• Strange issue with jQueryUI and .htaccess RewriteRule

  I have the following rule in my .htaccess which redirects any requests for /labs/... to /projects/...: RewriteRule ^labs/(.+)$ projects/$1 [L] Where projects is a local folder on my web server. I'm using jQueryUI on a page in a subfolder of projects, say projects/project1/index.php. When I hit http://mydomain.com/projects/project1/ everything is fine. However if I hit http://mydomain.com/labs/project1/ almost everything is fine, except that I get the following warning in my JS console: Resource interpreted as image but transferred with MIME type text/html. ui-bg_highlight-soft_60_4ca20b_1x100.png And my jQueryUI button loses its glossy look. I don't even know where to begin to try to solve this. But if anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it.

• SQL Not Exists in this Query - is it possible

  This is my script - it simply looks for the image file associated to a person record. Now the error will display if there is NO .jpg evident when the query runs. Msg 4860, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 Cannot bulk load. The file "C:\Dev\ClientServices\Defence\RAN\Shore\Config\Photos\002054.2009469432270600.001.jpg" does not exist. Is there a way to write this query to 'IF not exists then set id_number = '002054.2009469432270427.001' - so it wil always display this photo for any records without a picture. • Determining if and where a photon will collide with a polygon in 3D space.

  The problem is straight forward: 1) We have a photon traveling from Point 1 (x,y,z) to Point 2 (x,y,z), both of which could be located anywhere in 3D space. 2) We have a polygon that is both rotated randomly on the x-axis and/or y-axis and also located anywhere in 3D space. 3) We want to find: a) if the photon will collide with the polygon at all and b) if it does where will that be (x,y,z)?   Greetings all, I read 3d grid data (from multiple TIF images) into a structure as follows : typedef struct VolumeData{ int nx; int ny; int nz; unsigned char *data; // size is nx*ny*nz } Now I want to get the plane slices from this 1-D grid data: eg: unsigned char* getXYPlaneStack(VolumeData *vol,int z); I could implement above function because the *data array stores image stack. But i am having difficult time implement along the other axes: unsigned char* getYZPlaneStack(VolumeData *vol,int x); and unsigned char* getXZPlaneStack(VolumeData *vol,int y); any easy algorithm for this? thanks in advance.

  Hello, I am saving the image at this location :- private static String photoGalleryPath = "/Common/PhotoGallery/"; In PhotoGallery. I create userid wise folders and save images. Everything works fine. But when i clean and build my project. The whole folder of PhotoGallery gets deleted. This looks very funny to me :). Why does it delete my whole folder everytime? And what more should i do to tell the extra smart Glassfish to not to delete my folders?

• How to override browser default download behavior for files?

  Lots of times we have to download files from the net. In IE we get to see the ugly download progress bar. In firefox we get to see a pop-up window opening etc. However, I have never seen this being over ridden in any manner. Until recently on the site *thesixtyone DOT com* If we get to download a song free and click on the ok link to start the download we get a pop up to select location in the default style of windows. • Jquery prettyPhoto and star conflict....DOM not loading?

  I'm working on an online ordering system for photography clients: Here. (Forgive the requirement of having to sign in). After signing in, the user is able to rate pictures using the stars listed below each picture, then subsequently view 3 star pics, or 4 star pics, etc. However, when the user clicks on an image, a lightbox expands (prettyPhoto namely) which contains the picture as well as the stars listed below. I want users to be able to star a picture within the lightbox, but the javascript is not being passed after the prettyPhoto lightbox is initialized. Consequently, they can't rate pictures within the lightbox. I've heard of something similar to this, but have no idea about how to go about tackling the problem. Any help would be appreciated. • Python win32api not moving mouse cursor in VirtualBox

  I'm trying to use this Python code: import math for i in xrange(500): x = 500 + math.sin(math.pi * i / 100) * 500 y = 500 + math.cos(i) * 100 x, y = int(x), int(y) win32api.SetCursorPos((x, y)) time.sleep(.01) taken from here to move the mouse cursor in an XP VirtualBox. The mouse icon will flicker to the appropriate graphic (when it hits the edge of a window it turns into the <- resize image, for instance), but it doesn't actually move the visible cursor. I can move the mouse around while the code is running. Same result using the ctypes example in the above link. It works fine in the Win7 host. I have Guest Additions installed, if that matters.

These items follow fixed HTML template (table,image) and only specific content fields (name, body text..) can be change in the back-end. Backend users can add new pages or new items each page.   I am doing a custom control, that should be painted like as standard one, but also having a Icon displayed near it. I tried to do public override void Invalidate() {     base.Invalidate();     if (Parent != null) {         Parent.Invalidate(new Rectangle( X1, Y1 - iconSize.Width / 2, iconSize.Width, iconSize.Height));     } } but this does not work - when changing location the Invalidate is not even called. If it matter the custom control inherits from VisualBasic.PowerPacks.LineShape component.

  In this SO question, someone asked for calculating an angle from three points. I need to do the opposite thing. I want to draw a clock, and I have tiny tick images. An art dude made 60 of them, each with an individual and accurate shadow. So there are 60 distinct images at 10x10 points in size, already correctly rotated in the center of that square. So every 6 degrees one tick image has to be placed. I would just need to calculate the x/y coordinate based on a center point, an radius and an angle. So I have: an center point an radius an angle Is there an easy way to calculate the x/y coordinate with this? Maybe cocoa-touch already has a useful function or method for this?

  Hi everyone, I have coded a map that when a province object is clicked on, it should move to the center of the screen and grow a percentage of the width, along with displaying a number of different things. The problem is that in order for the image to resize it needs to be clicked on twice. It moves, and all of the children display just as they were designed to do, but the resize doesn't work on the first try.   dear friends, i have created application using layout font sizes in "pixels" font and other layout looks fine on HTC hero and Motorola Droid but in nexus one which is bigger resolution phone every thing is messed up. for example , i have used font 18px which is bigger size in HTC Hero and Motorola but in Nexus one it is looking very small. same is the case with image height and width a banner looks fine on both phones but in nexus one very small. actually we dont have height and width in percentage thats why i am not able to solve this problem. layout_width="fill_parent" also not helping.. kindly help me out what should i do to make application look same in all the phones with different resolutions.

  I saw a flash website and was curious to now if this is something possible to build using Jquery, obviously not the entire thing. I was more looking to fade out div1 and div2 with a button click.
