    I want to check the elements above the main diagonal and if I found non zero values , count one. If the non zero values are found in the same column ,then count just one ,not the number of the non zero values. For example , it should be count = 2 and not 3 in this example because 12 and 6 are in the same column.     I am using Lucene MultiFieldQueryParser and the implementation is as shown below QueryParser parser = new MultiFieldQueryParser (Version.LUCENE_30,new String[] {"First Name","Middle Name","Last Name"}, standardAnalyzer); Query query = parser.parse(queryString); and using it to find a match for the input string in my DB columns First Name, Middle Name and Last name .   • Sphinx search: failed to unpack mysqlcompress column

    I have compiled sphinx 0.9.9 for debian x64. When I try to index using unpack_mysqlcompress, I get this error: "WARNING: failed to unpack column 'page_text', error=-5" The 'page_text' field is around 5Kb, and unpack_mysqlcompress_maxsize is set to 64M, yet the zlib manual says error -5 indicates Z_BUF_ERROR. Also if mysql does the decompression using UNCOMPRESS(), it works fine. Any ideas why sphinx is generating this error?

    I'm creating a DLL with a reference to web services (I don't have the choice to do so) but I have to add web service references to the project that uses the DLL for it to work. Example, I have the DLL called API.DLL that calls a web service called WebService.svc that I want to use in a project called WinForm. First, I have to add a "Service Reference" to WebService.svc in API.DLL. Then, I add a reference API.DLL to WinForm but it doesn't work unless I also add a service reference to WebService.svc in WinForm. What can I do to avoid that last step?

    Hi I need to know if there's any way of making all controls of a column the same width, and that all these controls are as wide as the cells that contain them. I added a demo on JSFiddle with the controls I'm using. I tried using size for the input texts and style="width:" for the selects , and even though I managed to make them the same width,(it doesn't seem to work in Chrome) it's kinda difficult , that's why I'd like to know if there is any more straightforward way to do the same thing Any ideas or insights?

For instance, this table: id - int(11) name - string(20) I want in php to select the maximum number of characters that a field can have, like SELECT length(name) from table1 and it should then return 20 (since its the maximum number of characters for that field).
