  • Wicket WAR in Jetty: .html files not on classpath

    Hi, I deployed a Wicket-based app's .war file to Jetty 7.0.2. The problem is that Jetty copies the classpath to a temp dir, but only copies *.class, so *.html is not available for the classloader and I get the error: WicketMessage: Markup of type 'html' for component 'cz.dynawest.wicket.chat.ChatPage' not found. Copying the war as an expanded directory helped. Still, I am wondering how to configure Jetty to copy everything. And, with mvn jetty:run I get the same error. Thanks, Ondra

  • Expectations for NTFS file recovery

    Yesterday I booted my XP system, and as I looked up a minute later I saw the light blue screen and tail-end of that pre-boot diskcheck Windows sometimes does if it finds an error (or was previously told to run a diskcheck drung the next boot). I didn't worry about it at the moment... But then I looked at my "scratch" disk, which was a 70% full, 750GB hard disk...and it now looks like it has been freshly formatted. It doesn't have a single file on it, just the hidden "System Volume Information" file and 750GB of freedom from data. I looked at some of the recovery tools from the Free NTFS partition recovery question and decided to try PC INSPECTOR™ File Recovery 4.x initially. It ran overnight and afterwards returned a list of thousands of files it could recover. The odd thing was that the filenames were lost, but the file extensions were not (WTF?). And all of the files were exactly 1,472kB in size. I recovered a dozen PDFs as a test, and 80% of them displayed OK despite being padded out to 1.5MB (though I assume any files 1472kB are hosed). My primary question is: Is this the best I can expect from any file recovery software when trying to recover NTFS files? Or is there perhaps something better out there? I assume this is as good as it gets, but wanted to check in with the experts first. Bonus questions: What might have happened to my drive? I didn't intentionally format it. I've never seen a disk error cause the drive to suddenly become a clean, reformatted drive. Could some malicious/confused software have told my PC to format my disk on reboot? Is that even a function Windows XP has? Why can the file extensions be recovered but not the filename? Does NTFS really treat them as separate entities? I thought I had 8.3 naming turned off, but maybe that had something to do with it. Or maybe it looks at the data in the file and guesses the extension?

    Hi, I would like to know if the opengraph markup is W3C valid, I'm getting the following error when I try to validate it: Line 14, Column 17: there is no attribute "PROPERTY" <meta property="og:site_name" content="sitename"> In case it's not valid, will it impact my pagerank and other search engines algo? Is it possible to cloak those properties?

  • YSlow always tells me my content is not served from a CDN

    YSlow always tells me my content is not served from a CDN no matter what value(s) I put in about:config extensions.yslow.cdnHostnames. I've tried entering my.cdn.com, http://my.cdn.com/folder1/a/b/, http://my.cdn.com basically every variation I could think of and no matter what values I configure it never acknowledges it's hosted on a CDN. Is this just a giant bug in YSlow or is there some kind of specified format that's not explained anywhere that it wants?

  • iphone application ad-hoc installation on windows gives invalid certificate error

    I've an application that need to be deployed to some testers. those with windows machine are reporting that the certificate used for signing the application couldn't be installed because of an unknown critical extension (1.2.840.113635.100.6.1.4) is there a way to make that critical extension known to windows (vista 64bit specifically)? I'm guessing that all this system of extension give user the ability to register callbacks to interpret the various added extensions (it would be totally useless otherwise)

(If there isn't one already I'm guessing it should be possible to automate turning them into Chrome extensions, although the summary would have to be in a popup from a Browser Action icon.) Update: to be specific, I want something to replace my Stackoverflow microsummaries; I'm not talking about the RSS live titles bookmarks.

What cmdlets should I be looking at considering that I am copying to a remote server? How do I read the parameters into variables? How do I restart IIS? Cosidering that I might want to copy multiple folders, how do I write a powershell script that invokes a powershell script?

  • SSL certificate for Oracle Application Server 11g

    I was asked to get an SSL certificate for an "Oracle Application Server 11g" which has a soon-to-expire certificate. Brushing aside the fact that 10g seems to be the newest version, I got a certificate from InCommon, as I usually do without problem (except this is the first time I supplied Oracle Application Server 11g as the software type on the CSR form). On the email containing links to download the certificate, it mentioned: Certificate Details: SSL Type : InCommon SSL Server : OTHER I forwarded the email over to the person responsible for installing it and got a reply that the server type must be Oracle Application Server for the certificate to work (the CN is the same as before). They were unable to install this certificate (no details provided to me) and mentioned they had this issue previously with Thawte when they didn't supply Oracle Application Server as the server type. I don't see any significant difference between the currently installed certificate (working) and the new one I just got signed by InCommon (not working). $ openssl x509 -in sso-current.cer -text shows, with irrelevant information ommitted. Then like halfway through I'm like, damn I should have written this in Qt. So I start writing it in Qt and remember why I hate C++ STL iterators so much.   • HTML: Menus as UL instead of DIVs?

    I recently created a menu for a web page where buttons are DIV elements. I've been Googling around and see that many people create UL lists and each button is a LI element. What benefit is using an UL and LIs instead of just DIVs? Is it somehow better for SEO? Does this have to do with "semantic" markup? Any compelling reason to rewrite my menu as a UL?

Only problem is when I do so the JQueryUI buttons no longer show, just the standard markup. I know I can use jQuery.live() for dynamically adding click handlers etc, but how do I apply a jQueryUI button() to them?

    I have a table which may contains other inner tables (it's not possible to edit generated markup). I want to create a delegate function for row mouseenter and mouseleave which only triggers for the associated main table rows (and not inner tables rows), as following: $("#tableid").delegate("tr", "mouseenter mouseleave", function(e) { //do stuff here }); But with this selector it selects also the inner table rows, so how can I modify the selector to avoid selecting inner table rows?
