    When I add libiphone-exif.a to snapandrun in objectiveflickr I get this error: ".objc_class_name_EXFJpeg", referenced from: literal-pointer@__OBJC@__cls_refs@EXFJpeg in SnapAndRunViewController.o ld: symbol(s) not found collect2: ld returned 1 exit status I do not know what this means, I follow the guide to add it, add all of the .h files and the libiphone-exif.a Is there something special I have to do?

    Hi all, I've got a core data-based app for iPhone and I'm getting the following warning: objc[2472]: Class Property is implemented in both /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Notes.framework/Notes and /var/mobile/Applications/B69194FF-448F-48AD-A78D-DDB8935F/AmcCalc.app/AmcCalc. One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined. When I started working on this app back with SDK 3.0 I didn't get this error, so how do I deal with this? Thanks! Bjorn

  • Debug using MbUnit/Gallio 3.1

    When I use the [Debug] button in Gallio, the breakpoints in my unit tests are not hitting. The unit tests are written with MbUnit/Gallio. I am using MbUnit/Gallio version 3.1 build 397 with Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2. The unit tests run to completion in Gallio Icarus, but they run past the breakpoints. I see the symbol tables loading in VS, but it does not stop at the expected breakpoint, so I am unable to debug it.

    Rails appears to not be loading any fixtures for unit or functional tests. Is it a version problem? Can I trace code into the libraries and find the answer? There are so many "mixin" modules I can't find where the fixtures method really lives.

I used the configuration manager to change the project to x64, then I tried to rebuild the project. the result was "unresolved external symbol" for many MFC function. I guess that I miss something here in the Tools/Option toolbar with x64 platform but I don't know what. P.S. win32 console application works fine when I change the platfrom to x64

I've tried to load the environment and tests via: appcfg.rb run -S spec app/tests/ And I end up with the following error: spec:19: undefined method `bin_path' for Gem:Module (NoMethodError) I can run non-appengine specs just fine by running: spec app/tests/ Any suggestions on how to get RSpec up and running with JRuby and Google App Engine would be greatly appreciated.     can you update your 2.3.5 app with just "gem update rails" and change the version # in environment.rb? I did that and lots of errors came out like in console just typing Post.all would show "undefined method `retrieve_connection' for nil:NilClass". Any ideas?     Hi, i set the cache symbols from symbol servers to directory to D:\WebSymbols, but whenever i use VS2008 attach to process to debug, the VS2008 will copy the .pdb to the location of the attached process, and i also found many .pdb in the Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\sym. is there any way to prevent VS copying the .pdb files? thanks in advance!

    I see that Hibernate home page has a symbol informing that it implements JSR 317, but I couldn't find if it implements the full spec. Does anybody knows if Hibernate 3.5.0-CR-2 fully implements the JSR 317? I can see from their JIRA that everything is closed related to JPA 2.0: http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/HHH-4190?subTaskView=all Anyone has experienced using JPA2.0 with Hibernate?   • Possible to use SaveVideoAtPathToSavedPhotosAlbum and still maintain 3.0 backward compatibility?

    The function SaveVideoAtPathToSavedPhotosAlbum is only available with the iPhone SDK 3.1 or above but we want to maintain backward compatibility with 3.0 devices. How can this be done? At first we though we can do a runtime check, but it turns out that this can't even compile against the 3.0 SDK.   • Visual Studio 2005 - Debugger stopped working.

    More fun and pain with Visual Studio. Visual Studio 2005. About two months ago, I started an assignment. In my role, I cannot install or configure development software. Trust me this has given me plenty of heartburn. No IIS is involved here, just File Sharing. That being said, when I first started I had a problem with my debugger not working. The debugger just stopped. I was able to get it working. Now the problem has returned and I am pulling every last hair on my head. Almost none of my symbols loads. It can't find the PDB files. In Debugger options, I checked the Symbol section. My symbol file location entry is completely blank. ? I don't know why. I did not touch this prior to the problem occurring. I have cleared the Temporary ASP.NET folders. Web.Config: I have attempted to manually attach to the Webdev process from the Debug window and that doesn't work. I have googled this and this problem seems to occur quite a bit.

    A web page of a web application was showing a strange error. But when clicking on IMG element it shows a number as if x function got in some way removed from memory or deinstantiated (it does not even show x as "undefined" but as a number). To let you test it quickly I placed the working test above also here. This can be reproduced on both Firefox 3.6 and Safari 4.0.4. Everything works properly only on IE7+. I'm really clueless, I was wondering if x is maybe a reserved keyword in JS Firefox/Safari. Thanks to anyone who could help! FYI: if you repalce x() with z() everything work prefectly in all browsers (this is even more crazy to me) adding a real image in src attribute does not fix the problem removing style in img does not fix the problem (i gave style to image only to help you clicking on image thus you can see the imnage border)

  • will_paginate with named_scopes

    I'm using will_paginate for pagination, which has been working well so far, except for this one thing. If I try to paginate a scope, for instance class User < ActiveRecord::Base named_scope :scope, lambda { etc } end User.scope.paginate({:page => params[:page], :per_page => 10}) That will tell me paginate is an undefined method. I'd rather not have to use a second solution for only this scope, is there something I can do here?
