    I want to see my pixel coordinates on moviing my mouse on the image in picture box I have added this event Form.designer.cs this.MouseDown += new System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventHandler(this.pictureBox1_MouseDown); and this method in Form.cs private void pictureBox1_MouseDown(object sender, System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventArgs e) { locationtxt.Text = e.X.ToString() + "," + e.Y.ToString(); } but I cann't see anything in textbox on moving my mouse on form runtime.     I have a list of points with x, y coordinates. I know how to get the distance between points with sqrt(pow($x2 - $x1, 2) + pow($y2 - $y1, 2)) and the angle between points with atan2(y1 - y2, x1 - x2). How can I calculate the relative angle between the points (left, right, straight)? So, if I'm at point 1, what is the relative direction to point 2, then 2 to 3, 3 to 4, etc... Thanks for any help!

    I'm not sure where to look to find this information, but I'd like to know how to get mouse input (or any hid input) using the fewest non standard libraries in c. Basically, is there an stdio equivalent for mouse (and other input) input in c? Or is there a library that is minimal and cross compatible on multiple platforms. Just being able to print mouse coordinates to a terminal window would be enough.

  • using Intellimouse in Parallels 5

    I'm running Win7 in Parallels 5 and have a five button USB mouse (Microsoft Intellimouse). I have my mouse's side buttons mapped to the Forward and Back (browser) commands. However, Parallel's Mouse Synchronization Service seems to be intercepting the mouse keypress event for these two buttons, and remapping them to the Windows Start Menu command. Any way to undo this? i.e. get my Back/Forward buttons working again?

Those files are, sadly, readable by root only. Is there any way to access the touchpad while in user-mode?

    I have a rectangle of any arbitrary width and height. I know X,Y, width, and height. How do I solve the upper right hand coordinates when the rectangle is rotated N degrees? I realized if it were axis aligned I would simply solve for (x,y+width). Unforunatly this doesn't hold true when I apply a transform matrix on the rectangle to rotate it around its center.

    I Have a list with "a" and "b" and the "b"'s are somewhat of a path and "a"'s are walls. Im writing a program to make a graph of all the possible moves. I got the code running to check the first "b" for possible moves, but i have NO Idea how im going to find all "b"'s , even less check them all without repeating. Major issue im having is getting the tuple coordinates of the "b"'s out of the list. Any pointers/tips?

    I created an app that uses mock locations to insert GPS coordinates. After removing the test provider via: mLocationManager.clearTestProviderLocation(mocLocationProvider); mLocationManager.removeTestProvider(mocLocationProvider); mLocationManager.removeUpdates(mLocationListener); When I launch google maps for example after exiting the app the GPS location is found and then never goes away. "Location Set By GPS" always remains on the notification bar even though my app is ended. Any ideas?

Isn't the whole point to be able to get the user's current lat/long coordinates through the device GPS, or am I mistaken?

    I'm using the GLUTesselator for Polygons. Right now the vertex callback does glvertex2f and gltex2f. Would it be better simply to collect the verticies from the vertex callback in a std::vector then use gldrawarrays()? Or would this actually be less efficient since it has to put the verts and texture coordinates in a vector? Thanks
