It shouldn't be a web service but rather a component that I can download and customize (i18n etc.). I only need some basic features: most important is cropping, optional features would be rotating and adjusting brightness/contrast.   I guess these are all questions that everyone must just know, because I'm not seeing this in the documentation :-D I understand that the public folder is the folder that the world has access to. I know it is the case with the css folder, but in migrating a traditional php website over, will my /images folder, /js folder /mp3s, etc Will those all just also be public folders that will be accessed via the layout or view.phtml pages?   Hi everyone, SELECT * FROM jobs WHERE (SELECT DISTINCT jobs.* FROM jobs, job_requests WHERE (jobs.user_id = 1) OR (job_requests.user_id = 1 AND job_requests.job_id = jobs.id)) This sql gives me Mysql::Error: Operand should contain 1 column(s). If i execute the select from the where clause it works SELECT DISTINCT jobs.* FROM jobs, job_requests WHERE (jobs.user_id = 1) OR (job_requests.user_id = 1 AND job_requests.job_id = jobs.id) Could somebody explain me why? This query is generated by rails activerecord so the main select is needed.

It works fine if I copy and paste this directly into the web browser, however if I call it through flash, the address bar would end up like this: something.php?title=?? I assume it should be running on a separate thread, however, the server UI (WinForms) becomes locked when someone downloads a file. Is there a way to manage the WCF threading model? Thank you!
