in } }, {perms:'read_stream,publish_stream,offline_access'}); }; I want to call the "init" function and after "init" should call the "login" function (open up the Facebook Login Window) automatically. But i always get "b is null" FB.provide('',{ui:function(f,b){if(!f....onent(FB.UIServer._resultToken));}}); Error in Firebug. Can anybody help me? Does anybody have the same problem? Thanks

  • innerText/textContent vs. retrieving each text node

    - by J-P
    I've heard that using el.innerText||el.textContent can yield unreliable results, and that's why I've always insisted on using the following function in the past: function getText(node) { if (node.nodeType === 3) { return node.data; } var txt = ''; if (node = node.firstChild) do { txt += getText(node); } while (node = node.nextSibling); return txt; } This function goes through all nodes within an element and gathers the text of all text nodes, and text within descendants: E.g. <div id="x">foo <em>foo...</em> foo</div> Result: getText(document.getElementById('x')); // => "foo foo... foo" I'm quite sure there are issues with using innerText and textContent, but I've not been able to find a definitive list anywhere and I am starting to wonder if it's just hearsay. Can anyone offer any information about the possibly lacking reliability of textContent/innerText? EDIT: Found this great answer by Kangax -- http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1359469/innertext-works-in-ie-but-not-in-firefox/1359822#1359822

  • Lightbox effect with Jquery

    - by Sarfraz
    Hello, I just wanted to know how to create lightbox effect with JQuery, I mean let's suppose I have div, and when i click some button it shows that div at the center of the browser window across all browsers with a transparent background behind. In this div i could show just about anything including a form, image, or some text so it becomes sort of stylish alert box. So how to: Center a div across all browsers and behind this div put a transparent background covering entire screen of browser. Note: I know there are a host such effects out there, i just want to know how do i create a simple centered div with transparent background behind. So please don't suggest any pre-made solution, would be great if you could write sample code for that. Thanks

    I have code which is trivial but only works in IE not Firefox. $(document).ready(function(){ $('li#first').click(); }); I have also tried: document.getElementById('first').click(); But that doesn't work either. Is this an IE bug/feature or is click() not supported in the other browsers? Thanks in advance.

  • Creating a page selector with JSP/JSTL

    - by zakSyed
    I am working on a project where I am required to build a page somewhat similar to the one you see when you visit a website like blockbuster. When you click on browse more you are taken to a page with a bar on top with different page numbers and a drop down to select the number of pages you want to view on that page. I want to include a feature like that on my page but I am not sure where to start. In my page I have list of 200 items which I want to display page by page. I was suggested to use custom tags, but is there a more simpler or efficient way to create that functionality. My web application uses Spring MVC framework and is coded entirely in Java. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

  • jQuery $().find problem

    - by Titanous
    I'm trying to get the contents of a XML document element, but the element has a colon in it's name. This line works for every element but the ones with a colon in the name: $(this).find("geo:lat").text(); I assume that the colon needs escaping. How do I fix this?

  • I need help to disable shadowbox from resizing

    - by Adam
    This overlay seems to be the only overlay plugin that works within my schools wonky template... but the problem is that when the browser is resized the shadowbox resizes too, clipping the contents inside. I want it so the box stats fixed and if the browser does get smaller the browser will have scrollbars. I know it's been modified before, but i dont know where to start. I cant even find an unminified version of the .js file. Thanks

  • HTML5 drag & drop: The dragged element content is missing in Webkit browsers.

    - by Cibernox
    I'm trying to implement something similar to a cart where you can drop items from a list. This items (<li> elements) has some elements inside (divs, span, and that stuff). The drag and drop itself works great. But the dragged element's image doesn't show its content in Webkit browsers. My list element has a border an a background color. In Firefox, the image is the whole item. In Webkit browsers, only the dragged element without content. I see the background and border, but without text inside. I tried to make a copy of the element and force it to be the image, but doesn't work. var dt = ev.originalEvent.dataTransfer; dt.setDragImage( $(ev.target).clone()[0], 0, 0); I have a simplified example that exhibit the same behavior: http://jsfiddle.net/ksnJf/1/

But it also has to allow only 1 to 2 digits after - at most. Is something wrong in my regex? hyphenRe: /^\d+-\d{1,2}$/,
