How can I get 3D coordinated from this? I have already looked gluProject and NeHe. But I dont know how to implement this in my project, it shows that there is no GLdouble,GLfloat class.

    The picture above shows 2 players. Each containing 3 characters. I want to know how to make a Turn based event starting with player 1 alternating turns with player 2. And in every alternation each character gets a turn. If a character dies, the next character on the same team goes, and so on. How would I create this? Is there a tutorial? I haven't made any turn-based games so I don't know how to program these kinds of stuff.

    I'm using C++ in the QT framework to write an application that detects an application running in memory. I can use the FindWindow method, but that requires that I know the windows title before hand. What would be the best method for identifying behavior of the application in memory to match it to a title? For example, if I know (before scanning) that a given application subscribes to the OnKeyPress event, is it possible to hook to it that method, detect all of the subscribers and enumerate them to find the application i'm looking for? If so, how would I go about doing that without integrating into the kernel? Thanks in advance for all the responses.

  • Touch Event Not Work With PinchZoom

    I was implemented pinch zoom functionality for my tower of defense game. I manage different entity to display all the towers. From that entity game player select the tower and drag to the actual position where he want to plot the tower. I set the entity in HUD also, so user scroll and zoom the region, the tower become visible all the time. Basically I have created the different entity to show and hide towers only so I can manage it easily. My problem is when I have not perform the scroll and zoom the tower touch and the dragging easily done but when I zoom and scroll the scene at that time the tower touch event does not call so the player can not able to drag and drop it to actual position. So anybody please help me to come out of it.

  • How to execute a program on PostBuild event in parallel?

    I managed to set the compiler to execute another program when the project is built/ran with the following directive in project options: call program.exe param1 param2 The problem is that the compiler executes "program.exe" and waits for it to terminate and THEN the project executable is ran. What I ask: How to set the compiler to run both executables in paralel without waiting for the one in PostBuild event to terminate? Thanks in advance

    If the submit button is clicked, prevent the default action and see if the field 'account_name' is already in use. If the $.get() returns a result, alert the user of the results. If it doesn't, submit form with id="add_account_form". My problem is that my else{} statement is not submitting the form. I get no response when submit is clicked & there is no value returned.   • Logging Application Block doesn't add log entries to Event Viewer on machines other than that on whi

    I am using the Logging Application Block (of Microsoft Enterprise Library 5.0) to log exceptions in the Event Viewer that occur in my WPF XBAP application. However, exceptions are only being logged if the application is run on my machine (the machine it was built on). Any other machine it doesn't log anything. I've tried to find a reason why this might be occurring - I've tried setting requirePermission to false - but to no avail. Anyone any ideas on why this might be happening?

    I have downloaded Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 32 bit, burned it on DVD and tried to install it on my PC. My PC is running in Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit mounted on the C: drive. Now I want install Ubuntu along with my Windows 7. When I boot Ubuntu through the CD, It boots and the Ubuntu install windows opens It offers "Try Ubuntu" and "Install Ubuntu". I choose "Install Ubuntu" Then I go on to install Ubuntu with Windows(First Option)-install It shows some blank screen with some lines, and says "Please Remove installation media and close tray and press enter" Then the PC restarts and runs Windows 7 same as before normally. But Ubuntu is not installed. How to solve this problem and install Ubuntu on my PC properly? Note: I am an Android Developer. So I need to install Ubuntu for my Android Development purpose.

  • In windows xp, how can I set the default browser from chrome to IE via Command Line, without admin privs

    Situation: 1. Need to Set the defualt browser to IE via cmd(problem) 2. Need to do a citrix login via IE(amounts to loading a url) beause it wont run in google chrome 3. then set default browser to chrome Environment: Windows XP, no admin priv's no admin priv's mean I can't touch registry Basic Steps I'm Doing: In a bat file: 1.Set default browser to IE 2.run a citrix SSO login via IE (not compatible with chrome) 3.Set default browser to Chrome 4.kill IE 5.live long and prosper So i have it all running except "Set default browser to IE" I can set the default browser to chome by using portable chrome's cmd line argument --make-default-browser but I can't undo that process. If I launch IE, it pops up that 'make ie default browser' window which stops the SSO process. So If I can disable that check via bat file, that would also work for me. Some notes: I login to the server using tunneling, nothing is open except dns, email, and web ports, not even ftp, and all default ports are change and hidden. I also monitor port scan and capture any one that try to find the hidden ports. Probably it is something open... Thank you in advanced.

  • How to save a document and close it after the save

    Currently I have a .bat file that opens a program, opens a document and then reloads this document so it contains new data. After that I need a timeout so it can run some other things within the document which takes about 2 minutes in total, but for safety I used 5 minutes. Then I want it to save the document and close the program. I've searched a lot for this but I can't find anything that saves the document and then closes it. Only can find how to save a bat file, but I already have that!
