When the user enters any of the following urls, I want to just serve my app as usual to them: http://www.mysite.com/ http://www.mysite.com/dog http://www.mysite.com/cat the first case works by default. I'm not sure how to get the /dog and /cat cases to work. I think I have to modify something with the url mappings to get that to work in web.xml.   Hi All, I have a string say string s ="C:\\Data" , I have an array which contains some strings containg "C:\Data" in the beginning i.e. string[] arr = new {"C:\\Data\abc.xml","C:\\Data\Test\hello.cs"};. I have to remove the string "C:\Data" from each entry and have to combine it with another string say string fixed = "D:\\Data". I have also given permission to my app in the manifest.xml <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE"/> When I try to access this folder my app crashes as the folder is not present.

  I'm using layout xml file for the UI. But the images are compressed and the qualities have lost in some level. My code is like this: <ImageView android:layout_width="480px" android:layout_height="717px" android:layout_x="0px" android:layout_y="45px" android:scaleType="fitXY" android:src="@drawable/e4" /> The drawable is actually 480x717. What's the problem here? Is it due to the fitXY?

  I have a console application which has target .NET 2.0 It is very short but full of unsafe code. I converted it to VS 2010. I run it OK. When I try to change "target framework" in properties to 3.5 or 4.0 it shows message box: TargetFrameworkMoniker: Error parsing application configuration file at line 0. XML document must have a top level element. the target then stays 2.0 anyway... Any thoughts?
