• Xcode - Terminating due to uncaught exception for iphone app

  When I try to cick on cell in my table view rather than take me to the next view I get a "Terminating due to uncaught exception" error. • Why is document.body == null in Firefox but not Safari

  I have a problem with a page where I am trying to get colorbox (a kind of lightbox for jQuery) working. It doesn't work apparently due to the document.body being null in FireFox (3.5.3). This is not the case in Safari (4.0.3) where the colorbox works. Something that jumps out at me is that (I'm using Drupal 6) drupal has appended a script tag to set some JavaScript variables at the very bottom of the page, below the closing body and html tags. Otherwise I don't see a problem. Unfortunately I'm having a lot of trouble getting it not to do that. Could it be this that's causing FF to have issues with the body? Using colorbox's example files in Firefox does work (and the document.body is defined there). Is there any way I could use jQuery to refill the document.body property with something from $() perhaps, or should I keep banging at drupal to not put a script tag outside the html tags (easier said than done)? • WCF Webservices and FaultContract - Client's receiving SoapExc insted of FaultException<TDetails>

  Hi All, i'm developing a WCF Webservice and consuming it within a mvc2 application. My problem is that i'm using FaultContracts on my methods with a custom FaultDetail and i'm throwing manyally the faultexception but when the client receive the exception , it receives a normal SoapException instead of my FaultException that i throwed from the service side. Here is some code: Custom Fault Detail Class: [DataContract] public class MyFaultDetails { [DataMember] public string Message { get; set; } } Operation on service contract: [OperationContract] [FaultContract(typeof(MyFaultDetails))] void ThrowException(); Implementation: public void ThrowException() { var details = new MyFaultDetails { Message = "Exception Test" }; throw new FaultException<MyFaultDetails >(details , new FaultReason(details .Message), new FaultCode("MyFault")); } Client side: try { // Obv proxy init etc.. service.ThrowException(); } catch (FaultException<MyFaultDetails> ex) { // stuff } catch (Exception ex) { // stuff } What i expect is to catch the FaultException , instead that catch is skipped and the next catch is taken with an exception of type SoapException. Am i missing something ? i red a lot of threads about using faultcontracts within wcf and what i did seems to be good. • Ninject.Web.PageBase still resulting in null reference to injected dependency

  I have an ASP.NET 3.5 WebForms application using Ninject 2.0. However, attempting to use the Ninject.Web extension to provide injection into System.Web.UI.Page, I'm getting a null reference to my injected dependency even though if I switch to using a service locator to provide the reference (using Ninject), there's no issue.   Is it possible to specify a relative path reference in connectionstring, attachDbFileName property in a web.config? For example, In my database is located in the App_data folder, I can easily specify the AttachDBFilename as|DataDirectory|\mydb.mdf and the |Datadirectory| will automatically resolve to the correct path. Now, suppose that web.config file is located in A folder, but the database is located in B\App_data folder, where A and B folder is located in the same folder. Is there anyway to use relative path reference to resolve to the correct path?

  One particular user is getting an exception when connecting an application I created to a third party app using COM. The connection fails with the following error: Source: mscorlib Message: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040202 This software works fine for other users. Any ideas what could be going on? The error occurs just before the app adds some event handlers to some of the COM objects from the third party app. It is able to successfully instantiate the objects, though.

  Why are Python exceptions named "Error" (e.g. ZeroDivisionError, NameError, TypeError etc) and not "Exception" (e.g. ZeroDivisionException, NameException, TypeException etc). I come from a Java background and started to learn Python recently, as such this is confusing because in java there is a distinction between error and exception. Is there a difference in Python also or not? Can someone explain or point me to some documentation explaining it? Thank you!
