    i am using the api twitterizer2 downloaded from http://code.google.com/p/twitterizer/downloads/list but when i try to get the friends of a user i get 100 friends but i cant get the next 100 friends thru NEXTpage function how to handle this...? Twitterizer.TwitterUserCollection userFollowing = Tw.TwitterUser.GetFriends(tokens,TwitterUrl); Twitterizer.TwitterUserCollection page2=userFollowing.NextPage when i get the next page it returns the same 100 users

  • remove double http:// from input via jquery

    I have a textarea with a default value of http://. Now when an user pastes in an url (if they don't know what they are doing, like most people) it comes out like this http://http://www.google.com. I've seen a site that as soon as you have http://http:// it removes one via Ajax. I am not familiar with Ajax, so can anyone help me? I don't want to clear the field on focus only.

  • Set a specific stylesheet based on session variable in javascript

    I have an option for a user to select his/her own theme while logged into the system and this theme is set in a MYSQL Database and called each time the user logs in, this is called by: <?php $_SESSION['SESS_THEME_NAME']; ?> Now, I had this working in a PHP file but I need it to work in Javascript instead unfortunately. And I need some help. I looked at the code using the developers tools on Google Chrome and looks like the above code is not resolving within the javascript file. Which makes sense because you can't access session variables within a javascript file (as I found by searching Google.) The code is basically supposed to set the specific stylesheet based on the value extracted from the MYSQL database. So if the database says Default the script needs to tell the webpage to use the default.css file. And so on and so forth.     Hi All, When designing a web application/web site, is there an accepted practice on when to open a link on a new window? Currently, if the site being linked to is outside the domain (say Google.com), I am always launching it on a new window. If the page being linked is within the same domain, I open it on the current active window. I've read somewhere the opening links on a new window explicitly is being frowned upon. Thanks!

  • What is the difference between deploying to com+/MTS using regsvr32?

    We have a legacy VB6 component that was com+/MTS and is used by asp classic. Staff is having trouble with deployment. Would there be any harm in just using regsvr32 to register the DLL, which will be used by IIS? Alternatively---I won't touch COM+ with a 10 foot pole--so is there a suitable one line command to register a VB6 component with COM+/MTS using a 11 foot pole? My google fu is failing me.
