  Hi, for some odd reason the text area I have in my site won't accept the width I tell it to, I've tried to select it three times in the CSS just to make sure! Here is a jsfiddle example that shows what I want, and here is the page where it doesn't want to work. I have searched through the CSS to find any conflicting textarea properties, but there are none.   I use firefox to develop a web site and at the same time to browse the web, read my gmail, etc. The problem is every now and then I need to delete the cache and or remove the cookies of the web app, but I want to stayed logged in in the other web pages I am visiting. • html5media library doesn't work on FF 3.6.3

  Hi. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? I'm using the html5media library and the test page they provide no longer plays in Firefox 3.6.3, though it plays on the latest Safari, Chrome, Opera, and IE. On FF 3.6.3, it shows the video and the audio with large X through them. I'm using this library on my site and noticed the issue as well. I'm not seeing any errors in the error console.

• Debugging asp.net suddenly stops

  I have a strange error. I'm debugging an asp.net site and suddenly it stops. Visual Studio stays in debug mode and my web application stays on running just fine. I found this post on, but I don't think a background thread is causing the problem. There's even a try catch around the code where it usually stops debugging, but the catch is not triggered... Everytime I try it, it stops at a different place in the code.

  I have inserted a video from youtube into a DIV tag, used the actual "embed" code found on youtube site. and used jquery to show/hide the div. when activated, the flash video shows perfectly in the div, when clicked it plays as usual the only problem i have is when someone using a Mac, and clicks on play, the flash video disappears. this happened on many Mac computers regardles of the browser being in use ( none Firefox neither Safari are working ) although i have tested it on all general browsers on windows and it works fine
